I picked this location as it's close to home and this one was on a list that the insurance company suggested. They were quick and beat their estimate by a day. They communicated throughout on the process, etc. My only concern is that maybe they try to beat estimates, etc that it affects the quality of work. Case in point, they uninstalled and reinstalled the front passenger door. No work was needed but I understood to fix the back, they needed to this to the front door. However, when we got the car back, the weather stripping wasn't completely reinstalled and the door handle of the front door felt flimsy. Again, no actual work was done to the front, just the back. It's the little things like this that makes me give 4 stars instead.

Gerber Collision is an excellent body shop because the manager, Mallory, runs the show. I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and had substantial damage done to the rear driver side of my 2021 Subaru Outback. There were many problems in the repair process which ended up taking longer than the 30 days Geico allotted for a rental car. This meant towards the end of the repair period I had to pay for the rental myself and ended up picking up the car before all of the parts were in. I tried to contact Geico five times about the situation and not one call was returned. In steps Mallory, Gerber Collision Manager, who immediately resolved the situation and provided me with a free rental car (and outstanding customer service) once the on-order parts arrived. It actually took only one day. She even fixed a broken visor clip and figured out how to work the auto open on my rear lift gate. She s amazing and 100% professional. Needless to say, I m shopping for a new insurance company. Geico sucks.

I had a front end collision. Gerber had my car for 80 days! Finally I went to pick it up and the damage to the hood was not repaired. I paid over $14,000 and it s not fixed and looks bad. They refused to fix it said it was rock chips. It was not rock chips! It s a brand new car! Take your vehicle to a different body shop. This place charges for repairs they don t do.

The work they did was seemless. I was unable to see where it was fixed. Their communication was great and got the job done in 3 days. 3 days!!! They handled the car rental return. Compared to work I had done by a big brand dealership... it's absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend them .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely do not take your car here!! Not only do they do bad work the customer service is lacking. At estimate I asked if the car rental is on-site which they said yes. So I opted since they wanted the car ASAP to do it before work at their suggestion. Well enterprise is not on-site and from drop off to getting into a rental was 3 hours. Unacceptable. I would have scheduled on my day off had it not been for them saying it would be quick. I told them I had to work at 830am drop-off was at 8am. This should not be happening. BE HONEST

He told me he would email my estimate to me within about 30 mins. It's now been 4.5 hours and no email. They did send the quote to my ins company tho, however I still have not seen it. I emailed him to make sure he has my email address correct, hoping to receive a reply.... Nothing.... So far I am not impressed with their customer service.

Adam was amazing, he answered every question i had and was very patient with me on all my questions. This is the second time Gerber collision repairs my vehicle and both times they fixed my car they left it looking like brand new. Gerbers has been giving me the run around for a month on some warranty work. I have tried 3 different locations to get this taken care of & they all seem to not care. They say they will call me, but they never have. They definitely don't want to honor their warranty of lifetime fixing anything they repaired. I would NEVER recommend Gerbers for anything. In fact, I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. If I could give less than 1 star I would

After an accident in February 2022, we did research on about 5 body shops. We checked websites, reviews, and called each of them. Only one didn t make us feel like a number. Lynn at Gerber Collision was the difference maker. She seemed to really care and want to go the extra mile to help us . . . and they did. Every body shop, including Gerber, mentioned the backlog on parts and how repairs could take 3+ months. Less than a week after getting my car to Gerber, they tell me that they had located the parts I needed and so the repairs would be done in about one month. Wow. They regularly gave me updates on progress and the estimated completion date. They even finished the work 3 days ahead of schedule! Early on they said the work wouldn t be factory perfect, but if you don t scrutinize the work, you can t even tell that it was in an accident. I waited a couple of weeks before I posted a review to give me time to find any issues. Then we noticed that a roof trim piece was missing. Gerber showed me the photos of my car with the trim piece in place the day the repairs were completed. They weren t at fault. However, Mallory (the manager) went ahead and, at no cost, ordered the trim piece and Gerber installed it! While I was waiting for the trim piece to be put in, the gal behind the counter (I didn t get her name) even wiped down and disinfected a desk area for me to work at. All around, Gerber s customer service is top notch. I hope I never have to have repairs done again, but if I do, I ll definitely go to Gerber! Can t recommend them enough.Service: Body & Trim

I came here because they were a convenient/close option through my insurance company after I had an accident damaging my front bumper, hood, and some slight internal pieces at front of my Corolla under the hood.I was nervous because many online articles say to avoid the insurance recommended option, however they were very fast with their repairs, and a very pleasant woman named Lynne kept me in the loop the whole time. She was sincerely apologetic when there was a delay in getting the hood replacement (because of current supply chain shortages), and she was sincerely excited to let me know that they were done about 3 days early.And while I'm no expert on car repairs, the repairs looked and felt extremely solid. Payment of the deductible was smooth and the people were transparent and pleasant to work with. Would recommend to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not the best experience I have ever had. I had to take my car back 3 times to get it fixed properly. Thank goodness for their lifetime guarantee. Be sure to examine all repairs before you leave. The owner replied to this review and apologized for the trouble. The Manager did get me taken care of and made certain that it was all good. They also provided us with a quality rental during the wait from Enterprise. The Enterprise Car rental is in their lobby which made it very easy to use and drop off. So after all I am very pleased with how the handled the situation.Thank you

Had my vehicle scheduled for repair at the Chandler location, they were backed up on my drop-off day and had to send my truck off to this location to have the repairs completed and arranged to have it sent back when it was completed.Jorge was very pleasant to deal with, kept me updated with each step of the repair process.Got my truck back and I'm very pleased with the repair work, they did an outstanding job.I hope to not need collision repair in the future, but if I do I know I can count on Gerber to get it done correctly.

Called to schedule an appointment for damage on my truck. Receptionist stated they were too busy to do estimates. One star was too high. Reply to Gerber comments. No , I was never asked my name ,so how could I have gotten a repair order number.

Had a minor meeting of the fenders about a month ago; my insurance agent recommended Gerber for the repairs. Very happy with the decision. I think it came back looking better than it went in; they fixed the fender (paint matched perfectly), and they sanded out a scuff on one of my wheels, which wasn't necessarily a part of the accident. I don't plan on heading out and playing bumper cars again anytime soon, but should it happen, this is the place I'll trust.

I have NEVER felt the need to write a review about a company, but I wanted everyone to know (who may be going to other repair shops) this place really is the BEST! Shout out to Jorge, Rich, Clarisa and their team (cause we all know it takes a village) for making me feel like a REAL VIP!!!! They kept me updated constantly and the finished product...well...I was SO impressed, my husband and I bought the entire team lunch!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was sent to Gerbers by my insurance company after I was involved in a hit and run accident. My insurance totaled my car. Gerbers was very helpful throughout this whole ordeal. Mallory was very professional. Even though my car was totaled by my insurance, Gerbers was very accommodating in me getting my personal items from my car. Jorge was very helpful and helped us load my things into our car. All of the employees that I came in contact were very helpful and professional.

Just got my car back today. I had my car in for a Geico claim but had them also fix the paint on my tailgate while they were at it. Well, they actually went above and beyond to fix a few other areas of paint by buffing it for me. WOW...just awesome to have a company take such pride in their work like this. Not only the work, but the customer service was amazing! I am impressed!! Thanks to everyone there...you guys rock!

Went to get my front bumper fixed that was covered 100% by the insurance from the guy who hit me and they tried to charge me for things that weren t related to the accident. I came here to get what was damaged in the accident repaired not everything you can find wrong with the car. They re friendly people but scammers nonetheless (update. Turns out all the damage was related to the accident and and I have photos to prove it of the car before the accident. The manager reached out to me and asked if there was anything they could do to change my Google review and I told them no. Also they told me they didn t wanna risk doing a bad job on the car then be blamed for it... next time how bout you properly assess the damage so you don t get called out on doing a bad job and saying the damage is unrelated when it s clearly relatedService: Body & Trim

High quality and outstanding work! I needed some touch up work done, plus I had one of those rock chip spider webs starting...they did it all with quick turnaround. They actually know what good customer service is. Highly recommend.

The staff at Gerber Collision is an unbeatable one. Being a car enthusiast my whole life, I ve never been around a vehicle repair team like this one. I was updated almost daily on how the job was going while it was in the shop. When I received my car it was cleaner than when I left it. They even cleaned the interior for me. It was a beautiful job all around. I ll be back if anything else goes wrong with any of my vehicles. 5 STARS

My rear bumper was cut after being bumped by another car. The faulted parties insurance, Geico, referred me to Gerber noting that repairs are covered for as long as I own the vehicle. Rental car provided at same location and my vehicle was ready the next day, with a new bumper correctly paint matched to my vehicle's metallic finish. I had some modifications to my bumper and Gerber matched those perfectly. Everything lined up like new. Customer service was great and I felt as though they really cared about my vehicle. Thank you!

Claims they're 2 weeks out just to get an estimate. What a joke.No repair order, I was turned away immediately. I was told when I walked in, you can't do an estimate, at all for at least 2 weeks. Went to two other shops after that, both had no trouble giving me an estimates in minutes.

Very happy with the overall experience. The replacement parts for the damaged door came in missing a piece and they were very diligent in replacing it in a timely manner. The paint job was like new. The people were very friendly. Good job.

My daughter was directed there by Geico after her first accident. Keep in mind this was a couple of years ago.She was barely 19 and had never had to deal with this kind of repair work. The staff was wonderful and even went above and beyond our expectations in fixing the side of her car. (which we had used duct tape to hold the mirror back on) .Having a Car Rental in house was a Blessing!We have been recommending them ever since!

I rarely experience the level of professionalism and one-on-one service that Gerber provides, in ANY business. From initial call/visit to the follow-up questions making sure you're treated right, these guys are the truly the best in the business. Their work is flawless, but their customer service is better than I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and see Jim at Gerber on Broadway!
