Steve and his crew are the best, they make it all possible. It is the best customer service experience I have ever had. They put the customers first and the work on the vehicle is outstanding. Friendly auto center is the best. There is no other place I would take my vehicle to get maintenance or repaired. Trust me, I will always recommend friendly auto for your vehicle repair and maintenance. They put the customer first and will not disappoint. Steve and crew thank you. You guys are awesome and I appreciate your customer service and the work you all do.

Scheduled my oil change online, got in the same morning. Overall, it took about 1.5 hours after I asked them to add a few minutes to drain all the old oil and the lounge was a decent area to sit and watch a movie. Steve and Greg were very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Steve, the owner, went above and beyond to offer advice on other leaks I had with my vehicle. Highly recommend their services!

This is hands down the friendliest and most honest shop in the valley. The service is great and they are all very professional. Gary did an amazing job on my crown Vic and I'm very satisfied with the atmosphere. They went as far as sending me a card and 2 fudge squares. Keep up the great work guys!

They went above and beyond to make the experience as well as can be when you have car issues. It was easy to get information about how everything was going. Financing was an easy process. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, empathetic, and friendly. I could easily talk to anyone about any situation that had occurred with my car. Logan and Eric made it super easy to work with and I had the best experience with this process. I will never go anywhere else!

Thank you Steve for confirming my shop receipt was correct, I am so happy my T-Bird is running like a jewel. You found all our problems and corrected them even with the challenge of the rust issues. You and your staff went out of the way to be able to give us A+ service, and on top of that, the use of a loaner car, that was so helpful to us. Thank you again for everything. Friendly Auto Centers is fantastic. Very easy to work with and most importantly they are trustworthy. Going to a mechanic can be stressful but they really make you feel welcome and trusting in their work. I take both my cars there and would recommend them for sure.

Price for BMW oil change was a whole lot better than I thought. I will continue to take all my vehicles there and I will refer others. The personnel are really friendly. I met the owner and he is very respectful. I highly recommend.

I used to take my car to the dealer for maintenance and repairs. Never again! Everyone I dealt with at Friendly Auto Centers was very professional and honest. I won't be taking my car anywhere else and have recommended them to friends and family. They're the best!

I ve been to a lot of auto sales people and a lot of them 90% snowed me over lied to me and took me for a ride. I had an honest one and Tucson I would take my car there Every time it needed work I don t regret taking my car to Friendly. They did an awesome job and good work, reliable and honest I would recommend anybody there Absolutely amazing that s all I can say.!!!!! Thank you Friendly auto you will be seeing me back again!!!

Friendly Auto Centers is the best repair shop I've ever used. I've had an expensive repair, (new Air conditioner motor) and a repair that was done with no charge (gas cap causing check engine light to go on). They even gave me a new gas cap for free! I trust them and look forward to using them in the future.

Steve has been wrenching for 4 decades and knows his stuff. I took my van to 2 other places that had no clue what was wrong. Steve took it on a test drive and figured out half. Put it up on a lift and figured the other half quickly. Fixed what he could and sent me to another place that specialized in exhaust, not because he couldn't do it, but because they would do it quicker and probably cheaper.I will be going here for everything for now on.

Logan was who i spoke with soon as i called in he was very nice and attentive and listened to everything i said could be wrong with my car! Told me to come in next day and worked with me talked to me about everything about my car and actually took the time to explain things to me and help me understand. I really appreciate Logan and his team and love the shop they fixed my car and she runs smooth :) and their waiting area was really nice they had dvds , comfy seats, popcorn,waters . 10/10 recommended

I am currently shopping for a new auto repair so I stopped into Friendly Auto. I had no work done on my vehicle however Steve the owner spent about an hour with me explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle. He walked me through his facility to show me the services they could provide. I was impressed with his attitude and attention to detail. I believe I have found my shop.

I'm so grateful for Friendly Auto! It is very important to know that I have an auto repair place I can fully trust!!! My vehicle was towed in because the transmission completely went out and it wasn't drivable. Friendly Auto gave me several different options for fixing it including asking me how long I intended to keep the vehicle, how often I would be driving it, etc. Also, once they got it on the lift they found other things that were wrong and sent me pictures throughout the whole process explaining to me the dangers of the other things that were wrong. My son who is a brand new driver will be driving this vehicle and it is very important that everything is fixed properly. They also told me that they warranty their work for as long as I have the vehicle! (Not the used transmission that I ended up putting in, but if I would have bought a brand new transmission they would have!) They have several options for paying for the repairs including 0% financing which I greatly appreciate although I ended up just using a credit card because my son was anxious to pick up the truck so I didn't set up the financing in time. Thanks Friendly Auto for putting my mind at ease and my teenage son back on the road safely!!!

The shop was friendly and efficient. Had an oil change and while waiting used their lounge and grabbed some coffee. It was completed in 90 minutes and there were 3 in front of me. I did call and have a time slot that morning.

Been taking multiple cars to the team at Friendly for years now. When my alternator broke down, we towed the van to Friendly without hesitation. They provided a quick quote and replaced the bad part same day.

I had to pay Friendly Auto $170 to pull a fuse and reinsert it to reset a control module. Then I was told I needed to spend another $420 to have the module reprogrammed. When I asked the technician if this was covered by GMC warranty at a GMC shop, I was told no. I went to GM and they said it is absolutely covered under warranty but it s not necessary to be done.The Friendly Tech tried to scare me into not driving it and told me the transfer case could blow apart. He even showed me one that did for whatever reason. I asked GM about this and they told me that was absolutely impossible.This will be my last trip to Friendly.

Logan was very friendly, responsive, and professional. He went through all the recommended repairs and answered our questions thoroughly, and even showed me everything on the vehicle itself We felt like we were in very good hands.

Logan helped me with my oil change & an overall inspection of my vehicle. He was very friendly & customer service was great.They didn t take long & they didn t push unnecessary upgrades on me. It was a nice change from the other places I ve been to in the past for oil changes. I will definitely return!

Had both an oil change/tire rotation and then a repair on a coolant line. Overall friendly staff, good communication on status of repairs as well as issues they identified, comfortable waiting area. The only thing that was a hiccup was I scheduled the coolant repair and when I dropped it off expecting to wait (they indicated it would only take 30 to 40 minutes) I found out they did not order or have the part until a person shows up for the repair. I understand why they do that but I needed to return later after they had the part delivered. Now that I know that I can schedule future repairs accordingly. I will continue to use them for maintenance on my vehicle.

Quality service from making appointment to timely repairs and shuttle service. All staff members are respectful, and informative. Detailed information provided to facilitate decisions regarding services. Pricing is reasonable and work is done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this team.

When I walked in, there were two people at the desk. Neither were with a customer, but they still didn t acknowledge me until they were done with whatever they were doing on their phones. I was coming in for my U-Haul reservation. It was completely online, so I was just there to show my screen so they could hand me the keys. With no apologies, they said the U-Haul manager wouldn t be there for 1/2 an hour. I was frustrated and asked if there was anything we could do, to which they directed me to other places I could rent a truck. . They offered no sympathy, just sarcasm, telling me to go back to the U-Haul office in the back and figure out how to do it myself. Friendlys is the wrong name, at least for these two guys.

First time visiting Friendly Auto Centers and can't say enough good things! From making my initial appointment to the time I left, the whole process was pretty seamless! I had an oil change performed and the gentleman was very thorough even showing me how all my fluids looked and that everything looked really good! Very honest! The shop itself was clean and organized and finished in the time promised! I will definitely be back!Thank you!*** UpdateAnother positive experience and the only place in town, imo, that you can have a repair or service done and get your vehicle back the same day!Thank you to All!

August of 2023 needed to have some work done on my vehicle. After talking with Steve I felt confident that this job was going to be done correctly. A complete overhaul on the air conditioning system on this car. There was some problems parts were not available. This was on a Friday they immediately offered a loaner car until the car was done the following week. This job was no challenge for this team they acquired all the parts necessary put it all together just like new this air conditioning blows very cold thank you. They also completed a brake job on the front of this car now it stops on a dime. What amazing work.

My entire family has decided to only bring our vehicles from now on. These guys are fair and honest. Dare I say the only mechanic in the area worth a damn. Tucker has been nothing shy of a huge help.
