Brought my truck in to get an alignment done and after the alignment my tires are leaning towards the frame. They informed me I need new chamber bolts and I knew I did but another Firestone before them had no problem doing my alignment perfect with the chamber bolt that needed to be replaced but they seem they can t do their job. Now my tires are more messed up cuz they wouldn t squeeze me in later to fix what they messed up.

I was on a road trip from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada and upon arrival in Mesa, I noticed my tires were worn way more than I anticipated! I stopped in at the Firestone on Guadalupe and spoke with Will, he was super helpful and worked with me to get tires for my car which were not the stock size as I wanted to upgrade to wider tires! Will was able to get me the four tires I needed and they were installed two days later as it was Easter Sunday in between! Austin was working when we arrived on Monday and in no time I was on the road with four new tires! Excellent professional service, totally impressed and happy with this location! Highly recommend!!!!

Booked an oil change at kind of last minute the night before, they still got me in and out super fast. Will and Brian were both super helpful and super awesome, helped me out with everything I needed; I've been to a bunch of other places to get my oil changed and honestly have found Firestone to always be the best, and this is definitely my new go-to store after moving from ABQ. Absolutely gonna be back soon for some repairs. :)

Brian is an amazing guy! He was the only tech there and he stayed past close to change my tire for me. He was very positive and super friendly the entire time!

This location in Mesa off Alma School and Guadalupe repaired a very unusual problem I had with my 2006 Toyota Tundra. I had a "friend" who owed me a favor install new front struts. He apparently installed the incorrect ones. The front tires rubbed the fenders and it sat very low in the front. Hard to park in a parking lot afterward too. I did not know what to do. I talked with Mike, a manager at this Firestone location about it and one of his Techs, Brian, knew just what the issue was and how to repair it. He installed new struts that were adjustable to bring up the front height and fix the alignment issue. It was perfect when they got done. I am really happy to have that issue resolved correctly. Brian is very helpful. He broke down the cost for me, explained what was involved clearly and respected my choices. He did not try to upsell me and gave me a choices. I will always use this location for they're honesty, friendlieness and respectfulness. They are a really good group and I appreciate them.

I've been coming to this location for some time now. I've had tires, brakes, and battery service here. I've had rather pleasant interactions with most every employee I've encountered. My most recent visit dealt with an overheat issue. Austin, the store manager, was able to find the best possible solution to my issue due to his professional team and experience. Though, this did not technically include service, Austin's recommendation was thorough and backed by evidence. This led to a discovery of a major safety recall issued by the manufacturer that could have been the cause to my engine troubles. The issue is in Ford's hands now for faulty production on 2018 ecoBoost engines.

Had another shop tell me my vehicle needed extensive work, to the point of claiming it was undrivable, even tried to convince me to leave it there-after another mechanic said my brakes were gone so far I had damaged my vehicle. Firestone said my back brakes, struts and shocks needed replaced in the near future, but that my vehicle was in good shape and certainly road worthy currently. These guys saved me potentially 3k in unnecessary repairs- which would have caused major financial distress for my family. I think this is the first time I have ever left a shop without being told "I had to" replace something.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. A couple years ago I brought in my Cadillac for a simple oil change. When I went to drive it the next day, the engine seized up. I called Firestone and they told me they didn't have anyone qualified to look at it (huh?). But they would call in a master mechanic and charge me to take a look at it! The vehicle was running fine before taking it in to the Firestone located on Alma and Guadelupe. I ended up having to buy another engine for my vehicle. A very expensive oil change. Beware this location as their technician may not have the best training.

Booked my free alignment check on November 22nd, walked into the location today for my appt and Brian addresses me completely shocked that I have an appt and says I m not even supposed to have any techs working right now what a weird thing to say to someone who s looking for a service to be done. Even more strange as the appt has been booked for two weeks. Not sure what he meant but I took it as I was inconveniencing him, which was also odd since they didn t close until 7. I then watched the techs laugh at my work order before putting my car into the bay.. yall could definitely have better customer service. You don t need to be a stereotypical shop.Edit: Another woman came in after me requesting air in her tires, without an appt, and was told to pull right into a bay right away. Weird, yall have techs available for that without feedback?

Left my vehicle at their shop. They called me later to give me a quote of $234. I said ok go ahead. It s when you go pick up your vehicle and the total comes out to $266. They say oh, that doesn t include an inspection fee, shop supplies, taxes, etc. Not only that, my appointment was for 8am and they couldn t get to my vehicle till later because one of their mechanics called out and the other mechanic said he was late and wouldn t be there till 9am.

Brought my brother-in-law s vehicle here February 2 after having four new tires put on in December requested a four wheel alignment here we are eight months later all four tires have to be replaced on the vehicle already due to inner tire wear one tire blew out on the freeway with my wife and kids in the car. Had to have the car towed to discount tire and get 2 new tires put on it to get him by for a week or so. Went back to this firestone location today October 8 and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mike Gallo who was as useless as could be. He pretty much laughed when I told him we had an issue and we need to figure something out because there s no way all four tires should be wearing on the inside Within eight months Mike proceeded to ask me if I still had the paper that was given to me when they did the alignment eight months ago I responded with I m not sure I think I do but I don t know for sure don t you guys keep a copy of it? he responded with no we don t keep paper copies and it doesn t get uploaded into the computer because the alignment machine is completely different software. I then proceeded to say to him well you guys print out two copies you give me one and you keep the other and staple it to the invoice. What happens to that copy? he stated it goes in the end of day paperwork and gets filed into a box that they store, I said well then you should be able to go through that box and find the paper that is needed that you were asking about. He laughed and said we ll see what we can do. This is the worst experience I have ever had with FirestoneService: Wheel alignment

Beats every other auto center I ve been to. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and his team took care of my vehicles oil change / tire replacements in the time promised. Will make the drive out here every-time from now on for auto servicing.

Went there for brake issues and was told the only fix was a screw removal that cost me over $400. It not only didn't resolve the issue but left me with an increasingly dangerous situation. I will never return due to the shotty work and less than friendly staff, which I would normally overlook due to being busy. Waste of time and money.

8-26-23 Firestone replaced the fuel pump in my 2017 Passat. The fuel pump is under the back seat and you need to access it from the inside of the car. The upside to this story is the I call them at 3pm Saturday afternoon. They went and got the part installed it and had it done around 5pm, which was amazing! They squeezed me in and everyone was super nice! But the next day the gas odor in the car was unbearable. I took the seat out and it just reeked of gas. Had they just cleaned the area where they spilled gas this would have been a 5 star rating. But they didn t and now the gas smell is also in the foam on the bottom of the back seat. I sure with some scrubbing I can take care of it but it should have been cleaned up.

I had just bought a a new car and the tires were expired! But the car was under warranty. So I came into this establishment and talked to Dillon and he was able to help me out tremendously!! The warranty company was not trying to give me new tires and Dillon didn t take no for an answer got and me brand new tires! Little does Dillon know he made a big difference today In helping me. I m so grateful and thankful.

The first of two times I was there for a leaking tire and another one with a nail in it and wanted repaired. Also tires rotated. I was told one tire would have to be replaced and couldn't be repaired! So I went to Discount Tire and they repaired it and balanced the tire and said there was no problem with it

Phenomenal service. Ben really cares about the safety of his colleagues and customers. I m no stranger to Firestone but this is my first visit at this location and may be my go to from now on. I appreciate their team taking the time to not only provide my oil change but also perform a quality inspection on my vehicle to make sure what I m driving is safe while on the road.I m updating my review to reflect the experience from my most recent visit. Still giving their team 5 stars. My car was not starting; it s a 2020 Jeep Renegade so my assumption was that my battery died. Very common in the Arizona summer for a battery to die every 2-3 years, nothing new here. As a member of AAA my first thought was to go through them for the battery. Their battery tech came down and said it wasn t my battery but probably the alternator so they call me a tow truck. I m a wreck, worried that my 2 year old vehicle with less than 35000 miles was having big problems. No Jeep dealership can see me for weeks so I was ready to pay out of pocket for these repairs through Firestone because I trust their work, have for years. Get the vehicle to Firestone at 9am to let them check it out. At 12pm they give me a call saying the battery had a bad cell and they ll need to replace the battery before they can retest the alternator. I tell them to go ahead and replace it to retest. About an hour later they call me back saying my vehicle was good to go. My suspicion from the jump was correct, it was only my battery that had issue! Nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. Thank God the crew at Firestone is more knowledgeable and competent than the AAA Battery Specialist! I told Firestone to go ahead with an oil change while they had it and I was back one the road by 3pm. I can t thank their staff enough for being so honest. Oh, and did I mention they topped off all my fluids and aired up all 4 tires without me even asking? Truly impeccable service.

They called me to tell me the oil pan striped out and they had to replace it. I was not too happy to hear but said okay. I took a cab to pick it up it wasn t ready. He didn t communicate that there was still work to be done on the phone which cost me an additional two cab rides. He didn t cleary communicate the total on the phone either. Than when I asked for a itemized receipt he told me he can t do it until they are done. I asked him how much time that d take and he pointed the the quote amount of time.9 hours and says but it ll probably take less . Like I just paid and you are saying I was over quoted on time and wasted cab rides. I have not had the best experiences when I take my Jeep here.Service: Oil change

UPDATE.....SOCIAL DEPT REACHED OUT TO RESOLVE AND PASSED ALONG TO HIGHER UP AND NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT US. Do not use this shop!!!! So drove my car in and two weeks later had to have it towed home. They made no attempt to fix it after we approved the work to be done and the vehicle was broken into when there and no attempt to fix that damage that made it not drivable. They claim they are not responsible and refuse to fix the damage to the car.

I have been coming to this location for years to change the oil in my work vehicle, and while the service has never been good, I kept going back because it is close to my house.I recently dropped off my truck to get the oil changed with an appointment and I verified before I left that everything with Enterprise Fleet was good to go so the oil change would be paid for. I waited until about 10 minutes before closing to call in to check on the status of my truck and there is no answer. I hurried back to the shop to get there before closing and I m told they didn t change my oil because Enterprise was still pending, even though they previously just confirmed that I was good to go.The most concerning thing is that they didn t even bother to call me to tell me that they didn t get to my truck and didn t answer the phone when I called. If I had even been a few minutes later my keys would have been locked inside the shop and I would have been without my work vehicle the next day. It s safe to say I m finding a new place to get my oil changed.

Had an appointment for 2:15 for an oil change and alignment. Dropped my car off and was told there would be a wait ranging from an hour and a half to two hours. I left and went for a stroll around the neighborhood. After two hours had passed I had not heard from anyone so I decided to go back just in case they forgot to call or anything. Once I arrived my car was in the same spot. I go inside and there are two men at the counter. One acted like he didn't see me and was just twiddling his thumbs so I go to the next counter. I told him I dropped my car off two hours ago and they said it should be ready by then. He responded so rudely saying "obviously we havent started on it yet, can't you see that we're busy?!" I had to go to work so I asked for my keys and left. I will never be coming back to this location again. I don't feel like I deserved to be treated the way I did. I understand that they are busy but had they told me the truth about the wait I would've gone elsewhere from the beginning. I got the firestone lifetime wheel alignment and now I really regret it because I don't know if I can trust firestone again after this.
