Lucas was fantastic. His store is got great service. But the gem in this place is the general manager, Casey Rodman. Casey Understands the core of customer service which is not about flashy signs and balloons and coupons. It's about having a personal connection with a customer and then doing extraordinary work because he has the best employees in the business. I recommend anyone who drives a car come to Firestone on Greenfield and University Mesa, AZ. He's kind of ugly like me but amazing customer service.

I had found my Jeep s battery had died at 3pm on Sunday. I called and spoke to Lucas who was able to order my battery, install it, and have me on my way the same day by closing time at 5pm. I was very impressed with the level of service and accommodation given they were able to provide on a Sunday afternoon all for about $200 less than the competitors. I will definitely be using them again.

Casey, Cody, Lucas and the whole crew are incredible. From the minute you walk in, you're genuinely greeted by one of the guys. They take time to understand your concerns and help you understand your options. They do the work quickly, efficiently and correctly. I've never had an experience this good with any other shop in Mesa. If you want integrity and good service, go here.

I needed a tire repair as Firestone is very close by, adding my tires are also the same brand name. The staff took care of me in a timely manor as I was on my way after things were taken care of.

I was in a tight timeline and needed to get tires installed and they were able to get me right in and the price was fair, the service was great and the people were very nice.

We took the car in to have the radiator replaced due to a road hazard, and to have the tires replaced while it was there. .They didn't reconnect the turn signal, they did not remount the spare tire, the AC had been disconnected to make the radiator repair possible, and they did not reconnect it, the fog lights don't function and now, when making a phone call, the blue tooth picks up but it also comes through on the phone. I checked the price on the radiator through the dealer, the Firestone price was 3 times the RETAIL price at the dealer. The technicians didn't finish the job, there was NO Quality Control by the management. The turn signal was dealt with before we left the lot, my wife had to turn around when she saw the spare in the back of the car, she is on her way now for the rest of the issues to be fixed. I've spent a lot of money with Firestone over the years, but my trust is broken. Will we continue to find issues? Probably so. This experience has been horrible.

Everyone at this location is helpful and honest. I have never been dissatisfied with the work they've done and they always tell us straightway if there are any other needed repairs without a high pressure sales gimmick. They are literally some of the best people I have ever met, let alone mechanics.

I don't recommend anyone use Firestone! They damaged my friend's car and refused to pay for it. She's a single mother and they're taking advantage of her, shame on them. I had issues with Firestone years ago for my vehicle as well, absolutely despicable what they're doing.

I purchased a new truck a few months ago. I heard a rattling noise in the front end. I check my suspension to see if I needed tie rods or ball joints. The shop said I did need ball joints and tie rods and got that replaced. They did not fix the rattling and when I looked at my truck, the sway bar links were loose. I can hand tighten/loosen the screws that hold them in. My truck also gained 150 miles over a week. Terrible shop that doesn t get things done quickly and doesn t do what needs to be done.

Been here twice and only had excellent service! My 2nd visit was a flat tire and Cody got me fixed up and on my way quickly! Definitely my go-to spot for the future.

Had some minor problems after Firestone did service work on my girlfriends vehicle. I was able to bring it back and they fixed the minor problem at no charge. Firestone on Greenfield and University does top notch work. They made a minor mistake and fixed it

On 2-12-22 I did repairs on my car. Lifetime alignment and 2 new tires on front. I had a great experience with Brandon Knotts and his hard working staff that day! We will most certainly be bringing back my business in the future!

I go out of my way to come to this specific location because I have had nothing but horrible experiences at other locations and have NEVER had any bad experiences at this location so wherever I move I go out of my way to come to them. They are so polite so fast and efficient. I highly recommend this location you will definitely have a good experience here!

I would recommend this place all honest complete work well done and explained treated me as a customer and not take advantage of me as a female and say i needed unnessary repairs that so many places do it a fact. Good work well done

They were very cool and straight forward, took my car in twice. First to check out our ac. They recharged it and added dye just in case there was a leak.Unfortunately, our car had a tiny hole in the ac but the dye they added really helped to find the cause and they got us the part we needed and installed it.Both visits together added up to just under $500. I would recommend this place for their customer service, professionalism, and timely repair.My ac works great!

The staff was great. I was traveling thru and picked up a nail. They were very busy, but they fixed my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks guys.

Giving two stars because they are great with oil changes and tires. But when you have an actual issue with your car their master tech will go straight for the most expensive repair rather than trying to actually find the real issue. I was told my car was safe to drive even before the repair was complete. Turns out the real issue at play could have ended really dangerously for myself and my two small children that I always have in the car with me. Don t go here for repairs. Let them stick with what they re good at - the bare minimum. Now I am out nearly $1000 and my car still isn t fixed or drivable.

Brandon was great!! I went in for an oil change, and he did some preventative testing and let me know I needed a new battery as well. I m usually cautious about this kind of thing, but sure enough it was time for a new battery and he saved me from a potential dead battery down the road! Great price and great service, thank you again!

Came into this shop trying to find a tire since I got a flat. Brandon made this experience completely swift and enjoyable. Not only was he so kind he was personable and explained every option so I could understand. Great energy. Great guy. Definitely 10/10 also tires were reasonably priced

Called and scheduled an appointment for an alignment. I told them my vehicle and provided my VIN so they could verify that they could work on my truck. I arrive the next day at my appointment time and they say my truck is too big to work on. What a waste of time.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Amazing customer service!!! Brandon was upfront and honest about everything and very patient with all my concerns. Even when I forgot to have him apply a coupon for the oil change, he took the time to go back and gave me the refund. Worked with my busy schedule to fit me in and on top of it, they were also super fast in completing the work! Definitely the place to take your vehicles!!!! Will always come back to this location!!

Brandon s team provides excellent service and they are also very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and change out a battery and check my AC for me, even though they were very busy. The great news is I was done and out the door with a brand new battery with a great warranty. AC fixed and blowing cold air. All within a hour. I ve waited longer for a haircut.Excellent service and would highly recommend this team to trust your vehicle needs to. These guys are way more that tires. They stand behind everything they do. Brandon and Casey are the BEST! The old management there was okay, but now that these two are running it we always have great, honest service. Both of ours cars are older and are driven quite a bit so we have something different happen to them every month it seems. They are always willing to take a look and have different and correct solutions ready for us quickly. Even when we go awhile without coming in, they instantly remember our names and our cars. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely take my car back here anytime. The guys were super nice, and being a female i have had past experiences when taking my car in they treat you like your stupid and try to sell you things you don't need. Here they did not. I was very happy with my experience!
