The work they performed was adequate. However when they parked my car in their shop overnight a rat got in my vehicle, ate a bunch of Takis and then pooped in the vehicle. All I asked for was a rebate on getting my car detailed, and was promptly told to kick rocks.

LIFETIME ALIGNMENT VOIDED BY PURE SUPPOSITION:Mesa Arizona Firestone (Crismon)Manager: DougIncident Date: 3/27/24It has been 5 years since my last alignment (obviously I was not grossly taking advantage of the lifetime service agreement I purchased). I called made an appointment and left it for the day.Got a call that it was ready to be picked up at around noon. I arrived to pick up the car after work around 430pm. I spoke with the manager who checked me out and had me sign the paperwork. I thought it was strange that he didn't go over the alignment details like they usually do. I walked back to my truck, looked at the paperwork and realized the alignment was never done. So, I went back to the office to find out what happened (since no one had the courtesy to tell me). Really...???I politely asked why didn't you tell me over the phone or in the office the alignment could not be done, he said: "how do you think that conversation would have went?!". Then he accused me of recently installing an aftermarket suspension (voiding the service agreement). I remained soft spoken, composed but still quite stunned at all this.I told him the suspension was 7 years old and prior to my purchase of the Lifetime Alignment (easily verifiable). It had been aligned at least two times prior at that shop (roughly 2018-19). If he doubted me, he could have checked the records (my past alignments would have mentioned it had an aftermarket suspension). However, his mind was made up before I walked into the store. I received no courtesy or benefit of the doubt.Instead, he spent the remaining minutes questioning me and insinuating I was lying. He said things like "The suspension hardly has any scratches on it". To which I answered Well, I only drive this thing a few thousand miles a year...To which he said, then how did the alignment get so bad?! ...I literally didn't know what to say. He was much more "experienced" in this type of dialog and had the upper hand. I realized it was pointless to go on with the conversation. This was the worst experience I've had as a customer anywhere...unprofessional to say the least. :(FOR THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER:This is my first negative review ever and I'm not posting in retaliation but to share my experience for others. I've not seen other reviews yet, but I'm guessing by the combative demeanor of the manager, my negative experience is one among many at this location. On a positive note, it only cost me $140 (lifetime alignment cost 2017) to never have to deal with this business again. Blessings. -Casey

Been here a few times before and tried to schedule an oil change today. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude. I asked her for an estimated cost on my Tahoe. She said either 46 or 107..I said please give me an estimate for MINE. She s like well i don t know. I said well every time i have ever asked they look it up for me. She sighed and acted like I was asking too much. Keep losing business with this type of customer service. You definitely lost mine!

If there was a zero stars this place deserves it. I brought my car in for a 3:00pm waiting appointment for two new tires. Upon giving them my keys I informed them that the wheels are really wide and hard to work with. I informed them they are pretty new wheels still and asked for him to please inform the tech to be careful with them. 3 hours later at 6:00pm while I'm STILL waiting outside, I find out that the tech changing my tires had scratched just about every spoke of my year old wheels costing over 1200 a piece and in the process stripped a lug nut. At this point I'm beyond upset at the people working on my car for just destroying 2500 dollars worth of wheels and I notice they have opened the hood. With worry of unprofessionalism and complete neglect, I warned the team working on my vehicle that I have hood pins installed on the hood and one of them get stuck, so I asked them not to try shutting the hood pins, kindly close the hood but do not try closing the hood pins. After getting the keys back, I check my car to see the damages from this "professional auto care" company to see my wheels all scratched up, one missing lug nut they stripped and to top it all off they broke my hood pin latch. Even after clear instructions not to touch it, knowing they would break it. This place has very incompetent employees and WILL cause damages to your vehicle if you trust them with it.

I scheduled an oil change 3 days in advance and went in for appointment and said they didn t have time for that. So I took off work early for them to say they are too busy.I ve been to other Firestone s and had amazing service. I would not recommend this location. Not good service at all.

Beware. There are many one star reviews here for a reason. Took my car in and was over charged and made to waste hours on end. Even when I showed up on time for my appointment. This place was once a great place a few years ago. Since then it s been straight downhill. $400 to recharge my AC and get my car diagnosed. Funny, I still don t know what is wrong with the vehicle. My intuition and experience tells me something shady is going on here. Stay away

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. This place does not care about customers at all. I paid over $800 for 4 new tires not only did I wait 4.5 hours to have tires put on but I paid extra for road hazard warranty and tire warranty that they won t honor. They deemed my 4 of my tires a safety hazard and could not fix the screw that was in my back passenger tire. I have a tire warranty up to 55,000 miles - mind you I had only put 20,000 miles on my tires - so I should have been able to get new tires since they claim my tread was low and not fixable - NOPE. Wrongggg they have all these rules that I have to provide proof of tire rotations and alignments and so on and so forth if I didn t get it done at there shop . I was never told that when I purchased the tires - I was told as long as I had an active warranty the tires would be covered. Don t waste your time or money FIRESTONE IS THE WORST.

I brought the car in for oil change, A/C repair, and diagnosis of a sound. Experienced technician was not in so I got oil change and a repair that was supposed to fix the sound but did not. When I returned several days later, between the time I dropped off keys and they looked at the car the ignition stopped working. They charged me another $900 to repair ignition. So I m out over $1200 for an oil change and repairs which weren t needed and did not fix the problems I wanted fixed. What a bunch of incompetent swindlers. I hope this shop goes out of business.

Never have had such poor service from a tire store. Purchased a set of tires with warranty which includes flat repair and rotation. I made an appointment after getting a nail. The appointment for just the one tire took three hours. I needed service again for a slow leak and made an appointment. I received return call voice message that they would not be able to honor the time and asked if I could leave my car or reschedule. When I called back to reschedule I stated I was unable to leave my car and would like to reschedule. The person who claimed to be the manager said he could get me in next day at 11, however, couldn't let me know how long it would take. When I pressed him for the time to repair one tire leak, he said 3 hours. I asked what was the point of have an appointment if you're going to keep my car half the day! He told me to take my car to another store, which I did. Firestone on Crismon Rd in east Mesa needs new management to fix that clown show of incompetence.

We are longtime customers of Firestone and today they lost my business. My dad is an older gentleman and he has a medical condition where he sometimes has to use the restroom unexpectedly. He went in on 12/27 at 10:30am and tried to use the restroom. My dad went in and they refused to let him use the restroom. He was going to make an appointment after he used the restroom but he was upset after the incident. I called and spoke to an employee named Lane who shared their customer policy and then I spoke to her manager Ben who said we can t let transient people use our restrooms. He was rude and condescending. My dad is not transient and I don t appreciate being mocked. He is an older gentleman who needed compassion. Shame on your company for being so heartless!!

Unfortunately the skill, service and integrity of this specific location just keeps going downhill. I've been going to Firestone for over a decade, and this one is closest to our home. The problems just keep getting worse and worse. My experience today has been repeated the last few times there, so I'll need to look for a new location. Today, I had an appointment at 11am for a very simple tire balance and rotation. I call today at 4pm and speak to Layne, who tells me that the truck hasnt even made it into the bay yet. I express my frustration at something so simple and her response was "we don't have to service your vehicle as you are free to pick it up and take it somewhere else ". I had an appointment plus it's a Saturday in the late evening with no other options. When I asked how they would account for the fact that my vehicle may not be ready today, she responded with the same "you are welcome to come get your keys now."I do not expect anyone to call me back or to address this concern. I do not believe that his location desires to find a way to improve their quality of service, which is a shame because normally they are awesome. However, this location has just lost all my faith in them.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They say to "Share your experience to help others." I been having my vehicles serviced by Firestone for over 30 years in several states. Up to about 3 years ago they were doing a good job with sometimes it being an excellent job with good service, on time work, and professional employees. Those days are GONE! They have not had a good manager at this location in close to 3 years. Today 12-17-2023 they kept my car over 6 hours for a 30 minute front end alignment. I'm not interested in what their response would be because won't do anything about all the 1 star bad reviews. This place is TERRIBLE!

This Firestone should be ashamed of themselves, especially the manager. Ben, about to put a deposit down on the tires. I found the tires cheaper somewhere else. Try to get my money back and he argued with me about it. Sonia is to say I will never do business there again and I'm going to get a hold of the regional manager and get him terminated from his position when Ben was very rude and unprofessional

I have always had good service at this location. Ben is awesome with his customer service and helping explain what needs to be done to the vehicle. He always wants to make sure it done right and if not is willing to make it right.

I'm currently sitting in another Firestone in Las Vegas after getting new tires, and front break pad replaced before a trip at this location. The breaks started smoking BAD in Death Valley (it was only 46 so it wasn't the weather). 3 hrs waiting on the side of the road with no cell service while a stranger took my AAA info into town for service. No way of knowing if help was coming. 2 hour tow ride to Vegas. $350 hotel to accommodate our 2 large dogs. Extreme danger to myself and my child.I'm extremely angry that a normal safety maintenance step before a road trip could have gotten us killed.--------------------2/2/24After having the pads replaced under warranty the brakes began smoking again on 1/20/24 (still far under the warranty mileage limit.) I called the service center in Gilbert, and they said that it must be the calipers (somehow both sides) or the bake master cylinder. Neither of these parts had anything wrong with them until Firestone worked on my car. I have now been told that the company will be in touch with me within 2 business days, for 2 weeks. I did miss 1 call from them last Thursday, and 1 last Friday, but I warned them that I am unable to have my phone in work, and they would need to set up a time to call. I can't call them back because it's been escalated to corporate, and there's no phone number or email. Robo email and the regular complaints department have told me this, so I have no way of contacting someone. The cost to me, so far, has been $952.49 in rental cars, Lyft, lost work, and the hotel in Vegas. Gilbert is saying that the fix will be another $700-$1,000+ depending on parts and what they find. If both are damaged it could be up to way worse.I didn't just get it fixed and ask for reimbursement later because the first email I got made it sound like this would be taken care of.This is easily the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Your tech damaged my car. It's your responsibility to fix it Firestone.

Went in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. First the positives: They were quick. That's it. Now for the rest. The cashier was ready to take my payment, but I wanted to see my truck first. Tires were not rotated. I told the cashier, and she went to find the tech. The tech started saying he could not get the wheel off the driver rear. He did not tell anyone this, and the cashier was going to charge me for something not done. They did take it off though. The alignment was poorly done. Pulls to the right noticeably. I'll need to spend more of my free time getting it done correctly.Got home and did the tire rotation myself. Tires all came right off without issue. So they were trying to either scam me or the tech is bad at their job. I can't imagine going there for something more complex than what I came in for if this is what they do for simple tasks.

I made an online appointment to get an alignment done on my car. I showed up an hour EARLY, but that worked against me as when I asked if he had an idea how long it would be, he said well since you are here an hour early it will be about 3 hours. I walked over to Home Depot and wandered around - for 3-1/2 hours and still no call. So I walked back to Firestone and saw my car had never been moved from where I parked it. I went in and said I was here to pick up my car. The guy looked on the computer and said "just a moment" and went into the garage. Then he came back and said that they hadn't done it yet. I said I know. He asked it I wanted to reschedule and I said absolutely not. And he said sorry but a couple of cars held them up. This was the 3rd strike for this place. I am done, and I really don't see myself using any other Firestone either. Just no concern for the customer - exceptionally poor customer service.

I had a bad experience with Firestone recently. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they look for nails because my wife saw one. They were busy so I left the truck. They left a message the next day that it was ready for pickup. When I got there the guy was thinking that he needed a special fool to put my lugs back on and the guy who took them off had the tool and was not working. I explained that one was not needed, and he was able to tighten the lugs. He had not done the oil change and said he was worried about stripping the drain plug. I since had the oil changed at Cobblestone and they said there was no problem with the plug. When I got home, I spotted the nail still in my tire. I will not be back.Services: Tires, Oil change

I've visited 4 times now since moving here. All by accident and emergency. They always found a way to squeeze me and my problems in. I know I can count on them! They are always BUSY, but somehow get me in, fix problem, and I'm able to leave relieved. Might be a small wait, but it's OK, I didn't have an appointment! This store and it's people rock! Thenk you so much!

Wow! Didn't even have to get out of my car. Very friendly. Butttt.... they didn't wipe off the oil from the undercarriage and it dripped on my driveway!! My hubby was pissed!! He normally changes the oil and always wipes it off so it doesn't do that. But, I did this for him to save him time. Now, the saved time will be spent cleaning the driveway.

I've been going here a lot of years, had lots work done, and have spent a lot of money. I've recommended this shop to others. The last couple visits have had their challenges, and made my question my loyalty to this shop. But this morning was the last straw. You could always call and get a quote for work that needed to be done. No questions asked. This morning I called and asked for a quote which they FLAT OUT REFUSED to give. I understand that my diagnosis may be wrong, and once you check it out there may be additional work. But they wanted me to waste time, in a day which I don't have time to waste, to bring it down there and have them look it over. I just need a cost.I called another Firestone, and they were pleasant and willing to give me a cost for the repair. They explained that they couldn't replace just a bearing since they didn't have a press, and would instead need to replace the whole assembly.Easy peasy. Take note Crismon location. I think I've spent my last dollar there.

Appointment- Forget about online appointments because it's a waste of your time. I had appt for 130pm for oil change and Front 2 tires replaced. 15 minutes before they close at 5pm I come inside and inquire about my vehicle it was never done, but we can have it in after these 2 vehicles and get it done. No thank you! I don't play or pay for rush jobs. Always the excuse is like every other place" were short 2 techs"- then be honest up front when i come in to check in for my appt.. I do many reviews for Google on business and I do not RECOMMEND this business...
