First time here, I was in desperate need of a tire shop late evening.I had two flats and I was in n out. Decent prices for the convince especially being open late evenings.(Cash only)

Called and they said they had the right size tire for my car. Drove 6 miles on a donut for them to tell me sorry we only have a different size that was way off. Could have told me no when I called and saved me a bunch of extra problems.

The young kid over Torqued my lug nuts and made a smart comment trying to be funny. The other two guys were like what are you doing? Damaged my wheel and had come home to re-torque the wheel.... Which now the wheel stud turns don't go here if you value your car. And they didn't even put the air cap back on. Very dissatisfied, now I have to spend money fixing this kids mistakes. If these studs suffered stress fracture and something happens to family, who will answer?

Felix's tire shop is the best, I have been coming here for about 8 years and I've never been done wrong he's has doable prices and he has good deals employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable I would and do recommend Felix's tire shop to everyone I know... Keep doing what ur doin ur the best....

Came here to get a quote on a chipped wheel repair. Felix was super helpful and even gave me other resources that could be considered his competitors just so I had all my options. I ended up getting new rims but I'm going to have him paint these and have backups.. He described his process well and provided a fair quote.

Felix and his staff have been extremely helpful and professional everytime I've been here. Always has a positive attitude... You can purchase new and used tires here as well so it helps the varieties of everyday budgets. Also you can purchase rims and if you need your brakes done, that as well.

I ordered 4 used tires from Felix on a Saturday and was told I had to pay cash in advance. I paid for my tires and was told they would arrive the next day on Sunday. Felix assured me he would get my tires on my car on Sunday knowing his business was closed on Sundays.Sunday morning I reached out to see what time I should bring my car in and I got no response back, the voicemail was conveniently not set up so I couldn t leave a voicemail. I was given no receipt of my payment and was lied to and stolen from! Do NOT do business here. The cash only and prepay requirements here are a set up to rob you!

Terrible experience with "Felix" the owner. First he lied about when he could get the job done, then after he finally did get it done, I found out that he sold me a totally different size tire than I requested. His answer was he didn't have that size, well I repaid so he could order the requested size. Then his manager gave me bogus information. What at terrible experience all the way around. I'll never go back or refer anyone there. Totally unacceptable service. He promised to give me a break, that never happened...!

I went to Felix tire and brakes this morning and they were extremely helpful and nice to me and my son! I got 4 tires from here and was expecting to spend a pretty penny but the deal they gave me was fantastic! Definitely coming back when I need tires again!

The owner was so kind and helpful. Our tire had a slow leak. On our way to get it fixed (under warranty with a large tire company) it started rapidly losing air. We were 4 miles from our large tire company appointment and had only 10lbs of pressure when we pulled in to Felix Tire & Brakes. The owner filled the tire with air at no charge and we were able to drive the 4 miles. We appreciate the kindness and help we received at Felix Tire & Brakes.

I have known Felix, and done business with him, for a couple of years. Whether it is always having my unique tire size in store, or the quality of his repairs and service, I can always depend on his integrity and honesty to be unquestionable. He treats me like a great friend at every visit. And through it all his prices can't be beat. I am grateful to have such a friend in the tire and auto repair/service business.

Great experience with Felix yesterday, he explained tire ratings thoroughly and was very professional. his helper George was so friendly too.. 30 minute install, Great price on tires with phone quote then Felix called me back and got me even a better price. Half price what discount tire wanted to charge me for same tire rating.. So pleased. Will definitely come back as tell all my friends about Felix..

I have used Felix Tire for a few years now. I have purchased new and used tires from them. The staff is helpful and polite. I had an experience with buying a used tire that went flat that same night. I called them up, showed them my receipt and they replaced the tire that day. They have great prices as well.

Felix was very kind and professional when I came in for some tires. He was very welcoming and gave me a fair price on all 4 tires. Never tried to upsell me. 11/10 highly recommend giving them a chance if you're looking for some tires

Over the past several years I've found myself in positions financially where I was unable to afford having good tires on the vehicle I was driving.On two separate occasions I have stopped into Felix's Tires and Brakes (because he is right across from McDonald's and I was getting food for my family.) I have asked Felix if he could help me and I explained that I couldn't afford to give him very much money or that I couldn't afford any money at all.This man obviously has a family of his own to take care of and he runs a business to provide for his family.Regardless of all of those things, this man has never turned me away. He has never let me drive away with the tires that I came in on. I repeatedly have thanked him n he would tell me "it's okay, it's no problem, I'm glad I could help you." All he asked of me in return was to simply put a review online. I can honestly say that Felix's Tire & Brakes is a great place to take your vehicle, it is the very place that I will take my vehicles in the future to have work done on them. I know that Felix cares about the safety of my family more than he cares about money. He's a man of integrity and honor and compassion. He won't do you wrong so you can trust taking your vehicle to Felix's tires and while you're waiting go across the street and have lunch.

I went to a dozen tire shops today, dealing with rude employees and high prices for my car. No one had the right sizing or good tires. I decide to give Felix tire and services a try, and i got more than i asked for. The service was incredible. The owner was very kind and he had replaced two tires and fixed a flat on a third. His prices compared to the other shops saved me over $50. I highly reccomend this place for quality service.

We went in to get our tire plugged and fixed, he did it very quickly and put the tire on in no time. He pointed out a few other places where the tire would eventually need repairs and instead of just offering to fix them one by one (like most places) he gave a good deal on a new tire because it'd be more expensive to fix all the issues individually. He won two new customers today lol we're definitely going back to get that new tire.

(Felix tire shop)Mix match tires, the tire was leaking air from the ripped up beed & was put wax on so it could stop the air leak & one other tire had a balance sticky metal in my tire, me as a customer I ask to take it off the next day after the install & all he tells me is it won't affect the tire etc. Okay but you installed it & I want it off, do it the right way. Not coming back.

This is the place to go for tires. I needed tires same day for my lifter 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Not only did he get me my tires same day on a SATURDAY, but him and his family were so nice and made the tire buying experience great. Felix cares so much about his customers and it s always great to support family businesses in the valley. Also, special thanks to his son for washing the windshields as well. We could see clearly when wheeling off road.I HIGLEY recommend this tire shop. They also give Warranty on tires. We will for sure be back for our 3 other cars/trucks when they need tires. Felix is amazing! Not only does he do great work but he doesn't in a timely manner and he is honest. He will NOT tell you you need something if you don't and he charges you very fairly. He doesn't mind walk-ins and he always has a smile. I always bring my car here for tires, tune-up, oil changes, brakes..Whatever it is thank you Felix your the best!!!

Felix had me pay $220 for used take off tires that he had to order then made excuses for over 3 weeks just to have me come down and try to put mixed matched tires on! Don t waste your time!

This is a great, I mean awesome place! Felix is THE MAN. I was in the area, unfamiliar with the place and I called this company and explained my issue. He was a big help! Usually companies just want to take your money, but no, Felix recommended several options for us. He actually sent a tow truck to come get our vehicle and take it to him! He noticed he didn't have the rim size we asked for, but he did contact another company and he drove to go and pick it up for us! Wu can't thank you enough Felix. You are amazing! Thank you so much for your services.

Place opens at 9 am but the owner shows up at 930 when I got work at 8:45. Don t waste your time especially if you have to be somewhere

Felix is awesome, i visited his shop on Nov 10 shorty before closing. I needed 2 tires for my vehicle immediately, one had a long separation of tread and the other would do the same soon. I am a Disabled veteran on a fixed income and Felix worked with me and I left with 2 tires that day. Thank you Felix for taking care of me, you have a customer for life.

I had been losing pressure in my left rear tire for the last few days. I drove to Felix after work today, after seeing his ratings and reviews. He offered me two options: patch or plug. I opted for the patch. My tire was repaired and back on the car within 20 minutes. I didn't have the cash to pay for the repair (cash only). Felix was nice enough to let me drive to a nearby ATM, and I returned with the cash within a few minutes.

Great service! They didn't except credit or debit card but the guy trusted me to leave and come back with cash. Definitely recommend! Also the service was great and the used tire is practically new.

Felix is hands down the best tire guy in the valley he is always been honest and taken care of me to make sure my family's safe when we're on the rode. I would recommend him and do to anyone and everyone I know that needs tires

Very reasonable prices, Felix is a very humble guy. He gets the job done and is very honest. My family goes to him when we need tires.
