My fiance purchased rims and tires with approval from their finance company. Service was okay but not stellar. However what tire company is that amazing? The caveat is, if something goes wrong with the tires or rims, how will the company treat you during the stress of going through the warranty process? Well, that's the issue at hand for us. He was under warranty and he got a flat tire on the way to work at 4 am. He was a block from his job, thank goodness. He walked into Discount Tires next door to his job so that they could put his spare on for him. After work he went to this Fatboy Tire place to get a new tire, they said they were going to order it. It will take 3-4 day's to get the tire in but during that waiting period, they will put a LOANER tire on. Mind you, he was under warranty, there should not be any issues ordering the tire. They should have said 3-4 MONTHS NOT DAY'S IT TAKES TO GET A TIRE ORDERED FROM THEM. We still have NOT received the replacement tire. The finance company has been called and they were told to order and honor the warranty but this place has done absolutely nothing to help make anything easy NOR GIVE US A NEW TIRE. THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING HERE FOR TIRES BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A BLOWOUT, THIS PLACE WILL NOT HELP GET YOU A NEW TIRE, REGARDLESS OF IF THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO OR NOT. This is a safety issue.

Bought a used tire there, was told after it was put on all wheel studs were now cross threaded. Told I now needed new wheel studs & lug nuts. Bought them came home to put on & tire was barely on. None of the wheel study were cross threaded. Loose tire driving home created terrible vibration. Poor quality control would recommend go elsewhere.

So happy I found this place! I called for new rims/wheels and they were able to see me the same day so that I could look at my options. Ivan is very honest and was able to get me the rims I wanted for a great price. Everyone that works there is very kind and they work extremely fast. I would much rather bring my car to them instead of a big name brand franchise. Highly recommend Fatboys to anyone.

These gave me a nice price on a level kit + new rims and tires and did it very quickly. Highly recommend if you're in the market. Very professional and helped me pick some awesome looking wheels that fit my needs.

Will never go and buy tires there and I would recommend that no one else would buy tires there they do not honor their contract

Best tire shop in Mesa. Great prices great staff. I highly recommend Fatboys wheels and Tires. Ivan is amazing. Great service. And my wheels are fly AF.

Do not buy tires from this place, I bought a brand new tire after 2 months a ball pop out on the tire went back for guarantee they didn't want to exchange it because they said that the tire I bought didn't come with "road hazard insurance " ask before you buy tires from this scammers

I had a piece of metal in my tire, instead of trying to sell me a new tire and other bs they offered to patch it and got me taken care of in like 10-20 mins
