Don't look any further, Faith works is your shop! We have now taken our vehicle to them twice due to their amazing customer service and knowledge. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are a fair and reasonable shop. They have never been dishonest and they always give honest quoting when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Our first experience with them was AMAZING! Their staff and team are wonderful and they are humble when it comes to your needs.

Very honest, friendly and timely. I didn t end up using them for the repairs I needed due to my own financial circumstances, but they did give me a competitive quote and honest feedback. I did ise there services for a before and after diagnostic testing and they were understanding and respectful when I said I was going to do the repairs needed myself. I would definitely recommend them for any service you need done on your vehicle

I was looking for a mechanic that could help fix an issue with the radiator on my Diesel Ford Excursion. I checked with 4 mechanics and no one would even look at the Excursion because it is a diesel. I found Faith Works Automotive and they agreed to check it out. They called about 4 hours later to let me know the issue was beyond their capability. Luckily they were able to refer me to a mechanic that specializes in diesels. When I went to pick up the truck they did not charge me anything for their time. Their philosophy is if they can't fix it they are not going to charge for their time. They also suggested a different repair that I did not know was needed. I am 5 3 years old, worked in body/paint shops at dealerships and private shops and never encountered a more honest and trustworthy group of mechanics in all my experience. When I scheduled unnecessary work I was told, we re happy to do it but there s no reason to spend the money . I could not recommend Faith Auto more highly.

This auto service company goes above and beyond. They are competent, friendly, and stand by their work. In todays world it is so hard to find an honest mechanic that is will to do what is in your budgets and the health of the car. After searching high and low I came across faith works. I had originally been quoted $3000 for blown head gaskets. Instead of just going with my assumption faith works looked at the car, and fixed if for a fraction of that! So blessed to have found them

We loved our experience with Faith Works Automotive! Zach & team got us in quickly and did all of the repairs we needed before we were heading out for a long road trip! It gave me such peace of mind knowing some things needed fixing that we didn't realize before being on the road that long. About a month we had another couple issues come up that they fixed within 30 minutes and even called Kia and found out one of the issues was covered under their warranty. They are a blessing and we are grateful to have somewhere we trust that goes above & beyond. I went to Faith Works because my normal shop wanted to put me on a 2 week wait list, but my car was sitting on the tow truck! I am so glad my dad suggested it after he had a great experience with his transmission replacement. I got my fuel pump replaced, it only took a few days and they were nice, communicative, and professional. Now, this is my go to place for all my vehicles! Thank you Branden for the VIP treatment.

Originally the repairs my car needed came out to over 2,000. Faithworks worked with my warranty and helped lower my bill from 2k to $400!! Jim and Blaine are the best, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. If you want the highest quality automotive care at an honest price, they're your guys. I have a hard time even finding mechanics who will so much as touch a warranty so I'm so grateful that the guys here are flexible and willing to go out of their way to help! If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop, choose Faithworks!I am a single female with a physical disability and this shop is amazing about working with me. I have used them for services for over 4 yrs. They have always been straight forward an honest, they do not pressure you to spend more or give you false information...they go above and beyond to meet customer needs at a reasonable cost for the work done. I have had many challenges in the last 6 months, they have done work me without adding to my stress.They are compassionate and helpful...I enjoy doing business with them!!!

Faithworks is the only place I ll bring my car! They re honest and do their very best to get you in right away. They were very accommodating when my air/blower motor broke and fixed me up in record time! Which I so appreciate with how hot it is right now in AZ. I am really happy with the repairs to my vehicle and the service. The office people were friendly. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because no weekend services available. But will definitely take my vehicle to the Alma School and Guadalupe garage for any future service and repairs.Luci Nunez

This is a long, honest & complete review from a very satisfied customer!I was very impressed by the professional, informative and friendly service I received when I took my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an Oil Change. I had asked to check the whole vehicle for any problems and/or required maintenance to keep in compliance with my extended warranty. I was told everything was good except the rear shocks were leaking hydraulic fluid and should be replaced. Josh said if I would provide him with the phone number and name of the Warranty Company he would call them to cover the cost of replacing the shocks since they were leaking. They had ordered the parts after calling me because I said I wanted the work done. He called the company and spoke with them extensively and confirmed the shocks would be covered under the extended warranty. He called me with the good news and had the work done by 3:00 that day! I paid my deductible and saved over $400.00 because Josh took the time to speak with them. I am really impressed with this group that took over the business at East Mesa Auto. I will continue to use their services.My Mother uses the same location and was equally impressed the next day when she went in for a scheduled Oil Change and to check her vehicle to be safe for a 2 month road trip up the west coast. They were thorough and said everything is well maintained. She'll be ok on her long trip, a great relief for me knowing they checked everything out and gave her a great report.I commend them for their honesty and integrity.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Faith Work is the Best place to go for your automotive needs, they do it all. They even offer financing for the really big jobs, if needed. I have been with Faith Works Automotive for over 8 years, they don t take advantage of women like most automotive shops do. Everyone at Faith Works is very caring, friendly and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Blaine and his crew have been the most honest & responsible mechanics I know. My previous car had lots of major issues and challenges, but Blaine & his crew took care of everything. Faith Auto works is awesome. I have taken several vehicles there and they have always been upfront with everything and no hidden charges. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. Everyone that works there is kind and polite. I can't say enough good things about these people. I wish I found them first. Two national brands refused to service a leak on my transmission. I called Faith Works Automotive & they took me in, gave me a quote and a few hours later I was driving home.Professional & friendly. Great price too!They will be my first call with any future automotive needs.

Brought my truck in with an oil pump issue. Another shop had quoted me nearly several grand for this repair. I had reached out to several auto shops in my area and Faith Works by far was the quickest to respond. Blaine provided me with as much information I could need in what was going on with my truck and was able to get a much better quote. When I went to pick up my truck, he even brought out the part they replaced and showed me what exactly went wrong. Overall best customer experience you can get for an unfortunate repair. It s my second time I bring my Rav 4 at Faith Work Auto and I m extremely happy with them. Just like their name Faith, I have Faith in them when I bring my Toyota Rav 4. They don t exaggerate with prices and they don t lie to you to just make money on you like other auto companies I ve been too. They are so trustworthy and kind people. I will highly recommend them and I will continue choosing them. Thank you for the professionalism and especially honesty. Uncompleted work after 6months. Over $2600 in repairs in TWO visits to this shop.I just pulled off my tire today to change a flat. And this is what i find. The right rooter is missing the top screw that holds the rooter to the rest of the assembly. No wonder it pulls to the right!! And the bottom screw is so stripped it's almost flat on top which means this would be 10x more difficult to remove than it should be. Meaning more visits. More wasted money. Wish my car stayed in one piece longer than 6 months!

These guys do very good work and kept me posted on everything! They take their time to make sure their work is done right and have even checked up on me to see how things were handling. Very personable and kind!! I took my vehicle to them after noticing another place had failed to notify me of certain fluids low. I took it to faithworks and they didn't miss a thing!! After living in the valley 10 years, I FINALLY found an honest auto service center with top notch customer service. My van was making a horrible hissing sound while running the AC. FWA inspected, tested, pinpointed the issue, made necessary repairs, and had my car back on the road that afternoon. Everything was communicated in understandable terms and the cost was far less than I anticipated. I will definitely be back to FWA for my auto care needs!Service: Air conditioning

Had my a/c compressor replaced as it was leaking. Brandon and Eric and their technician did a great job in getting it done and ready to deliver back to me the same day. And the air conditioner has never blown this cold before. Thanks gentlemen and God bless.

Work van broke this morning driving to work. Spoke with Jim on the phone. Told Jim I need my van for work and needed my van fixed as soon as possible. They had my van ready by the end of the day. Excellent team!! So happy I found a repair shop I can trust. Thanks guys!!

I acquired a used truck and had a service 4 wheel drive light come on and it needed an oil change. I was looking to establish a relationship with a local shop, so I gave Faith Works a try. They got me in quickly, evaluated the condition of the truck and made recommendations. They were honest, the pricing was fair and they delivered on time.
