I've been taking my 2003 CRV here for around 6 years. They have always been up front and honest about issues that I need to have done. Their rates for their work are reasonable and they have never tried to pressure me to have more work done than what I have the money for. If for some reason something doesn't quite get fixed right or the part installed is defective, they will be eager to make good or replace at no additional cost. Their communication with me has always been exceptional and I will continue to not only have my service needs done here, but will recommend them to anyone who might be in need of a service facility. Ozzy and the technicians are awesome!!!

I m always pretty skeptical of mechanic shops. We ve been taught our whole lives that mechanics may overcharge you, create problems to fix and charge for, and treat women differently. I can tell you that in my experience, Faith Works Auto does none of those things. They are truly honest, they care about the service they provide and they are extremely knowledgeable and quick with their diagnosis. The repairs on my long standing car would have cost more than the car was worth and they were honest with me about it and left the decision in my hands. I have always had a postive interaction with ALL of the mechanics at this establishment. You will be in good hands if you take your car here.

I had sent my neighbor to them several years ago just based off recommendations. I finally needed their services and everything was as expected. Super polite, prompt and up front service. Cool guys in general and gave me the exact diagnosis I needed! I ll be sending all my friends and family to them from here on out!

All of a sudden they don't do repairs if the customer supplies the parts. They've done several repairs for me in the past with parts I supplied myself, but they couldn't do a warranty for the repair since I supplied the part. No problem. But everytime you turn around they have someone different running the shop and you can't get the same service anymore.

I really love this place. The men there were warm and welcoming. Very fast. Knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong fixed it n later that day I got my car back like new I highly recommend faith works automotive!

Pricing was better then expected. I shopped around for the best price and these guy were the lowest. Treated me with respect and did great work. Letting me know everything they did and things I need to watch for. They earned my business and my family and friends will be going here as well. Excellent service. Respectful and, most importantly, honest with their clients. They show you everything that is not operating as it should in your car (they even documented their findings with pictures and videos). Then they help you plan your maintenance according to your budget. Safety issues first, major mechanical issues next, and so on. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I moved to AZ in Oct 22 with a broken AC. I called Faith Works Automotive in April and they got me in super fast! When the repair took longer than expected they had a rental ready for me. Fast forward to Oct 23 and my car wouldn t start. They fixed it in less then two days!All my conversations were very professional and I felt heard and also felt things were explained well for someone who doesn t understand cars!Faith Works Automotive is definitely my go to and highly recommended for anyone in the area.Services: Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

It was a great experience. Ozzy the office manager was kind ,caring,respectable,very helpful and informative. The mechanics at Faith Works did an excellent job on replacing my compressor and helping me get an auto repair loan approved through a financial loan company that works with Faith Works Auto Repair. I was grateful cause I am by myself paying my own bills and I give all credit and glory due to.our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!! I will refer many folks there. Neshat

Faith Works Automotive got me back on the road with the utmost in time and cost efficiency. Intake manifold replacement on 2016 Hyundai ~140k miles. Very efficient service. Able to diagnose quickly and get work started immediately. Best pricing out of three different quotes including dealership. Other places were scheduled out two weeks or required vehicle in shop for five days just for diagnostic. Faith Works had my car ready in less than 24 hours and saved more than 50% of competitors pricing. Where do I start? I do most of my work on my own vehicles but when it s outside of my wheelhouse, I take it to Faith works. These guys have done serious motor work for me, as well as electrical, good price, honesty, and a full review of the vehicle to let you know what needs attention instantly or later on down the road and then discuss that with you, I will always use these guys. They have earned my trust and business time and time again excellent service very friendly.

The engine in my car seized up in the middle of traffic in Scottsdale. I had to have the car towed to Faith Works, when I got there I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron who was incredibly welcoming and helpful.I've worked with several mechanics in the past, but this company really stands out for a few reasons:1. They were very transparent during the diagnosis.2. They helped us discover what was truly wrong with the car and were able to find a replacement engine promptly.3. Overall, very honest and communicative.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing minor/major servicing to their vehicle. I began bringing my car there initially for an oil change. Then when needed, I had them replace the timing belt and water pump.Their honesty, integrity and quality of work has kept me as a loyal customer. So thankful to have found Faith Works Auto! My Honda Civic needed its coolant thermostat replaced and they were able to get it taken care of that next morning, was so grateful for that quick service as I was stressing out on how I would get to work later that day if I was without a car. Such kind honest service and didn t try to upsell anything else that was not needed. Honest pricing as well, before I found Faith Works Auto I had called around to several other shops and they were going to charge me over $400! I came in because the wires touching my battery made my car take a dump. Faith Auto Works not only fixed that, but went and fixed my broken motor bracket, and the hoses to my leaky radiator. They gave me a hook up, and set me up with a payment plan for 90 days. Solid individuals, and great mechanics. I started coming here back in college and even now that I live a bit further away I don't hesitate to bring my and my wife's car here for work. The service is great and I haven't had any issues with work that has been done on my car. They give an honest rundown and assessment of what is going on and I have never felt like they are just trying to upsell me on repairs or maintenance. My wife has had horrible experiences at OTHER places in the past that left her with a bit of a trust issue for repair shops but since I've had her come to Faith Works she's had no issues and even feels at ease.I definitely recommend if you need work done to come here. They will treat right and strive and deliver on excellent service.

I had a similar business in the Midwest for 27 years before I retired. It gave me great satisfaction and peace of mind to know I found a repair facility I can take my car towith confidence They're honest, do quality work, charge a fair price and one thing that you usually don't see in any business... Great communicators. My vehicle repair took longer than I anticipated due to difficulty getting the parts, and they communicated along the way. Upon completion, I recieved a thorough debrief on the work done, and why, as well as detailed costs. All said, the work has been great. It's even under warranty! After 2 other shops didn't have the expertise to even find my vehicle problem, I'm pleased to find an honest, qualified shop that could do the work.
