Josh and Brandon are the most informative people I've ever met that works on our vehicles. They are honest and tell you straight up what's going on with your vehicle. Their prices are fair and they don't do any repairs without notifying you first. I would recommend them not anyone needing car repairs.

Faith-Works is now my first and only choice for car maintenance. Others have pulled some real pranks, but Faith-Works doesn t, in fact they work with me, like a friend, rather than to take my money. I don t trust other car shops, even the dealers any more, but I trust the guys at Faith-Works. Prices are reasonable, too.Last visit was Jan 25, 2024.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Faith Works 3 times. Josh and his techs provide accurate diagnostics and estimates. No hard sell or over selling. Work has been completed on time, pricing is reasonable and I'm happy with workmanship. Thanks Josh.

I m always satisfied with my service, or they make it right. My vehicle issues were explained up front and I was given an estimate before work was done. Very trustworthy technicians. We use them for all our vehicles.

Went to Faith Works for an oil change. They were friendly and efficient, stayed on schedule, and didn't try to upsell additional services. They did, however, provide future recommendations and quotes without pressure. I will definitely return!

I've been taking my car to Faithworks on Alma School and Main St. locations since 2017 and wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. FAMILY OWNED and run, 100% honest and TRUSTWORTHY!! AND they treat you with friendliness and care whether on the phone or in person. YOU ARE ALWAYS A PRIORITY .I've been taken advantage of by BIG CORPORATE CHAINS in a DISGUSTING way several times in my life. Trust is "earned". Faithworks has EARNED my trust in many ways over the years. Always a pleasant surprise and always a pleasant experience.

Back in July my truck died suddenly in traffic, no prior issues or warning. Had it towed to what I thought was still East Valley Auto where I had been a customer for some years. New name, new people... surprise!! Since it was already there, I decided to let them look at it. Called me back same day. Fuel pump died. Needed new fuel filter too. Exactly what I thought. They got it fixed immediately. Was particularly impressed with the diagnostic they performed, it was fairly comprehensive and price was good, rolled it into the final total. Diagnostic confirmed what I figured needed doing down the road, nothing I did not expect, n most of it just basic maintenance I needed done (oil change, various system cleanings n flushings, that kind of thing.) The staff are very friendly and they know their stuff. A few.months later, I had a weird grinding sound suddenly appear in driver side front wheel when I stepped on brakes. I had just done the front brakes, all 4 shocks, and front wheel bearings back in February so I was really puzzled. And the AC had stopped blowing cold a few days before the grinding sound appeared. They did another diagnostic. Front tie rods n rack n pinion and a missing caliper bolt. And discharge hose leak on the AC... (I was waiting on doing the tie rods until this fall, go figure). The guys fixed it all same day and had me back on the road!!Definitely bringing all my business back to them in the future!! Very happy customer!!!(A week later I was the middle vehicle in a 3 car pile up on the I-10 at rush hour...no injuries... both bumpers are destroyed. Still waiting 2mos now for the 3 ins cos to sort out the mess. Wish these guys did body work!!!)

I trust these guys. The prices are fair and they provide options in case you can't fix everything all at once. Basically, "Lucy" my Buick Lucerne and me are taken care of and not taken advantage of. And that is everything.

Faith Auto Works great company. The company has multiple locations. East Mesa. Chandler. They do great work. Helpful. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Making sure your safe out on the road. They are very reasonable and will be very honest with you, even if your a woman. They now have worked on two different vehicles of mine. One I have owned for 20 years and diagnosed exactly what needed to be fixed. Great company. Great service.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Oil change

If you are tired of suspicious shenanigans by shady auto-shops, look no further. You've found the shop you can trust.Also, if you're looking for a used car consider having them do a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle you are considering.

I took my car in to have the AC checked in March 2023. They were honest and gave me two options for repair. They fixed my AC for less than the other two estimates I had gotten.So far everything is working great. I completely trust them to do repairs on my car and refer them to anyone I know that needs work done.They are honest, knowledge and customer oriented.I've finally found an auto repair garage that I feel confident in knowing that I will get honest, quality work done.Thank you to Josh and the crew.

This shop is one of the best in the valley. Josh and his team are courteous, professional and most of all honest. When it comes to your car they're going to give you the best quote and honest opinion. After having my car fixed I took my wife's car to get fixed as well. These guys are the best. Fixed my vehicle and got me the best price. I took it in and right away diagnosed by fuel leak and ordered the parts and had it back in a few daysI would recommend to anyone to go here. I would only trust them.Josh was very friendly also.

10/19/23 - I ve used Faithworks Automotive for repairs on all of my cars for several years. They do a great job. Cars that I got fixed by Faithworks - 2004 Cady and 2008 Ford Taurus-X, 2003 Ford Crown Vic and 1993 Ford F-150 truck. Faithworks calls me with itemize list of parts to be repaired, before they start the work on the vehicle each time . I can, choose to replace all the parts that they listed , some of the parts or none. They also will send pictures of parts that they recommended to repair or replace. Depends on my cash flow. Faithworks Automation will work with me. They are very professional and honest. I have been very pleased with their work. I have spent several thousand dollar in the 1, 2, 3 Qtr of 2023 on repairs. All cars are running like new. No oil leaks, A/C blows nice and cold, transmission runs smooth and no over heating and no more repair engine lights. I have found that when I call for appointment that they normal schedule 2 days out to 5 days. Due to customer demand is high, they are good and honest. They can do oil changes and air filters and small repairs with same or next day service. I appreciate that they have shuttle service since I live alone. I plan to keep using Faithworks Automation in East Mesa for all my cars, SUZs, and truck repair. They are professional and they fix and repair items the right way. No reruns to fix the same problem again, again and again. 4/14/23 - caddy repair, 6/12/23 - Taurus X Oil and Filters 10/19/23 - Crown Vic A/C repaired.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My jeep motor blew and I had to replace the motor, radiator and several other parts. I was looking for a new mechanic because the one I used before retired. I had moved to AJ and did not know any of the automotive repair shops. While looking for a new shop I saw Faith Works and decided to give them my business.Wow, what a professional automotive repair shop! I used to work for Chevron and did a lot of mechanical work so I have a background in older vehicals. Josh keep me informed of the work they were doing, what needed to be replaced and he even took the time to look up some parts for my vehical that were hard to get, including a metal radiator.My vehical runs like a champ and has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I believe some of the ad on parts are 24k miles or two year warranty. I refer my friends to Faith Works and I'm so happy I found a shop with integrity, professionalism and nice folks Update: 30 May 2023I took my vehical in for an oil change, radiator flush and some other work. Faith Works did a nice job and I feel very confident in my vehical's reliability.Past work of a new motor is still running great and my 5 star rating remains the same, 5 Stars! Thank you Faith Works taking care of my vehical Update: 1-8-2024I had a rough start and my check engine light came on, so, I took the jeep to Faithworks. The Faithworks crew checked my vehicle and found that one of my plastic vacuum connectors had cracked. They replaced it and my jeep is running smooth again. The guys here are experienced and knowledgeable and they Do Not take advantage. It is hard for me to trust mechanics because honestly most are shady. If you are looking for a family mechanic you can trust, then you need the guys at Faith Works.

Josh, at Faith auto Works automotive, went above and beyond the normal call of duty. He drove me home, did exemplary work on my car, and then came and picked me up. None of which he had to do I would highly recommend Faith auto Works take anyone that needs attention to their vehicle. They know how to give it!

I had to have my front end redone. And the intake manifold, and coolent hoses redone. Great people from first call to pick up. Let me know when my car got dropped off. Repairs were faster than I anticipated, prices are reasonable. They don't try to up-sale anything. Honest and work so far I have no complaints on my vehicle. While changing my brakes on my 2020 I damaged the actuator. I brought the vehicle in on Friday and they were able to locate and have shipped to them a new caliber even though parts aren't available for my 2020 yet. I even brought the car back on Tuesday because the brakes were beeping on the dashboard and they hooked up their machine and fixed it without charging me anymore.
