A few weeks ago we bought a used vehicle that would support our big family and a trailer to hail all of our belongings so that we could travel to AZ from the east coast. We didn t have the time to get it checked by a mechanic before we left so we took off hauling a 3500 lbs trailer with us.When we got to AZ we immediately looked up all the mechanics in the area because we had broken down along the way and our brake pads, rotors, and AC had busted. So I called multiple places to find the cheapest place I could find to fit out budget and the guys over at Extra Auto gave me a price that blew me away and immediately said yes.So when I dropped it off I had expected to pick the car back up that day, but while they were fixing the problems I had mentioned they found several other issues, some of which were truly detrimental to the sustainability of the car, and they took care of all of it for even a better price altogether.Needless to say when we got the car back it was running better than ever. Our AC came out cold, the brakes and rotors felt super smooth on the road, and the other issues they had fixed just gave me a secure sense that I was driving a a safe vehicle.I would 100% recommend these guys if you re looking for quality, transparent work that will easily fit your budget! I will be returning there again to keep maintenance on my car up to par.Services: Electrical, Auto brake repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Very professional guys! Quality workmanship, helpful, and I think I have found a new mechanic! We moved to Mesa last summer and always like to support local businesses. They repaired my A/C, washer hoses, wiper blades, and did it in a very timely manner so I did not miss any work. I highly recommend them!!

I find it hard to express my gratitude to these folks. Jen's truly has lived up to the name of his shop. Always going the extra mile for his customers. If you don't give him a call, you're subject to overpay at other locations (hard to believe...I know. True nonetheless). I highly recommend E.M.A.C. Good people.Well done sir...Well done!

The owner and all the staff has helped me over the past few months with 2 vehicles. They just finished an auto body work on our car. It looks great.Thank you for all the help you have given us. My husband and I highly recommend this place. Its awesome there are still some good people out there.

The OWNER! Because the guy on the phone couldn't write down the service order properly, after quoting me a price for the job they tried to charge an extra $300 approximately. When I became audibly upset the guy started interrupting me and then the owner got on the phone and proceeded to mock me and call me an a#*hole. They had my car all day and never did anything. Had to take it to East Mesa auto because they're at least reliable

No one called to tell me they were waiting on a part. Customers in shop waiting with no one in wat the shop at all. We left messages all day checking on what was happening no one answers the phone. I think the owners was a good mechanic but does not care anymore. I also dont like people sitting in shop with my car when no one is around.

This business owner does everything possible to detect and repair your vehicle while keeping you informed of any other problems that may need attention in a timely manner. Integrity and courtesy towards customers is amazing.

Absolutely abusive, erroneous fraudulent bill creation, threat of mechanics lien, all post spray booth rental for 2 days. Refuses to return my property, have to do a civil standby and show text messages proving owner created an invoice, because I did not book additional time. Verbally abusive, insulted me, threatened me, and now trying to hijack my wallet with a fake bill. Never signed a contract to that effect, received an invoice for 2 days spray booth rental. Owner threatened to have me arrested for trespassing if I go to get my car. Rushed out of the spray booth, unfinished, had to waste masking paper, and gave me a hard time about needing a jump start, like asking for jumper cables is some tragedy. Steer clear of this rip off shop, the owner Jens is a cocky, abusive, thief and a criminal. He cares only about money, not customer satisfaction or customers personal property.

Always great service. Doesn't sell you extra services that aren't needed. Jens is able to fix the problem every time

Recently had work done here very profesional, reliable and couteous. They were able to get me a better price then the competition and the repairs were done faster then expected. Great place highly recomended!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!Jens is a lying owner. He screwed me and my family over and doesn t take responsibility. I highly do not recommend going to this place. It is not worth it! He will pretend it is in your favor but it is really in his so he will get more money!!!
