These guys are great. My parents were driving over from CA a few weeks ago for a visit when my dad noticed something wrong with his transmission. He had me look up some local BMW shops and based off rating and reviews on Google, I sent him here. They took him same day, took a look at the car, gave him a limited diagnosis (just so he would know if it was safe to drive back to CA after the weekend, he didn't want to take the whole car apart), and then didn't charge him anything when they were done. If anyone else I know needs work done on a European car, this is the only place I'm sending them.

Travis, the owner of AEW Euro Werks is the most honest and trustworthy European mechanic in Arizona. Travis and his team helped me in a great time of need to diagnose multiple engine faults that were caused by botched repairs from a local BMW dealership.Travis went the extra mile for me to ensure that the repairs were taken care of professionally and quickly, and even vouched for me and went to bat on my behalf to get the issues resolved with the dealership that performed poor mechanical work on my 2012 335is.I would highly recommend AEW Euro Werks to anyone in the Valley looking to service your European vehicle!

Agreed with other customer. Travis is honest and Jasmine is very friendly and totally understood my concerns. She scheduled me the next day and my issue was fixed. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a Mercedes, or BMW.. They definitely have a new customer with me and I will be spreading the word...

My family and I are so happy we found Euro Werks AEW. My sister and I were preparing for a road trip and our car the day of had a housing unit leak. We found this shop, and they took care of it for us right away. We got the car towed there, the parts were ordered the same day when the diagnosis was finished, and I got to pick up the car later the day after. Everyone working here is truly amazing and made this experience so much less stressful knowing it was in good hands/being taken care of properly!

Glad I found Travis.His knowledge and experience is a tremendous help for anyone interested in having work done on their European cars.He actually spent time showing me features the dealership never took the time to.Honest and dependable seems hard to come by these days for mechanics plus add not only being a nice guy but a great technical person.

Euro Werks has helped me turn a lemon into an orange! I visited 3 other mechanics who upcharged and couldn t properly diagnose and fix my cars issues before finding this shop. I can t even put my appreciation I have for this shop into words. They went above and beyond and went out of their way even without charging me. They truly value their customers and they aren t like every other shop trying to scam you for money. Don t think twice about trusting them, you guys gained yourselves a couple loyal customers thank you for everything you did for me.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Travis helped me out of a very tricky situation at a time when I needed my Jeep fixed urgently. He worked out everything seamlessly with my extended warranty company and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I would certainly like to do business with him in the future and would highly recommend him to others.

For context: I purchased an '09 BMW 335i (E90 with N54 engine) through Carvana which provides the Silver Rock warranty. Travis at Euro Werks is a custodian of this warranty and helped me out with my new vehicle.Working with Travis was fantastic; he certainly has the knowledge and background needed to help me out with my car. He explained everything I asked about, and all of the inspection details were outlined with photos in a report. He is very responsive, quick to respond to calls and texts; but when you go pick up your car, you'll see from his fingers that he's also hands-on with the vehicles in the garage. Absolutely amazing!! Travis really knows his BMW system capabilities and the SW used to make coding changes. The dealership wouldn't even listen to my request for features unlock, Apple Car Play, iPhone Mirror, and in-Motion for BMW iDrive system. We have a 2017 440i ... Travis took the time to understand my coding requests. He made many very useful suggestions, had to go above and beyond to update IDrive and required SW to make all the features I wanted. With over 30+ computers on-board he was extremely patient and cautious to ensure all OEM functionality was uninterrupted while giving me the MODs I wanted to coding features. I love my 'Rolls Royce" chime...makes me smile!HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mobile BMW Coding and Travis !!

Travis is really good at tracing problematic issues that includes modules, flex ray and stuff that the dealers for over a year could not trace. They are good people. Did not complaint or mind about my naiveness about my beamer and took care of me like family. I really appreciate these guys. Go to them if you can to save some money rather than spending an arm and a leg at the dealership.

I was referred to Travis by an auto parts store. Travis helped me out with my Beamer. He not only replaced the battery but provided all necessary and fun computer upgrades my 2017 320i could use. I truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I would refer him to any friend or family member who needs help with their New and/ or Modern but aging BMW. Travis is definitely worth the call!

I wanted to upgrade the amplifier in my BMW. Euro Werks found the best compatible amp and installed it for me. I am very pleased with the outcome, the quality of the install and the professional service. I will be back for any maintenance or other needs for my BMW in the future.
