I literally don't even know how this place has over 4 stars. I WISH I could give it 0. First of all, management in the service department treat their employees like trash. Always yelling at them and threatening them when the guys are doing the best they can. Mechanics are constantly busy and doing the best they can with the time they have. Why would you rush and threaten an employee and have them possibly do a bad job on a car instead of doing a safe and time efficient job? I'd rather wait a little longer and know that my car is going to be okay! I hope they get new management in the service side because these poor guys don't deserve to be treated like trash. And the customer service team is always rushing people or dont greet us. You want people to come back, not feel uncomfortable and unsatisfied. EARNHARDT, DO BETTER.

Trying to get simple maintenance done on a brand new Tundra. Big two had beyond horrible customer service and incredibly disrespectful.Called Amber with Earnhardt and she was incredibly nice and took care of us immediately. Great customer service and we look forward to future business with Earnhardt.

Service techs clearly not qualified. My first service under Toyota care I got an oil change and they only tightened the bolts holding my skid plate on half way. I was rattling down the road for days before I figured it out. The second oil change they have tightened the oil filter housing so tight its impossible to remove. Not a great experience waiting 3 hours for something as simple as an oil change and not have it done right. I'd have more confidence in wal mart changing my oil than I would this service department.

I ve been taking my car here for 6 years and always incredible service. Steven usually takes care of me. Him and the technicians always do a thorough job.

Repeatedly disappointing experience. There are some pleasant people working there, but the general (and consistent) customer service experience tells me this dealership is absolutely clueless about how to take care of a customer. I know they respond to many of these reviews, but nothing has changed for me in the two years I have been bringing my cars here (despite providing feedback in the past). In fact, it has worsened.They do not value the customer's time, they do not communicate effectively with the customer or within their own workplace, they tend to approach the customer from a negative point of view rather than a positive one, they forget to do repair add ons after they recommend them to you and you agree, they expect you to sign documents without explaining or making visible the details for which you are signing, they forget about you and leave you waiting for extended periods of time after telling you someone will be right out to update you, and I have even had the car returned to me after an oil change with the floor mat and seat covered in mud - a condition that I did not leave them with.Most recently, I had a safety recall repair required. I experienced most of the above behaviors while also being told my 48-72 hour repair window would now be at least 7 weeks due to a parts delay. During this time, they would not release my car to me, citing it as "unsafe" despite the fact they disregarded my concerns a year earlier for the same noises/conditions (which had been identifed by the manufacturer as a known issue by then). After several days of confusing communications about this delay, they finally recognized they had been quoting me dates in November when they really meant October and the ETA was actually within 9 days, not 38 days as they were repeatedly writing and saying. My feeling throughout this was that they perceived me to be unreasonable in my expectations for communication and accommodation, but when they realized they had been miscommunicating to me all along, they suddenly adopted a notably different tone of sweetness and huge accommodation.Unfortunately, when I ultimately went in to pick up my car and return the rental, I again encountered long waits for someone to assist me with checking in my rental car, being forgotten about and having to ask again for help, inability to provide proper documentation, and attitudes conveying a complete lack of respect or concern for the customer.I have finally decided it is time to drive further and use another dealership. Earnhardt's slogan "the no bull dealer" would be more realistic if it were "the nothing but bull dealer".Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Very dissatisfied with the ServiceScheduling department. Every time l've made an appointment, I end up getting a call to have to move it to a later time or a different date. Yesterday I made another appointment, got the confirmation text.Today I then had a different text come through saying my appointment is now 3 days later. I didn't appreciate the scheduling department not calling me prior to tell me it had to move. I had already taken PTO from work to make it to the first appointment. A simple call to work through the scheduling mishap would have been nice.

I wanted to give this service location a chance and scheduled my appointment online Monday night for a routine service. The soonest available appointment listed was Thursday morning which is the slot I chose and I even received the confirmation text message. However, the next morning I got a call that my appointment was cancelled because the time and day was unavailable and the next availability was on Saturday. It is ridiculous that the online scheduler had appointments for Thursday and Friday but then I was told those days are unavailable? Based on prior reviews it sounds like this has happened before. It seems like the silliest thing but if I cant trust this department to get my appointment scheduled then I won't trust them with my vehicle and will continue driving to Tempe for the quick and great service I have received there.

Earnhardt is easy to work with. Set up the service appointment online, and Bruce took care of an issue with our vehicle, taking the time to review the diagnostic with me. Waiting area is clean, with plenty of open space despite being busy. Took advantage of the shuttle service since the service advisor set realistic wait expectations at check in. Really pleased that Galen proactively offered the shuttle back to the dealership, making it easy to pick up my vehicle when it was done.

If you own a Toyota always do your service and accessories from the dealership. It's always going to turn out better or get fixed right.

Made appointment for oil change. Went 5 minutes early. First 3 people who came to greet me 15 minutes later ask if I had bought the car there. When I inquired they explained their car sales customers get their work done first and everybody else gets their work done at the end of the day If there is any time. My Chevrolet with ND plates had no chance. I wanted Toyota oil like I use at home.

The job done was fine. The management of expectations was terrible and rather than apologizing or admitting a mistake they would try and put it on us. We were told the vehicle would be ready Tuesday, then Thursday, then Friday, I was finally able to pick it up Saturday. Nothing unique had to be done, just install their lift kit, wheels, tires, bed cover and running boards. Someone needs to learn to under promise and over delivered. Instead I'm left underwhelmed.

They do not value your time. They over book appointments, and simple oil changes take far longer than necessary. Do not schedule service here unless you have a lot of extra time because you will be waiting a very long time.

Bought a 2022 Corolla less than a year in battery went bad. Went in today last minute was able to get an appointment. In and out in 30 mins with a new battery. Not happy about the battery super happy with the speedy service made up for it.

Was 5 stars. Today 3/23/23: Had 1pm service scheduled for today. Arrived, no appointment on books. Took me in as an accomodation good that they are doing it bad fitting me in lengthens my wait time AND DELAYS EVERYONE AFTER ME. 2 MIN AFTER being taken in email saying moved to Saturday... hummm. Had a service advisor check why the appointment cancelled NO IDEA. Asked if the text was accurate NO SATURDAY APPOINTMENT. My afternoon is in shambles. Upper management unresponsive. Only reason its as high as 3 stars is STEPHANIE BREWER AND KYLE ARE AWESOMEUpper management responded, put back to 5 stars. Seems there was a problem with texting and are working to fix it. CUDOS for management (ANDREW WILSON) jumping on the problem!

Come here for all of my regular services. I came in yesterday for an oil change and today woke up to a dead battery. They didn t test it during the oil change the day before so they had me come in and took care of it right away, and discounted the battery charge to make up for the inconvenience. I always deal with Mark when I go in and he s so polite. Always honest and I really do trust him with my car. If you have a Toyota in the Mesa area I would 100% recommend this place. My boyfriend also bought a car here and had a great experience.

This place saved me over $1000 compared to what I was quoted in neighboring states. The mechanic also fixed a rattling noise that another non-Toyota guy's work caused and I wasn't charged for this. I had such a great experience. It took all day to work on my car but the wait and drive were all worth it! Ben and Scott were also great!

My experience at Earnhardt Toyota has been nothing but positive. Dieter and Boden made sure to deliver on everything they said I would get in my deal. Ben, in the parts/accessories dept, is easy to work with. He went above and beyond what I would ever expect to take care of me and make sure I was happy. I can truly say that the folks at Earnhardt Toyota did a fantastic job at earning my business. I trust that if you give them a shot you will be a happy customer too.

Super fast service. Also, bought a car there a year ago almost and worked with Dillon. He was fantastic and it never felt like he was just trying to get me into any car. He helped make sure I got the right one for me. And it has been a fantastic car. Highly recommend! Also, highly recommend working with Dillon!

They always treat me well and take great care of my Highlander. I really like courtesy shuttle so you're not stuck there waiting if your service takes a while.
