I just bought a 2024 Toyota RAV4 and the process was very smooth!!Jordan was amazing!!Probably this experience had been the best one.It s my first Toyota and the first time I buy from Earnhardt Toyota and probably not the last one!!

I just bought my second Toyota 4Runner from Earnhardt. I purchased the first vehicle in 2009, and I traded in that one on the new 4Runner. As before, I had a great experience with Earnhardt! I dealt with Jordan Sherwood and his sales manager, Mike. They gave me a great deal on a great car. They kept their word, they delivered a perfect vehicle, and they were pleasant to deal with. This past couple of weeks, I had a lot of distractions in my life, making me not the easiest buyer to deal with. They were patient, professional, and kind. Combined with a great deal, a buyer could not ask for more!

I purchased a vehicle from Earnhardt Toyota in 1/13/24. I did everything on line and worked with Chris and Jonathon the sales team. They were honest and very knowledgable and helped me to understand the vehicle I was considering. Offered me a fair price and had vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Excellent experience, I would recommend to family and friends or anyone looking for no bull as they advertise. .

Best car buying experience ever. I have bought many cars over the years and we looked at cars at different dealers before we came to Earnhardt's for this purchase. No pressure sales. They had what we were looking for, we drove the car and loved it. Our sales person, Jamel, was the best! And Mike in finance, they don't come any better. Explained every item clearly.Overall, a great experience!

I just got out of my 5k mileage checkup with a request to rotate the tires. I already knew my tire pressures because they were really low the previous week and I spent an hour refilling them from 21, to barely 32, 33 and two at 30. When the service was done, the service tech rep said the tires were now rotated and all the regular tires are now at 35psi and the spare checked and filled as well. Awesome. I felt better about my tires at least. Well.. I drove a few miles and the tires didn't feel right, so I pushed the tire pressure button to look at my tire pressure now! Guess what.. 32, 33 and 30, 30 ALL in the same place they were when I took them in! I was so upset, especially that maybe service didn't rotate the tires, or even checked them at all. I took my car right back and saw the same service tech rep as before. When I told him I just picked up my car and my concerns, along with showing him the tire pressure readings, I guess he didn t hear that I just picked up the car when he mentioned that weather changes, riding patterns, etc. can affect pressure. I told him, again, we just spoke and I just picked up the car from him a few minutes ago, not a few days ago. It took him looking at the paperwork to have it click. They took the car back and after a bit returned my car with the assurance the tires were now at the proper pressure and they reset the tire sensors. I did get a text from the service tech later during the day as well assuring me the tires had been rotated during the original service and apologized that I had to return to have the tires rechecked and the sensor reset which I appreciated.I knocked off 2 stars for having to come back and for having to wait 2 1/2 hours to have my car serviced even after making an appt and arriving early.UPDATE (one month later)... STILL having trouble with my tires and system, which I didn't have until I had my car serviced this time. Often, my tire pressure warning comes on, showing no pressure readings even after driving several miles. Then, after driving 19 miles (literally 19 miles for days), the pressure reading comes on, and it's always really low psi. I've had my tires readjusted by another place, and I'm hoping it helps. I've added two more pictures from the past week. Ugh!

I bought my first new car from Earnhardt Toyota! They were very easy to work with, and found the exact Prius I wanted very quickly. I worked with Kyle and he was great, always very responsive over text and answered any questions I had. I would definitely buy a car from Earnhardt Toyota again!

This place has spectacular service from top to bottom. From Richard in Sales to Curtis in Finance to Eddie the manager, I don't think I've had a more pleasant experience. They were able to answer all my questions quickly and confidently. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, including my test drive. I got a fair price on my trade and was they were more than willing to work with me and get the numbers where I needed them to get into a brand new 4Runner Limited 4WD. What an amazing team!

Every person I encountered at Earnhardt Toyota was friendly and courteous. We worked with Justin Addie and I can honestly say, I have never had such a great experience until he became our sales man! He was patient and listened. We didn t feel rushed and it was nice to not feel like another commission. We ultimately decided to buy a truck from Justin simply because he showed up so much patience and respect throughout the process.

This was my first great experience at a dealership! My husband and I have had our fair share of negative moments with other dealerships. However we had a great time here! We found a vehicle I liked on Earnhardt s website and went it to see it in person. We were greeted by Cort who is great to work with! Going in I was nervous as past sales individuals have been super pushy. Not once did I ever feel pushed or pressured by Cort. He simply was there to help us out, you could tell he just wanted to help you find the right vehicle for you not make a sale. He made the process stress free and honestly was great to talk to you! Aaron in finance was also super helpful and kind! Made sure to explain all the options we had very well! We definitely will be coming back in the future! If you are in need of a new vehicle this is the place!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! We went through Costco and they gave us such a great deal. Brian took care of us from the moment we walked through the door. The competent team at Earnhardt sure know how to sell a vehicle concisely and professionally. Working with Carter in sales was a great experience, his down to earth approach and understanding of my unique situation made the entire car-buying process really easy. Carter and the finance team ended up offering a deal on a new car I simply couldn t pass up. I was even in the market for a used vehicle, but thanks to the diligent finance manager offering a great deal by thinking outside the box, I was able to drive back to Tucson that day in a new car.I will definitely be back in the future, would (and will) recommend anybody to do business with them. Ask for Matt Hyde - a few of our friends recommended him and I will say he was the difference maker as to why we ended up buying this car. We left and actually went to look at a few other options but in the end we came back to Earnhardt because of Matt.

Aside from my car being taken care of , My last visit it was raining and I had both of my daughters with me ( one of them being only 3 weeks old ) Corey made sure the car was brought up close under the awning , the car was on with the heat going. We just purchased a 2024 Rav4 from the east Mesa Earnhardt. Our experience was awesome!! We had Charles as the salesman he was the best I told him what I was looking for and that's what we got. Charles was informative, Patient and very kind. Curtis in Finance was very helpful and great as well. I can't say enough about this dealership. Jacob Hayter was an excellent salesman. Overall is was a good experience. My only gripe. So many fees and extra charges attached. So pricey. Just add it to the total price on the sticker. I'm just complaining cause it was over $5000 in extra charges which I think is wild. But overall was a great experience. I love the vehicle. Thank you.

Asked for the Costco member pricing. Finding the right car was easy. The process was much less stressful than my experiences at other car dealers. Partly due to their Costco pricing and partly because the customer experience is well managed by the staff. My wife and I were treated warmly and with respect. About 6 weeks after the purchase we dropped into the service dept. to install a trailer hitch. Our Service Advisor was Darwin. He went over the details clearly and made sure we could get the car back on schedule. He also helped us get a 25,000 mile checkup during our service which helped us greatly as we live 30 minutes away from the dealership. After the installation he went over the install and answered a few questions that we wanted him to research for us. It was a very good experience with no surprises thanks in large part to Darwin. Thanks.

Absolutely loved my experience with Matt Hyde! He made the whole car buying experience wonderful. Matt is knowledgeable and kind and didn t push me to purchase anything I could afford. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything every step of the process and even text me the next day asking if there was anything he could do to help. If you are going to visit Toyota ask for Matt!

Went car shopping a few weeks back to a bunch of different dealerships. My first time doing so and I understand why everyone says it s so stressful. My last stop was with Toyota Earnhardt in Mesa and was immediately greeting by Zen Berk. He walked up to me and showed us a few vehicles that I was interested in. He made my experience very welcoming and assisted me with any questions that I had. Zen really knew his stuff about the vehicles as well! My overall experience was amazing. Walked me through every step of the way. Even Mike in financing was awesome. A huge thank you to Zen Berk and Mike! Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was excellent and done in a reasonable amount of time. Was offered maintenance plan which was explained to me thoroughly. I signed up for the plan. Also was told what to needed to be done in my next service appointment including items to be replaced and what to look out for. Everything was great and no additional problems were found.

An outstanding experience from the time I stepped into the lot. The sales person (Trevor) was very helpful, but not overbearing, and was very knowledgeable on the 4Runner I was searching for. They had the exact model and trim that I was looking for (coincidence, I think), in the color I wanted. We reached an agreement quickly, and the finance manager was very efficient and thorough with the processing. One of the quickest, most enjoyable experiences I ve had purchasing a vehicle. Great job!

I bought my 2022 Corolla from Earnhardt Toyota in June of 22. I've been taking it there for scheduled services since. All the advisors are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I especially liked my last service advisor. Sadie. She was extremely nice. Sadie gave me information and advice about future services and answered my questions. Great experience!!
