I really wanted to leave a positive review because my experience started off pretty ok unfortunately days later that s not the case.I purchase and slightly used 2022 telluride from this dealership as my wife and I are going over things with the salesman (Justin drew) he mentions several things need to be addressed they didn t have a chance to do and pointed out how dirty it was before purchasing it insuring me it would be cleaned and told me I could still take the vehicle or leave it and it would be done the following day immediately. We left the vehicle for it to be done. I had to follow up the next day at 3pm no update from Justin and he tells me they are finishing up the tire rebalancing and I d be good. 6pm comes around now says they are detailing it. Cool now it s 7pm and I m headed to get it, Justin says two things weren t able to be done but bring it back the next day and they will have them done immediately . In a rush I grab the keys and head home. Next day I noticed as I didn t see anything the night before they didn t detail anything, they basically sprayed it down and called it good interior covered in crumbs, dust and previous owners ketchup and make up on the seats and middle console. We reached out to Justin bringing up this concern and he scheduled us for a few days later to come it and get the remainder of the stuff done and it to be actually detailed and apologized and said it wasn t his intention to give us a dirty car. Appointment day comes up we drop it of 8am sharp guess what another 12hr day to do a few things and detail it. We finally pick it up AGAIN and the very end of the day. My own mistake of not checking it before I left but did so as soon as I got home just to see THEY DIDN T DO ANYTHING once again. I waiting until following day to take pictures in the light and asked Justin what the ___ is going on? Sent videos and photos and called with no response. Vehicle is dirty inside and out and I still have a chip in the windshield they were suppose to fill. So I want to personally thank Justin drew and Earnhardt GMC Buick for a wonderful buying experience.

The dealership was excellent. One of the best buying experience that I've ever had in a lifetime. The salesman Mr. Kerry Hunter was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Really went the extra extra lengths to make this a favorable experience. Moving forward I will only buy from Kerry Hunter, is perhaps the best salesman I've ever met?

My car was in there twice back to back. Both great experiences.Once for a transmission replacement.The second time is because after the transmission replacement there was a flutter. It was discovered that there was an exhaust leak that caused the flutter and after a thorough inspection other issues were discovered.Both times my car was in and out in a timely manner.Wes and the mechanics did a great job on my Yukon.

Kerry was awesome! He was very patient in showing us the various truck models that would meet our needs, didn t waste our time by trying to push us into a truck we didn t want or need. The paperwork was done quickly and we were on the road!! Love our new Denali Thank you Kerry and the entire Earnhardt Team!

Standard oil change and tire rotation service. Completed quickly and on time.Few improvements that can be made:1. Sofas in waiting area need to be replace. No one can sit in those for more than 10 minutes without a backpain2. A rental/loaner should be available, even if it is on a charge basis.3. Recall/software items needs a weekday service which should also be available on Saturday so that customers don't need to waste their work days.

I recently had to have my truck towed to Earnhardt GMC due to multiple issues, and I hate to say it but surprisingly, my experience was likely the very best I have ever had with a dealership in general. I've had a few very negative experiences with other dealers over the past couple of years, but earlier in the year I purchased my truck at lease end from this dealer and had a great experience. Naturally, I wanted to give the service department a try when I needed a tow.Once the truck was delivered to the dealer, I received a call from "Wes" to acknowledge the delivery, and to recap what the issues have been. He properly set the expectation on what the first steps would be and when they would be completed, and it went according to plan. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from Wes outlining what was found, and what the next steps would be. Just a few hours later, I got another call from Wes indicating what they suspected was correct (dead battery that was causing multiple false warnings/errors), and a new battery resolved the issues. He also was able to save me a bit of $ from the estimate provided earlier that day.He promptly sent a courtesy shuttle to my home to pick me up and I had my truck back in my possession in about a day, probably less.I appreciate the professionalism and honesty and will absolutely be giving them a shot at my business when it comes to my/our next vehicles.

Justin in sales was absolutely outstanding to work with! He treated me like a member of the family and went above and beyond with outstanding service. I highly recommend this location. The finance team did a great job of providing efficient service while keeping my goals in mind. This is our 2nd vehicle leased from Earnhardt Buick in Mesa. Both times we ve been very pleased with the whole process. Kerry was knowledgeable, very helpful, and made the whole process of choosing which car to get easy, all the way from beginning to end. That s why when our lease was up we called them back, asked for Kerry, and within 3hours we were driving away with our new car! Highly recommend these guys!

My Service Technician, Ronnie, was super nice and helpful during my scheduled oil change. After discovering that I needed 4 new tires, he went above and beyond to take care of it right away so I didn t have to return on another day. He also saved me from potentially blowing out a tire on the highway! I couldn t ask for anyone better and more trustworthy than Ronnie!

The work needed for my car was done super quick. I have an old car and yet the repair was done without any damage to the interior. It's old plastic. Even in the face of what was a misunderstanding the staff was incredibly friendly courteous professional and knowledgeable. The gentleman that serviced my vehicle in particular was outstanding. So is Autumn one of the service writers.

We were broken down, called the service department and got a voicemail at 4pm on a Friday night. Called again 45 minutes later and left another voicemail. They close at 6pm and we never heard from them.UPDATE 2/26/24 - Everyone deserves a second chance, and while there are numerous GMC dealers in this area, we decided to give Earnhardt another chance.Weston in the service department is awesome! We had a service assist warning come on and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He scheduled our appointment, got our service contract and rental car preapproved. When we came in for the appointment, Weston took care of everything. Our car was repaired sooner than expected. This experience was very enjoyable. I didn't change it to 5 stars due to my 1st experience, but today turned us into a happy customer. Weston is a huge asset to your service department..

Had an issue with my navigation system, by appointment I went there Was immediately greeted and both service staff I dealt with were courteous , well dressed, very professional and knowledgeable. They resolved my issue. Service area and waiting room very clean. Highly recommend Earnhardt Buick GMC, to anyone from Canada, prices for oil changes etc very reasonable

I ve only dealt with the accessory/parts department and they have zero customer service. Except for Cameron, he s a nice guy. To start off I spent almost 2 grand on accessories. First time I came, dude had me waiting a solid 15 minutes for him to come out. Then was rude over me just asking to see if my packages arrived. Then the next time I pick them up, and later I m opening them to find one of the things I order was missing an item. I contacted the parts manager and he basically accused me of trying to get free stuff and lying. It s a $10 item that was missing. I spent almost $2,000 like are you kidding me. I don t even care about the product, just wanted what I paid for. They suck here. Glad I didn t buy my vehicle from this dealer.

I had made an appointment for some recall work, an oil change and to have my transmission checked for some hard downshifts. I was told when I dropped out off however that the transmission tech was too backed up and I would have to bring my car back or leave it for a week! Neither option was possible as I was needing it checked prior to a trip I had to leave for later that week. This was the second time that I have taken my four-year-old Acadia to be serviced only to be told that something I was scheduled to have done could not be done. I doubt that I will ever be taking my car back for service with Earnhardt.

I wanted to share my great experience with Earnhardt Buick GMC and especially Salesman Justin Drew. I have not used this dealership in the past, for I went to one a little closer to me for my Buick needs. I moved from Northern Virginia in October 2021, and I wanted to establish myself with a dealership in the Mesa/Tempe area. I did just that. When it came to exchanging my 2021 Enclave lease, I was shocked at the lack of enthusiasm, and attention to my needs as a buyer. At one point, I was going to purchase my Enclave, however the price after the lease end was almost $250.00 more from this other dealership, as was other cars (Envista and Envision) much less in value of the Enclaves.I got onto the Earnhardt website, saw a beautiful Certified pre-owned 2023 Envision and stated my interest. I was looking to downsize from an Enclave to an Envision and wanted to stay within a certain budget. Almost w/in five minutes I received a call from Mr. Drew and well, I bought the vehicle. He assisted me with all my questions on finances, budgets and returning the Enclave lease. I've been a fan of General Motors vehicles throughout my life w/ Oldsmobile (2), Hummer (1), Chevrolet (2) and Buick (3).Overall, I will continue to use Earnhardt for all my Buick needs and will strongly suggest my friends to use this same dealership. The dealership processed paperwork fast. However, I had to call to get the paperwork emailed to me. I also did not receive second key and sales person said he would call next day after it was located. I had to call for the second key and was told he would follow up with service manager. I had to call again and was told they could not find the key and would need to order and I would need to bring the car back to them to have the key made. Over two weeks later, I still don't have a second key. Follow through with this company is lacking!

I had been working with Thomas however he was under the weather and Kerry took over and did a great job. He helped me set my presets on the techno stuff before I left the dealership. No pressure tactics. Worked a good deal for me. My only caution is not from Earnhardt, it's from using the GMC value my trade on the GMC website. They make you think your trade offer is going to be in that window they give you and supposedly send to the dealership. It's absolutely not. Like I said no ding on Earnhardt.

Unexpectedly found myself needing a new vehicle and this was my third car purchase from an Earnhardt Dealership, but the first time buying a used vehicle. The buying process was painless and straightforward as I expected. I had to wait two weeks to get the car due to a part being on backorder that prevented the car from.functioning properly. Once I drove the car, I was very pleased. Car was priced below national average from cars of same year and mileage. Overall, very happy with purchase.

I bought a vehicle recently for my wife and had a horrible experience at another dealership and was very hesitant to visit another one when it came down to buying my vehicle, that all change when I met Jesse T. Scheduled an alignment with a oil change. Come in and find out you can't do an alignment on my rims. Wish I would've known that when I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks prior. I ended up only getting the oil change, so then I had a $20 off coupon but it was only available for service over $100, well my total was $102 and brought that up to my service adviser and he says, the coupon can only be used if it was over $100 pre tax. It's always something with dealerships, they are like Casino's, the odds always favor the house instead of the customer.

Once I decided, he and the team made everything happen over the phone in less than 3 hours from picking up my new car. Bought a new enclave in Dec, drove it for 1700 miles and it had developed a vibration and took in to dealership and they corrected the problem. One of the wheels were out of balance so bad. They ended up installing all 4 new tires. Great service!
