I have worked with Tyler from the start. Everything was super easy and smooth sailing. So far I m loving my truck, needs a few things here and there but nothing serious. I recommend this place they have good deals especially for those with not so great credit, I would recommend this place. As a reminder, when you buy from little family owned places, you re buying the vehicle AS IS, that s only reason why they have some not so positive reviews. Hope this helps!

Made a deal on the truck we wanted. They made the changes on the truck we asked for. Came back later on the day to pick up and sign. Signing only took 15 minutes. Needed the small repair and they fixed it right away. Happy to refer Ditat Deus for great trucks and prompt service.

I was having a hard time finding a dealer that would get me approved with my bad credit situation. When I reached out Kelsey was quick to respond and had me approved and driving off in just a few hours! When the truck had an issue, I reached back out and they had it in the shop within a few days getting repaired I also had a chance to speak with Mike, who was very friendly and willing to help I definitely recommend This dealership!

DO NOT BUY from this company! I bought a Chevy Diesel approximately 2.5 years ago and have never been able to use this vehicle for its intended purpose due to continued mechanical issues. When I bought the truck, I paid Ditat Deus to have the truck painted and to have a hitch installed. It took me awhile to realize the roof was NOT painted and the hitch they installed FELL off the truck (thankfully while not towing or people and animals would have been potentially killed) and when I called Ditat Deus to discuss, I was told the manager was up on the roof and couldn t talk. My phone calls were never returned. I have spent well over twelve thousand dollars at mechanics and the Chevy dealership trying to get the truck road-worthy to any degree, but to no avail. I talked to the credit union through which I have it financed and they said they no longer finance anything for Ditat Deus due to situations like this. At this point in time, I am not even sure what recourse I have legally to get out from under this lemon, but I do not want anyone else to ever go through such a frustrating and money-draining situation. I bought this truck in good faith, and it has been nothing but a disaster.

First and foremost I want to address the negative reviews on this company. For starters the customer service here is superb. It is a locally owned company and the owners here show a great deal of care for their customers. No they do not scam people and they do their very best to make sure you re taken care of. Secondly, I bought a truck from here two months ago and yes it is a used truck. There are bound to be issues if any. Although, within the two months of me owning my truck, Tyler has been amazing making sure I m taken care of. If there was anything I felt would even be an issue with my truck he addressed it right away and offered solutions to help in any way that he could. Kelsey is also another representative here and was also very personable and made the paperwork portion of the experience very fun. I would highly recommend this company too; any readers reading this review, family, and friends. If you are having doubts coming here to purchase your next vehicle I would suggest atleast stopping by and taking a look. 5/5

This place is a godsend. The car is immaculate being a used car. I m so impressed with their service. In-house finance with a reasonable down payment and payments are reasonable. The 2 year warranty and gap are great additions they invest. I definitely appreciate Tyler and his cousin. Thanks my friends God Bless!

They stole my $500 deposit on a truck and they will steal from you too. They will tell you that they can utilize and finance with your bank, then AFTER you put a deposit down because you think they finance with your bank they will tell you they don t actually work with your bank and will blame you for not double checking what they said! That should be illegal but it s not apparently!Horrible people, they literally did nothing but lie to my face, got me to put down money, then just said oh yea. We don t work with your bank actually but there s a bank down the street(they had horrible rates compared to mine) this is after I made sure they would Now taking them to small claims, horrible people here, save your time they aren t a professional business not even close! I own my own so I would know!

Bought a vehicle through them. Everything went smoothly, inspected, tested the vehicle and had the paperwork ready for me in a matter of minutes. Walked in and out in about 15 minutes with the new car. Two weeks later I received the vehicle title, registration and tag. Outstanding work!

I saw a truck I was interested in and since I was working a few miles away decided to stop and look at it on a Monday. I spoke with Tyler and we went for a test drive. During the test drive I Informed Tyler that I had a truck I wanted to trade in and what my bottom dollar was and that I needed to keep my truck until Saturday. Tyler agreed to this with a old school handshake and no cash switching hands. For the rest of the week Tyler's mechanics serviced the new truck, changed tires and wheels and added a lift kit so I was 100% satisfied when I arrived Saturday morning to button up are agreement. At 9am Saturday morning I arrive in my old truck, trade keys with Tyler, sign loan documents and was driving home in my new truck by 930am. By far the fastest and smoothest experience ive ever had buying a used vehicle! Tyler is a man of his word and very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and I left a satisfied customer and I'll never buy another vehicle without calling Tyler to see what he has available. Thanks again Tyler!

This place is GREAT! I normally don t leave reviews but when I needed a car they were able to get me in a really nice 2018 kia optima. WITH REALLY BAD CREDIT! If you don t have the best credit and are trying to rebuild it but need a car. They WILL take care of you. Super awesome people, very caring, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. I will be going back later to get an even nicer car in the future! Talk to Tyler, tell him what you need and he WILL help you out!

They had a Tahoe I wanted. The mechanic Brandon was awesome enough to FaceTime me and give me all the details. I hopped on an airplane, purchased the vehicle sight unseen, met with Tyler who made the buying process quick and easy, then drove it 7 hours back home without a single issue. I ve purchased a lot of vehicle from small and large dealerships and this was one of the easiest transactions I ve ever had. Really good group of people here!

I would not recommend this company. We purchased a vehicle from them around May of this year. We left the lot with a few minor issues on the promise, IN WRITING, that they would fix them. 2 months and about 30 phones calls / voice-mails. And no one has returned a phone call.*edit. Last name LaFrance. How about you call him and discuss your concern about our disappointment.

I purchased a Chrey Caprice PPV(police vehicle) with an extended warranty That warranty was canceled the 1st time I tried using it. They knew warranty companies don't cover ppv but they sold it to me anyways. Now I have a broken car and it needs $16k worth of work according to Sands Chevy. Be very cautious After I made 5 calls to them trying to get any help at all? I got tired of hearing we will call you back!They don't even get a half of star !

Well. I ve been on the phone with a sales man named Ivan for 2 days trying to buy a 2012 Chevy Taho. We came to a price agreement and Ivan assured me that the vehicle would not be sold out from under me because I was the first buyer in line until he spoke with his boss . While I waited for him to return my call. Ivan stated that he went to lunch and some one sold it without his knowledge. Of course this too is a lie. He was very unprofessional in his business dealings with me and I now understand the bad reviews given on this site. I would not bother purchasing any vehicle from this establishment as they are untrustworthy and brake deals as they see fit. I would give less than one star if possibleMissoula MT

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE.Was told it was in perfect shape, ended up being told its a death trap. $1800 to fix it and they don't want to reimburse, or come tow the car to fix it. They told us we need to bring it in ourselves. They want us to drive a death trap. We bought it 5 days ago.They don't care about your life, are not honest and have terrible service.Have been in contact with an attorney and am suing and have contacted 3 on your side and they are doin a story on them. DO NOT GO HERE

one of the most comfortable car buying experiences i ve ever had! the staff is friendly and professional and they re not tryna pressure you into a vehicle you don t want or can t afford! ivan went above and beyond to make sure i was completely satisfied with my tahoe before purchase. i d recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle.

Stepped up to the plate when the time came,.. A Van I bought had trouble starting around 10 Days after purchase,, Called Dealer & let him know the Issues & If the 14 Day Warranty Applied,.. Was told to bring the Van In & have the Mechanic take a look! Ivan took care of a couple additional minor issues as well! Thank You,.. This is how Referrals are created & Return Business Happens!!!!

It was an easy and enjoyable buying experience. They didn t play games or try any tricks. I negotiated the price through text. They told me the out the door cost. The final price was exactly what we agreed on. I highly recommend them and I will definitely consider them first for future purchases.

My mom got her Tahoe from here, they always do their service on her car when she has issues. I'm not sure all these bad reviews are even from customers. But here you've got 5 stars from me. My mom just got her car serviced today and it didn't take long and they gave us water while we waited.

I was down and out with a bad trade in , Tyler set me up with a nice 2010 Special Service Tahoe with a 6 speed tyranny 320 hp just like the cops have . I got a warrenty from route 66 for 36k miles a low interest loan through Mountain America. It's a 44000 dollar truck for 10 k , I had a couple of items that were covered by my warrenty. Its real good deal on a expensive truck . Well worth it I have already 6000 miles riding in the most comfortable reliable vehicle a person could ever get at this price. . Thanks Tyler and Ditat Deus. This also started my credit going now I have credit with mountain America.John ( Eddie ) SilvaChandler resident for 50 years .

I saw a Tahoe on offerup with this company s name that I liked and I started to do some research like any smart person would do. And after seeing the comments and video on the news I decided to stay away and take my business elsewhere after they took that mans Tahoe away and did not give back his 10k he had put down as a down payment. Things like this turns ppl away from your business I hope they do the right thing but as of right now I m giving them a 1 start because I fell like I can t trust them at all.

Ditat Deus provided me one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had! I visited several other dealers in the area searching for a new vehicle to buy, and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Deus did. Mike and Tyler took several hours to make sure i walked out with the vehicle i wanted. They were helpful with the whole process and were very transparent about all their vehicles. I test drove a few of them, and ended up buying a tahoe. A+ rating!

I am not rating your company even one star. But I am responding to the news story of your customer where you took a $10,000 deposit came back and took the vehicle and he still has no vehicle And you have not returned this $10,000 deposit. It is absolutely abhorrent as a business owner and how you are handling the situation. Basically you have committed fraud by not returning your customers money. I would never buy from you. I would never refer anybody to you. You should be ashamed as a business owner. I think many of us hope that you have integrity and do the right thing and make it right with that customer. But I would imagine from this new story you probably won t be in business for very long.

DO NOT Buy from here this place is a Rip off if you are looking to go cheap well then be my guest this place is for you !! We bought our vehicle from here about 10 months ago and I wish we looked at the reviews before buying anyway we are dealing with a big electrical problem and suspension problem that cost 5500 we purchased a warranty and it included bumper to bumper well we ve been having this electrical problem since we bought the truck we told Mike about it and he just ignores us he said he would replace our catalytic converter because the engine light came on a week after we had the truck but he never returned our calls anyways we took the truck in and now the warranty place is saying this guy didn t give us the bumper to bumper and scammed us out of our money and this is not the first time that s happen with themYup go ahead and lie and say you ve never sold a vehicle to me like you do all the other honest and bad reviews
