Came in for front tires today at 815am and all finished with two brand new tires at 850am. Gotta say we have been going to Discount for well over 20 years and the commutation they bring is impressive. They told me when it was brought back to work on and an estimate time to be finished. It s amazing not to just be sitting there wondering. The customer service here is fantastic. Shout out to Kyle and Matthew who were both extremely friendly and helpful.

I love and appreciate Discount tire in general but especially appreciate this location.. today has not been my day I left the grocery store with 4 lbs in my tire from a puncher in my tire. I had cold and frozen food that they put in their freezer while I was waiting. Had a new tire installed and out of the door within 40 minutes! Thank you Jason and other members for your time and hard work! I really appreciate you!

They are very helpful. I Caught a screw in my tire and I was an hour away from home. They pushed their schedule aside to fix my tire for me, so I did not have to try and put on a donut By Myself. They charged me nothing so I tip them. Most discount tires do a lot for you without charging like air fills and checking your tires and things like that. This one in Gilbert was very helpful.

Went for a free air check. A bit of a line, but not too bad. They are efficient and polite while checking the tire wear and air levels and add air as needed. They then send you an easy to comprehend tire health report via text. Bottom line, I've been going to Discount Tire for years and will return when I need new tires. I'm never sure I'm getting the best price, but for the level of service, it's worth the extra few bucks and time saved.

Thank you to Samuel, Cole and kyle for getting our truck in last minute on a Saturday night before we depart on a road trip in the morning and being kind enough to bring snacks out for my daughter. Great team great customer service thank you guys.....YOU ALL ARE THE BEST

Was greeted even before we entered the store. The rep understood what we were looking for and presented a few options for new tires. They text you with a link so you can track the status of your installation. Would have been a 5 star ranking, but the service took longer than expected. I do wish they would have gone over more of the options for different brands as I later found more less expensive options on their website.

I went there to get new windshield wipers. The ones they put on my car were worse than my old ones. If I go to clean my window with those wipers, it'smeared so bad that I couldn't see. I went back to get a different set and he said if these don't work he's not going to give me another pair. Like it's my fault he put the wrong wipers on. I recommend Walmart they never get the wrong size.

The employees I have dealt with seemed friendly enough. Courteous, helpful, etc. However, two separate times after buying new tires from them, I took my car in for a complimentary balance/rotation, and each time, one of my wheels was damaged. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until the next morning. On picture shows the damaged wheels the other shows what they should look like. That is something I should have been informed of upon the pick up of my vehicle. Never paying for a service at this location again.

They lied about being able to patch my tire, took it to big O and they patched it no cost to me. They also busted one of my lug nuts and tried to sell me a set. Waste of time.

Can't get in to get a tire rotation without an appointment, and then it's still one day and up to an hours wait. Generally, they only air an "E" rated tier to 32 psi. unless you remind them that it's at least 75 psi. And they are the ones that sold them to me. If you are going to have your complimentary air checked, take a lunch. The wait will be that long.

Don't waste your time here if you're running, 12 or 14 wide rims. Not even a tire rotation will not be service here.

Discount Tire on Greenfield gave me an excellent customer service experience. I brought 2 vehicles in for new tires in the morning last week and was in and out within a couple hours. I was shown various options within my budget by Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I got the right tires at the right price. My experience didn t end there. I watched the hard working folks back in the bays working their tails off getting vehicles in and out promptly and timely. It s a rarity to see people working so hard these days. My hats off to this store. I will be returning for future tire needs!

This morning, my tire sign came on at around 7:30am. I visited Discount Tire and they were able to check tire pressure and add air for free! Great service!

I ve been going to Discount tire for over 7 years and often go to this location. Today I got a new set of wheels put on and upon picking them up, my previous wheels were not given back to me. It s against Discount Tire policy to keep wheels without asking the customer first and there is no way it wasn t intentional. I got them back but I am pissed that it was assumed that I didn t want them. They were brand new Honda wheels from my 2023 Honda Accord...

I love these guys and won't go anywhere else. Super helpful with good advice. Great prices and they will cut you a deal if they can! I tried a few other shops and I always come back to discount tire because they're just that much better than everyone else!

You can learn a lot about a company when they mess up their product or service. These guys were great to work with on pricing and installing the tires on my truck. However someone lost a hubcap to one of my tires. I was nervous to express this to the manager knowing how difficult it is to prove that their team lost the hubcap. Without any hesitation he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for taking the time to make customers feel appreciated

I have been here several times and always received great service. Today Mike was especially helpful. He understood the situation with my truck and was super helpful and informative. His professionalism was top tier and I hope to work with Mike again in the future.

Great employees , they never seem to mind airing up our tires even when it's so hot ! They are always busy and it's clear why . Will buy new tires here again when needed. Thank you for such a nice service

I had a set of Kuhmos that wore out prematurely- 40k miles on 75k warranty. Based a a previous inquiry at that shop, I fully expected a battle to get compensation for the tires. I worked with Dom and the experience could not have been better. A $260 credit for new tires(diff brand) and in and out in 43 minutes. Dom demonstrated outstanding customer service and took care of everything from start to finish. I won t go anywhere else for future tire needs for my small fleet of vehicles!

I had a flat tire on my mercedes and because it has wide sport wheels, the tires need to be ordered from another state. The staff were giving me much hard time ordering the tire. The staff named Logan found the tires from another state but he told me they may not be able to get the tire and he asked me what happen if the local shop wants to reserve the tires for their customer. I told him that I am also their customer and why wouldn't they let me buy them. It is just very frustrating trying to get the staff order the tire and then finally the manager Mike said he is the manager of the store that he would take care of it and give me a call later. It has been a week since I went to the store, and nobody has called me from that store. I had been able to get the tires ordered and installed at another discount tire store on Country Club Rd. This store on Greenfield is just so bad. Staff is terrible and the manager did not fulfill his promise to help me.

Thank you to Brandon, Logan and Dom for putting my truck through after we had to go get the wheel locks taken off and staying late to make sure everything was done and on point. great team here highly recommend. You wouldn't trust anyone else with my tire needs thank you guys

I had a wonderful experience with Mike/Michael J.A. at the store on Greenfield Rd, in Mesa, Az. If you need new tires go ask for him! He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond myexpectations! Thank you to Mike and the whole staff for getting me back on the road again safely.Discount Tire they are our place to get tires!My Husband went to get his tires for his truck with in a month after me.
