Soon as I walked in i met Joshua who handled my order for two new tires with complete professionalism. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain the lifetime warranty from purchasing brand new tires. Glad i came here instead of some used tire place like i usually do. Thanks again bro for the assistance.

After a long day with 5 minutes until closing time I cruised into the office. The staff were enthusiastically helpful despite it being after closing time. Nick and his crew saved the day. They were able to replace my run flat tire that I unknowingly ripped the day before. The tire was still under warranty so there was no cost. I only paid for the certificate for the new tire. I was out the door and back on the road with a new tire by 6:20 pm.

Finally decided to get my tire checked cause I don t know, something about it losing ten pounds of pressure overnight almost every night wasn t the vibe anymore of course it needs replaced because I hit a nail which hit the inner shoulder anyway, came to this discount tire in Mesa and they had to order my tire and I had to come back later long story short, it s later and the guys who work here are top notch! The one guy remembered my name and he didn t even do much with me on my first visit, and the other three guys literally all said Hey, welcome back! Every single worker here has been absolutely pleasant with customer service and care. Like the service has been top notch here! On top of they play great music and have fun singing to it too! Can t recommend them enough!

Got 2 new tires and I purchased ahead of time and made an appointment. It was done it 40 mins. Good stuff. Only reason it s not 5 stars is my tire light is still on a week later. Would have expected them to fix that. Will be back though. Thanks!

Got sent to a location on main St in Mesa from Queen Creek due to inventory. I ended up at the wrong location from where I was supposed to go. Upon arrival the employees were all very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I learned I had gone to the wrong location about this time. Ben Giron was amazing and extremely helpful in not only making sure I did not have to drive another 30 minutes on an almost flat tire, but called the location I was sent from to talk with Jorge Rodriguez and gave the the tire I needed at the quoted price and got me in and out in 20 minutes. This was the best experience I've ever had in a bad situation. 10 out of 10 experience with service, quality of work, and price! It was good to see all the employees singing together and dancing around the shop while they changed my tire, and Ben was very talkative and engaged with making sure I was happy, and the job got done perfectly! I will forever buy my tires from discount tire from this point on. Thank you Ben Giron and employees for the best experience at your shop! I'm forever grateful.

I had to get 2 of my tires replaced and they were soo helpful and super fast! They looked super busy but they were done with my car in 30 mins! Nick was more than willing to help me with my tires and really nice. I will definitely Be coming back. Thanks guys!

This has been by far my favorite location. They greeted me in the parking lot and got me quotes and an hour ETA right away! Kelli was so helpful with answering my questions and getting me set up with new tires quickly.They have wifi here, and if you're a Cox customer there is a free cox hotspot available as well once you login.

Came in today simply to get their free tire pressure check and they started asking for full name and phone number saying it s required for what? So I can get spammed later? Employee couldn t even tell me This is bad customer service from Discount Tire and I ll just get a tire gauge and do it myself to avoid coming here

Always get my tires from discount tire, one of the best Arizona companies. Ben the Assistant Manager always treats me right and takes care of my truck! I ll always send people his way because of this

Best tire experience I ve had in Mesa. Monday morning at 1015am, I brought in a rim to have a tire put on. They had it done by 11 and they even priced matched a competitors tire.

Discount has always taken good care of me. I went in to have a flat fixed which they did in a reasonable time. I also had them replace my windshield wipers while the car was in. I held back a star only because the repaired tire's pressure didn't match the other tires. Probably something I should have asked for but I assumed they would check pressures and set them all the same.

Have used this location over the years, they have never done me wrong when I needed new tires, they have never nicked my wheels like the stealership has, fast service, and they've even hooked me up with a free patch job on a car they never sold me tires on. Best place for tires in Mesa..

Absolutely worst experience at a tire shop. I drove in as I noticed my car not as smooth as usual. They noticed my rear passenger tire torn and missing a piece. The tire was covered under warranty as I had just purchased these TOYOs 4 weeks prior. As they were going to replace the tire they tore into the old one. As they were going to get this done they noticed my NICHE wheel had a few small cracks and they said they couldn t install the new tire due to it being a hazard. They wanted me to leave my car there and Uber home until I found new rims. They don t carry NICHE wheels and if they ordered one it would get here in 3 days. As I was trying to find ways to get this taken care of the manager Josh became irate and began raising his voice and screaming at me saying look we can t install the new tire we don t want to be responsible for you getting into an accident. I drove in to the shop all I wanted to do was drive out. They wanted me to buy all new rims etc. long story short I had to get my car towed to a different shop as they wouldn t install my tire. Just a horrible experience. I ve been a Discount Tire client for years and experience is usually ok. Discount Tire will no longer be my go to. The manager Josh is in customer service and he needs to learn to do just that. He needs to learn the basics in customer service. If you want a horrible experience go here, if not go elsewhere.

I gave 4 stars in respect to the nice lady that helped me however, it was the price that was way to high for me. They will try to help you if you have bad credit as well. Still paying higher price with quality service.

My only complaint is a slim guy average height is always yelling, now he also walks like a monkey. He's a meth addict, if confronted they get angry.

This place took 6 hrs to get w tires on. Never again! There was a guy that was throwing a fit so the guy putting his tires on said we pushed you ahead of 5 others so have a good night. That ticked off all 8 of us who had been sitting there for 4+ hours. I was late for my kids game and never did they say one time that it would take that long.The link was never updated as to when to come in and drop off the car to be, or for when it was done. I offered to come back the next morning and the guy said it would be worse in the morning.Anyway never again!

This is a location I had been to many times. My car drove smoothly however I had a nail in a tire. Since I had to get it repaired, I elected to have them balance and rotate all four tires. I was told my car would be ready in an hour, however I waited nearly 2 hours to get the work completed. As soon as I got on the freeway, I had a wicked vibration. Now I will be spending countless more hours at a different location to get the problem fixed. Very disappointing

I just had to leave a review which I normally don t do . My appointment was at 11AM and they said it would be done in 45-1 hour. So I decided to walk around the market that s there in the parking lot. When I came out my car had not been moved .fine. I went to Subway right there to have lunch. At past the hour mark when my car still hadn t been moved I called. They told me 45 more minutes. I said hey my appointment was at 11 . Story changed to 15 minutes as I watched a worker running to my car. When it was finally done they didn t put my cap back on and when I asked the female who was there she acted so bothered that she had to look for it. It felt very hurried and I probably won t be returning to this Discount Tire.

Can't say enough about these guys. They've dealt with me and my tire problems for the last 6 years. They did a quit tire on my spare and did it in 25 minutes cause I was stuck outside of Payson with my dogs and my tire blew out. I personal want to thank them for doing this for my dogs and myself..customer for life!

My lady got a flat tire things like that stresses her out she went to this Discount Tire, Dobson Road in Maine Street in Mesa. They were great helped her right away took the stress out of it thank you guys.

Absolutely 0 stars!!!!There is NO customer service here! They do not care whether you walk thru their doors or not!Order tires a week ago, was willing to pay the 1,000+ right then and there, they don't do that, so now the tires I needed for a road trip are delayed. Oh but it's not their fault, it's someone else's, a "sorry" should be significant enough to make it all better, "hey wait another week".I was only a 20+ yr customer because my dad was a forever customer since I was child. Businesses do not care how loyal you are anymore! And they just proved it!

Took my tire that was defected and also had a screw in it and employee Alley looked at it and said it looked very suspicious because the screw was shiny and said screws dont look like that. I explained my tire doesn t discriminate on what road debris it picks up. She. Then again told me it looked self done and she d have to talk with a manager. The manager took one look and immediately took it upon himself to get things done. This is not how you talk to a customer and if there is a reason a manager should be let know of an issue then it should be done without making the customer feel like a wrong doer. This employee has an ego issue and is very unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location and end up having to deal with this type of service. Shame on Alley for thinking she s the detective tire inspector.

I had a great experience here. I started by creating an online appointment. When I arrived at the store I had a short wait and then I was taken care of by John. John was professional, friendly, well-groomed, and efficient. All the customer service reps fit this description.I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The problem (a small nail) was diagnosed quickly and fixed in less than an hour. I was here on a trip with my son so I really appreciated the quick service.And to make my experience even more wonderful, I wasn't charged for the repair! I was surprised and extremely grateful. I haven't ever been treated so well at a tire repair center! I would definitely go back here for all my tire needs.I wish the city I currently live in had a Discount Tire!
