Thank you Tod excellent customer service I purchased on my own Cali Raised LED Rock sliders and they had them installed within two hours everyone was very friendly and customer service was exceptional.

Great guys, knowledgeable and courteous. I found the power step for my new Raptor... They'll install for me... They have so much to offer in way of good products and knowledge. I will try to post an update after the job is done .. they were highly recommended to me by a neighbor who used them..

2006s TJ just bought lots of extras installed with major suspension problems, Thomas Trujillo knowledge and willingness to call manufactures who's equipment is on vehicle lead to a very successful outcome, Their installer was also very helpful, theyare worth the expensive and did it right the 1st time. thank you

Went in here to get advice and cost quotes on a complete suspension and gear change for a jeep. The entire staff was friendly, understanding of my lack of knowledge and very thorough in their assessments and recommendations. Eric, the mechanic who did most all of the changes,was knowledgable, very professional and did fabulous work. Chris Bailey, the manager, kept in constant communication with me during the week long build, he even sent photos as the build progressed. Overall, I spent about 18k and I am absolutely pleased with every aspect of the work. I highly recommend this business above its competitors.

I call the DESERT RAT shop in Mesa I'm greeted by a genuine sale associate (Chris Bailey) whom tells me, I really only need a couple of small suspension parts to meet my needs. I ended up going with a bigger build package only after he gave me lowest to the highest options out there. He helped me weigh the benefits vs. costs. He treated me with respect and courtesy at all times. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, they allowed me to use a vendor they don't stock, they call companies to find out facts about products they don't stock. Chris didn't provided me good customer service he provided me a GREAT Customer Experience !!!

These guys are just awesome. They were super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They did not try to sell me on anything I didn't want, but they answered all of my questions and gave me sound advice. They had an opportunity to charge me some additional labor for a new part we agreed I might need, but they were able to save the old part and save me some money. I liked them so much I ended up going back to get additional work done. I now have what I think is the perfect lift kit with a seriously clean and professional install. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful! Found us a lift we were actually happy about, awesome "ALL TERRAIN" tires & freaking AMAZING rims!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location for ALL of your jeeps, trucks or whatever bad-ass vehicle you own!

This was awesome. They didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need. I had a bad front end wobble. I replaced the tie rods and CV axles. Wobble gone. Took it in for an alignment and asked them to check if the repair was done right and if there was anything else that needed fixing. They did the alignment and rotated the tires and checked the suspension and said it was fine and nothing else was needed. I've been going here for 5 years. Longer relationship than with women! Hahaha

These guys did a great job on my truck. They did not tell me about my CV axle having a tear in the boot so when I found out and went back to ask them what was up they told me about the damage to the boot they found as well as my loose rack and pinion which they easily could have fixed if they had simply called me and let me know like they said they would do. Instead I took it to brakemasters and had them fix the stuff.

they were awesome I have lived in Arizona since 1978 and have never been in, but I will be back again for sure if you are into offroading Desert Rat is an awesome place. They were able to get my parts the next day at a great price, real good local guys.

For the last two months I have tried to find a company that would put some finder flares , on my new truck. This Company and this location in Mesa did an outstanding job. I would post no stars if it was an option. I have been to this location for two different trucks now. I will say they have a friendly staff. However, when you have an issue related to work they screwed up then customer service and doing right by your customer goes out the window. I spent $4500 this last trip on newly purchased truck to install an aftermarket bumper, led lights and bed cover, heck i even bought the largest size cooler they sell. I drop it off with no warning lights on and when i arrive to pickup my truck they explain the warning light is on because the dealer has to recalibrate my parking sensors due to changing them to a different location on the new bumper. I go to the dealer and they say the only reason a warning light would come on for that is if the sensor is broken or missing. The tech looks at the bumper and says your missing two in the center that are on the stock bumper. i let desert rat know right then and there and they say to bring it in. So i drive from Surprise to Mesa to show them. Darwin, the GM finds the sensors and says he will order them. I hadn't heard from them in two weeks so i call today and now they say the head honcho says it's my fault. Clearly it wasn't working when it was brought in. I said you have a prework inspection sheet that shows no issues, then Darwin tells me when i pick it up that a warning light came on and i need to take it to the dealer. Why is it my fault? I have spent almost $10k at this place and will never do business with them again.

This place went truly above and beyond. I had them install airbags is the rear of my truck because it was sagging while Towing my travel trailer. I had no idea there was a rebate of $150 on the product I purchased. The service advisor printed everything out for me and cut upc's off of the box. Thank you Desert Rat!

Great group of guys, did a great install of my lift in quick fashion. Prices are competitive, can get just about anything you need within a week.

I have been using Desert Rat off road centers for over 20 years. They have installed lift kits on two different jeeps that I have owned. They do an excellent job of keeping my jeep in top shape and it shows every time we go rock crawling. If you need any after market work done on your vehicle I would call Desert Rat and have them do the work.

Nice place to put eyes & hands on stuff. Unless you just have to have it now, garranteed to get it cheaper shopping around, assuming they don't have to order your product fit anyway... & To get tires I'll have to wait a week!!! Fail!!!

Very bad customer service. I have come here multiple times, each time i get treated terribly. All they care about is your money. They'll rip you off in any possible way they can. I do not recommend this place.

Had trouble with my front end shaking every time I hit a bump other shop would tell me to replace ball joints or they would tell me it's do to the tire size MTs, but desert rat really helped me out on making the rt change Thanks, no more shaking on my truck

Hate to say but this shop is missing that welcoming feeling staff doesn't wanna seem to figure to deep for the non Wrangler guys wanted to regear my Jeep Grand Cherokee but they said nothing was made for that axle..Dana 44a exept for stock gears but I got a set of 4.55 from another local shop they sell great product but for about the same price as 4wheel Parts still worth checking out

They went out of their way to help me find a part at the price point I needed and sold me a used one they had for almost nothing, and even installed it for much cheaper than any of the other shops I had been to. I will be coming here from now on.

All of the desert rat locations are top notch I have stopped even entertaining the thought of going anywhere else. If you have any Issues with anyother shops give these guy a try!

Rude arrogant worker, and a joke of a super store. Had barely any products. Wouldn't waste the time to drive to this place.
