I highly recommend Derby Calibration. We were referred to them by Toyota for a crack in our windshield. We went to Mesa to have the work done because we were on a timeline to head back east and couldn't wait until they were in our area to come to us. Louis, the technician, was done within an hour. That included replacing our tint strip and all our EZ Pass and inspection stickers. Plus they could calibrate on site. Everyone we interacted with were very friendly and professional. Mike, in the office, was very helpful in scheduling us and made the time fly while we were waiting.

Today September 21st Ceaser from Derby Calibration came out to calibrate my camera and did an awesome job and explained everything that he was doing as he did the job. He was quick and very thorough and courteous. Also sistah Uluwehi who works in the office and scheduled the appointment gave all her Aloha over the phone. Mahalo Uluwehi

We used Derby's pick up and drop off service, was fantastic when they calibrated the camera after we replace the windshield to make it easy for my busy client in a Toyota Camry. Great customer service and very professional. Big Auto Glass

We just started working with these guys. They have been very easy to work with. Our technicians really appreciate working in an air conditioned shop. It has also been very convenient for our customers to have Derby Calibration pick up the customer vehicle and bring it to their shop, instead of the customer having to find time to drop the vehicle off at a dealership and arrange a ride home or wait there for the work to be done.

This company is wonderful to say the least. We had a minor issue that we brought to their attention, without any hesitation, they came back out and fixed the problem. Luis was our technician; he was so friendly and walked me through everything of what all he was going to do. This is the first company we've delt with in a long time that was willing to go above and beyond. 10 out of 10 i would definitely recommend this company!Service: Auto glass repair

After i got my Windshield replaced Our insurance company told us we needed to have the camera re calibrated. We didn t have time to wait hours at the Honda dealership. Derby got us in quick and back on the road for our family vacation to California.

I recently learned that the lane-departure/auto-braking (ADAS) system doesn't get automatically re-calibrated when you get your windshield replaced ... which means you would have to spend an afternoon taking it to a dealership. Derby Calibration, however, provides a service where they can come to you, drive your car to their shop, perform the entire re-calibration process, and then bring your car back to you. I was nothing short of impressed. There are not a lot shops that provide this service, so i will refer anyone I can to James and his team! 5 stars!

Derby Calibration completed the ADAS calibration on my car. James and his team are quick and professional. The calibration is essential for safety, if you need a calibration I highly recommended Derby Calibration.
