If Zero was an option I would choose it! I wonder if these higher rating reviews are due to the free oil changes you get if you give them perfect ratings on their survey they send out!! Something to think about. Here is my recent experience .Poor communication. They praise customer courtesy and taking care of clients. Took car in for reflector light that popped out of bumper. Advised 3 days to receive new one. TOOK 1 week and we had to continue to call for status updates.Advisor stated a day he would call never called. Replaced on week 2 ( delayed 4 days due to personal schedule overloaded from r/s of week prior on advisement of bumper) NOW I have paid for a brand new bumper they damaged while putting on made worse after using chemicals on it saying it was adhesive they could get off their resolution we can repair it. I DID NOT PURCHASE A REPAIRED BUMPER! I PURCHASED A NEW BUMPER! I guess Courtesy feels $1300.00 on a bumper out of their clients pocket is Pennie s and too much for their pocket to do the right thing be courteous and take care of your clients. I ll also add the only reason we are at Courtesy was because of purchasing an extended warranty which we were told that if we did warranty work there they would waive the deductible . Also not true per the service advisor. So not happy with my short experience at Courtesy regret choosing closer proximity and not going to HORNE KIA.See before and after pics attached. Reflector that popped out was passenger reflector. Please contact me I would love follow up on this.

Nobody was pushy and every person that we spoke to was very kind and accommodating. It was the best car buying experience we have had. Gary was great as well as Chance and Mike and I don t want to forget the pretty young lady from Allstate. A very pleasant experience.

BIG THANKS to Eddie and Denicia! For going above and beyond with helping me purchase my first brand new car!They didn t have the model I wanted in lot and they were able to get one in next day and I was able to go home with it by the end of the day.They made financing and getting into my car as seamless as possible was in and out in two hours Also BIG THANKS to Jenae from Allstate (in house) for finding a much lower car insurance rate than I had found myself!I m very pleased with the service and genuine care to craft a memorable experience in purchasing a car.

If you are looking to lease or purchase a Kia, I would highly recommend Courtesy Kia! They instill professionalism, class, attention to detail and truly listen to the customer as to his / her needs. I have had bad experiences with other Kia dealerships as well as non Kia dealerships but Daniel Aquino and staff were more than patient and understanding, kind and accommodating to get me into a 2024 Kia Soreto SX Xline. I ve walked into other dealerships (Kia and others) and been referred to as bruh and dude and not once mentioned my name. Daniel s professionalism was top notch, clearly something Courtesy really looks for in their hiring process. Daniel called me on Saturday, Feb 24th and asked me a series of questions. After providing him the answers to his questions, he produced three options allowing me to determine and decide which option was best for me and my financial interest. Daniel continuously followed up with me both via text and phone call and if he wasn t available at that specific time, he made sure to have someone else reach out to me to either collect more information or provide answers from his research. The entire process was painless, simple and very easy to comprehend. I met with Tyler as well and he too was thorough going over the documentation, explaining it in great detail and making sure my questions were answered before signing anything and moving onto the next docusign page in the agreement.A big thank you to Daniel and Tyler for making this process easy and stress free. I have already informed a few friends of mine who are looking at Kia vehicles to visit Courtesy and if you get the opportunity, ask for Daniel.I m extremely happy with my vehicle but even happier knowing I can work with Courtesy Kia again in the near future (2 years) when I am ready for the next Kia. Thank you Daniel, Tyler and the Courtesy Kia business model and customer care, 5 stars, 10 out of 10 and A+ as a business that values their customers.

Gary was such a friendly and helpful salesman I would 100% recommend. 5/5 stars I would give. Gary also made sure that the kia was washed before handing over the keys and it was great service.

Courtesy Kia gets 5 stars all the way! Andy, was beyond helpful and friendly. After the car I came to see was sold, he found me the exact one that was delivered in less than a week. I was given a great deal on my trade in. Every single staff member was so helpful and made the process simple bad easy. Chance in finance was great. Everything was digital and easy. I would highly this dealership to any and everyone. In love with my new car made possible by the great staff.

I waited all day for my unlimited tint to be completed, only for find out they never removed the old tint and placed a do not roll down sticker on my control panel. You can tell from the white edges the old tint was not removed and the streaks are the same. I drove from Tucson only to realize I wasted my time and not have new tint put on and the old tint remained. There is still the same bubbles as before. I am highly disappointed by Courtesy Kia.

Although I have had the worst experience with Courtesy Chevrolet, Courtesy Kia has serviced my car twice - both for recall issues. This review will only be for the 2nd service to replace the ignition switch to the anti-theft device.Michael was my service tech who got my car in quickly, explained thoroughly everything that would be done, and the expected time it would take. Other items of service such as certain fluid /system flushes came up (which I knew needed to be done prior). A message was sent detailing the items and costs associated. I could easily choose through the link which items to accept service for. The services were completed all before the end of the work day. This was very convenient (although dealership prices for work is still higher than I would usually recommend - but was more a convenience for me at the time).When I picked up my car, Michael was super friendly and helpful. As my only real experience here has been with recall services, I would definitely recommend using Courtesy Kia for this service. :)My only feedback on the three flushes I had done on the vehicle, I would suggest that the service team advise the consumer of any things that may occur "normally" after they are performed, versus items that may be considered "abnormal" as the car was a little boggy and had moments of smoke after the service. After a day of driving it, it appears to no longer be an issue but was not sure at the time if more issues were created.

I had a great experience from booking the appointment to completion of the service. Donavon was courteous, respectful, and cosiderate. He listened and responded to my concerns and kept me updated on the process of diagnosing the source of the noise in my car. I am looking forward to working with him again when the new part is installed.

My Salesperson, Corey, was outstanding and very easy to talk with. Corey is a true professional. Chance, in finance, made the paperwork a breeze and he explained everything thoroughly, and he got us a fantastic warranty for our used vehicle purchase. Bryan, the manager, negotiated a very good deal on our purchase. When I asked questions in the service department, David was very helpful in giving me timely maintenance schedules and foreseeable service pricing, including the oil change schedule. I highly recommend Courtesy Kia for your next new or used vehicle purchase, and follow up service. The whole team was very upbeat and down to earth. Thank you, Courtesy Kia.

Had a great experience at Courtesy Kia! Tristan got back to me quickly after an inquiry was sent online for my vehicle and was very helpful and quick through the whole process. Worked with James in financing and it was a quick process as well but still very informative. Both employees were friendly and it was great working with them. Definitely a hassle free experience and would recommend this dealership!

Rick Danger is a great salesman. The management staff is also friendly and no pressure. I went here to look at a vehicle for my daughter and the price and negotiation on our trade was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fast deal! Finance was quick and fast and also no pressure. Do your research before going to any dealer but by far courtesy Kia is great!

The service department has redeemed themselves! I had a bad prior experience but David made everything great and smooth! I wasn t going to return but found out in order to use my purchased maintenance plan I had to go where I purchased my vehicle. David and Shane made things right and made sure my cars oil and tires were rotated as I as able to watch this being done. This is how customer service should be. Thank you David for taking care of your customers and having integrity!

The manager Mike Sanchez is a great guy! I bought a used car and after some back and forth with the sales individual he came in and took care of me. He s reasonable, respectful, and truly cares for the individual over the product. I would mainly consider purchasing another car simple to work with him again.

My husband and I don't vehicle shop often but when we do from now on it will be at Courtesy Kia with Daniel. We had "shopped around" with no real luck or good vibes. We went to Courtesy and seriously Danny was so so friendly almost immediately. He was never pushy, very knowledgeable and genuine as all get out! He seriously was a blessing. Chance in fiance was equally amazing! You two made our experience the best

The employees at this dealership are fantastic! They have a great energy when you walk into the store! They are well educated and make sure you leave happy! The first time I went on the lot Sales consultant Anthony Mullins greeted us and helped us look around the lot! Sales consultant Tristan Newsom was so helpful with getting me the vehicle I wanted he even drove to trade it from another dealership! Sale consultant Rick Danger was extremely educated on the features of the vehicle and made sure i loved it before leaving! Sales manager Mike Sanchez even sent me a personalized video when they received my 2023 Kia Sorrento. Sales manager Ezra Stewart made sure the process went smoothly! Finance Manager Chance Lawrie worked to get me the best deal possible with the best warranty possible! They even stayed late to finish everything up for me to be able to take the care home right away! A big thank you to everyone at Courtesy Kia for making me feel welcomed and helping me to get my beautiful 2023 Kia Sorrento

I had such a wonderful experience buying my new vehicle from Courtesy Kia. Tristan and Nick were my sales people and they could not have been kinder or more helpful. I purchased a preowned Jeep that looked and drives like brand new. Tristan and Nick helped me navigate the features of my Jeep, and even added their own personal touch of sending me on my way with Jeep specific inside joke Welcome to being a Jeep owner gifts. So incredibly thoughtful. Tristan walked me through the purchasing process and was knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this dealership. Even the property was top notch. Ask for Tristan and Nick, 5 stars all around!

I HIGHLY recommend Courtesy KIA. I went to 3 different KIA dealerships in one weekend and Courtesy KIA had the calmest feeling, there was no pressure and they had such an amazing team! I had the opportunity to work with Hunter, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the KIA vehicles. He was very genuine, honest and helped me feel confident and excited with my decision to buy my new SUV.I also overheard other sales people speaking with customers and they were all giving consistent information and were very honest and respectful. It is very clear that sales manager Ezra kept his team engaged and feeling empowered. Hunter was able to work on our deal without ever needing to bring the manager over . Ezra did come over and check on us but after we were offered a fair and honest deal; we had nothing but compliments.Best car buying experience ever!

I had some issues with my car which I had to bring into Kia. The last 2 times I ve been helped by David in service. Super great guy. Was straight forward with what I needed , also brought me into the shop to see what was actually going on with my car. He was super understanding and had great customer service. David and his team were also extremely quick with the work needing to be done. From here on I ll only want to work with David and his crew great job

I was very happy I drove all the way from Desert Ridge to Mesa to deal with Courtesy Kia. They certainly made it worth my while. They got me into a gorgeous 2024 Kia EV6 GT model and my sales consultant Anthony and his associate Eduardo were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Eduardo was able to walk me through almost every feature and made what is usually a painful experience for me surprisingly painless. The service department is very professional and helpful. They send updates and communicate via phone and text message. They send walk through videos of your issues and will allow you to approve services without having to go in. They will also send you home/pick you up in a Lyft if you live within 10 miles. Great service in a very professional environment . Josh is great.
