I was very pleased I stopped by after work. I confirmed they had my size, not a given, as my truck is equipped with the larger factory optional rims and tires.I made an appointment for the next day. When I dropped off the truck, my wife and I went in to shop it was done before we were.Also, I got a great price on the tires compared to other tire stores in the area.

Fantastic Customer Service!I was frazzled about getting new tires for an upcoming trip. Neil listened to my concerns, evaluated my tires and made suggestions for my purchase. The tires I wanted had to be ordered. Neil went into action ordering them and anticipating their arrival prior to my trip. He even gave me an alternative if they didn't come in. Luckily they arrived and I'm on my way all with in 5 days. Thanks Neil!

I ordered tires for my vehicle from the tire center they were replacements for the exact ones previously installed by this tire center. When I ordered them no mention was made of policy changes regarding aftermarket rims. I had the exact tire on my vehicle that was ordered and previously installed by the tire center. . I was told my tires were delivered today. I dropped my vehicle off. I was told it would be several hours so I arranged to be picked up. After arriving home I was told my rims were not rated for the tires they previously installed and replaced a few times over prior to now by this Costco Tire Center.. They never asked me about aftermarket rims nor had the new policy been disclosed. This could have been avoided with one simple question at the time I ordered the tires, " Do you have aftermarket rims". The tire shop manager who defended the policy of not installing the tires also defended not asking the question about aftermarket rims. He also disclosed this has been a problem before but had not modified the ordering process to safeguard against this error. The customer service from the tire shop manager Bill is terrible. I will not be going to the Costco tire center any longer for tires on any of my 4 vehicles and will not be recommending the tire center to future customers.

My daughter took her car in to talk with someone about tires. They made her an appointment, for 2 his later to pick her car up. Gentleman was helpful and professional. The only downside is, they do not have anyone to answer their phone so you will not get through if you try calling.

Great service here. Willing to take walk-ins which is nice. They were able to get me in and patched my tire in less than 3 hours. Went home in between, took a nice nap, and woke up to a friendly phone call that my car was done!

I had an emergency flat tire late Sunday. I showed up about 15 minutes before close to have someone take a look on repair or replacement since they were still under warranty. After finding out the tire is not repairable, Duran, was kind enough to provide a quote for the tire. I ended up buying all 4 new tires and getting all this done with in the 15 minutes before they close. Steller tire service and the best customer service in the valley. I'm glad Duran was there to save the day and week!P.S. You can also get your cars battery replaced at a cheap Costco price.

Cheaper then discount! Bought all four new at Costco and saved $250 over discount. 2 months later I had a flat from a nail that they couldn t fix. They ordered me a new tire and had it rushed. Replaced the next day for free. Great customer service!

After moving to Arizona I decided to use Costco for tires. In two purchases buying a total of 4 -65000 mile tires. After approximately 43000 miles one of the tires showed wear. The tires were not in their original place on the car. They would not honor the warranty. Seems they also have stopped stocking those tires. Great customer service?.

So utterly disappointed in this store. Had the wheels balanced and rotated in my Audi. Later found out one of the wheel bolts can't be removed (probably cross-threaded). Costco installed the bolts but will not take responsibility. The repair bill to remove the bolt and replace the damaged hub is close to $1000. I'm absolutely disgusted in Costco and the facade of customer satisfaction. To make matters worse they did not return calls. I had to write letters to get their attention. Absolutely disgraceful.

They were not particularly easy to work with and broke my hubcap when changing my tires. They have offered to reimburse me once I provide a receipt, but we re not apologetic in the least. Also will not reimburse if I am only able to buy a full set of hubcaps. I expected more after spending $$$ for new tires and from Costco in general.

I have a 1-ton Dodge Ram 3500 dually truck, with a 13-foot Gregor boat mounted on top. It easily fits under the Costco doors, but some tire-center foreman decided it wouldn't, even though it has been there for tires before. His decision is final, of course, so I asked for the $963 refund of the four tires I had just bought -- ohh, and the truck had been inspected by one of the tire-center fellows before I bought the new tires, and he made no comment about the foreman possibly refusing to mount the tires.It is frustrating to have gone to all the trouble, and to know that the truck will fit inside their doors, and to have some half-bright fellow say it won't. Costco lost nearly a $1000 sale due to this fellow's dimness.

Had an appointment for a simple tire patch/flat fix and came 15 minutes early like they said. Told me 1 hour. 2+ hours later, still waiting.

I was asking about replacing Run Flat tires with regular tires. They told me that unless I have a spare, they can't sell me regular tires?? I decide to tires without a spare what business is it of theirs? They can not be held liable, and if I do have flat or blow out, I can use a can of Slime or call my roadside service. In fact have a blowout on regular tires probably insures that I will get a tire just about anywhere, not so with Run Flats! End result,. You are not doing the customer any favors!!

Just called and talked to Todd and asked if I got there before close if he could put on a tire for me that I purchased.. he said "he didn't know since here was two cars ahead" Thanks for nothing Costco .
