All i can say is how greatful I am for such an amazing team at your car wash. I've never had a bad experience with your employees. I brought my work truck in, A 2016 Hino. The passenger seat had some hard stains and it was such a pain for me to get out. I was greeted by Xavier and he went over the pricing with me, i said I'll have to go get the truck. 2 hrs later, she came out clean and shiny and the seat looked way better then when I brought it in. Thank you Anthony for taking care of the washing portion, you did an excellent job and I could not be more thankful. Thank you to all the team members that made her look brand new

$79 diamond car wash. I specifically asked for interior not a detail but wanted it clean and this it what I was handed. Brought it to the attention of 2 employees was told thank you for telling them nothing else. Save your money!

Great location, but the quality of service goes down every single time. I'm ready to just stop using this location. Sure, I didn't get an interior complete detail, but really vacuuming some of this stuff takes like 10 seconds. Or a simple dash wipe with a damp rag to pick up dust and hairs. I even removed the seats & center console for easier access and still missed all this when vacuuming.

Alex and Anthony were both super helpful and courteous. This is one of my favorite locations to come to. I normally get my truck wash here as well as my oil changes. Their staff is always knowledgeable and they always do a great job. They also have a great selection of Sports nutrition products, very convenient being so close to the gym.

Drove up while it was not busy. There was five guys looking at a very nice car waiting for them to ask what I want. Two other cars drove up after me. They took them before me. I didn t say nothing. I m not sure what they did to my car they only vacuumed the front the back never got vacuumed, but I didn t complain because I m sure this happens often and it doesn t get straightened out or else they be doing a good job so I can say management is not doing their job because their employees ain t doing it

I paid for the most expensive car wash with my pass and I just learned that they give me the cheapest car wash because I have a tow hitch on the back of my Tahoe. Wow, Cobblestone you think you could ve contacted me or told me that you were going to charge me nearly double and give me the cheapest car wash possible you guys suck , shame on you for taking advantage of people. Where is your customer service? You have no problem taking the money out of my bank account but you do have a problem giving me service. .

Anthony W. Is an incredible employee! He is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Every time I come to the store I make sure to request him. If Anthony was not at this location I would not want to be a customer! He deserves all the praise and hopefully a fat raise!!! What a wonderful and handsome young man you ve got working for you!

Do not recommend this auto spa. Last time we were there and paid for a car wash when we got the car back, there was still bugs all over the grill, cupholders still had crumbs and dust, sideview mirrors were not washed at all. Backseat wasn t vacuumed so we talked to a manager. He apologized and gave us a free diamond detail that is normally $79. I went today for my free detail and they did the same thing! I was there for an hour and a half, I did tell the service guy that he forgot to clean the wheels and rims so he did it while he stood there. I couldn t stay much longer, but I have pictures of the rest of the car. Once again.. cupholders are still full of crumbs and dust the backseats were not wiped down. The backseat was not vacuumed , I would never pay $79 for this. Do not recommend this place at all, only been here two times and both times I have never left with a clean car. So disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

Roger, Aaron and Eric...so absolutely kind and professional. This old Honda Civic was owned by my son then given to me by him. Cobblestone has taken care of it when owned by my son and now me for years. Thank you so much. A satisfied senior.

Cobblestone is a great full service auto spa. They are always willing to do the little extras. Today I asked Red to let me open the trunk and had him wipe off the edges. He never hesitated. Thank you for the great service.

I have tried this place three times in the past year and each time is worse than the last. I paid for the 'Platinum' wash, which is supposed to be the highest quality other than a Detail job. What a joke, the vacuum job was almost non existent. They hardly wiped down any surfaces and as soon as I drove away a ton on water beaded down the sides of the car. They put the AC on full blast even though only 62 degrees outside and changed radio station and put volume to the max. Luckily they have the free vacuum because I spent the next 20min doing what they should have done in the first place. I spoke to the attendant that gave me my car and showed him how poorly it was vacuumed but he just said if I wanted I could "wait in line to go through the car wash again"...after already waiting over 30 minutes for the first one. I highly recommended trying ANYWHERE else.

Great one stop shop for basic maintenance and car needs. First get the premium auto pass for unlimited ultimate washes. If you want your car washed more than twice per month it s already worth it thereI also buy the oil change packets. It s around $400 for five full synthetic but they never expireFinally they offer 50% off full detailing occasionally and that is worthBest thing too is they keep all records. I ve lost passes or receipts for all of the above and they always got it fixed free of charge or aggravation

I'm not a regular here. Came in to get a cleaning for the wife's car. Spoke to Daniel in the drive up. He did not go over any of the wash packages or costs. Told him I wanted an exterior wash and interior cleaning during our few minute interaction. He said he would have it all done in about 45 mins. Come to find out He chose to charge me $175 for a wash, a door dash console, and leather lotion without me knowing or agreeing to the cost. Yes I should have asked, but I've been here before in the past and paid maybe 50 to 60 dollars for a similar request. Spoke to Daniel on the drive about it to give him some advice on going over packages with new customers. He was not receptive of my advice. I also spoke to the wash manager about the situation. He was apologetic but nothing done to rectify the situation. Overall my experience was very poor, and expensive. I will not be returning and recommend if you're reading this to take your vehicles somewhere else.

STORE REVIEW, NOT SPA: I m a simple guy and just need my caffeine before and after work next door to this spot. But even when I m not working I ll stop here for my goodies. Spacious, CLEAN ALWAYS CLEAN, usually some decent tunes to hear overhead, and despite the influx of impatient or rude people I see nothin but smiles and helpfulness from the staff. Alex is awesome and nothing seems to slow her down, and the manager Anthony knows his stuff inside out and runs the ship right! My go to pit stop.

First time I used them my car looked fantastic. Not sure what changed this time it was horrible. I was told to speak to Brian he didn't even offer to look at my car. I was just going to switch from the inside and out membership to just the outer. However his lack of customer service. I just canceled the entire membership.

Cobblestone is the only place I ever take my vehicle due to the customer service and professionalism. However one individual stands out and that's Luigi. Great attitude and always has a smile on his face. If you see him, say hi!

I went here today and got the supreme wash and the interior conditioner total of 56 dollars and when I got my car back under the seats weren t vacuumed between the seats also weren t vacuumed and the cup holder and middle was still dirty it looked like the didn t even attempt to clean it also the top of the car still had bird poop on it and the side of the car, I went back in and they took my car saying they would fix it, then when I got it back again there was still bird poop on the top and sides of the car. Waste of money!

Eric and Lydia in the lube department are awesome. Super knowledgeable friendly and detail oriented. I stopped taking my truck to the dealer even though I have free oil changes remaining there as they have just been a disaster. I bring my truck here because I know it gets done right and they actually care.

Kevin and Jordan rocked the door and dash clean on my Veloster! Clean, attention to detail and smells great! Diana (my Veloster) looks like the clean cutie she always wants to be! I also get my oil changed here and all the staff are professional, kind and sensible. Thank you Cobblestone!

The customer service at this location is outstanding! I'd like To call out Xavier and Dylin the Guys that talk about the service they let you know about the great deals, and the money you can save I appreciate that! Also, Dylin The super friendly redhead does a great job. Avo is making sure my vehicle is right when I pick it up. This is why I signed up for the monthly account and always take my vehicle here!

This place is awful!! We paid for the regular full service car wash for me and my fiance got the diamond. This is the most lazy work I have ever seen. Honestly my 6 and 9 year old kids could do a better job. The first video is mine second is his just horrible

Thank you, Roger and Eric! Went in yesterday to get my older truck maintenance. This is never a fun thing to do but they were understanding of what I needed done. Kind and respectful! Couldn t have asked for a better service. My truck and I will be a returning customer

I take all of my cars to this particular cobblestone because they always get my cars super clean, plus the staff is awesome! I m usaully greeted by Joey at the front counter. His customer service is the best!

I've been to a variety of car washes and 'quick' oil change shops. You never know what you are going to get in terms of service, honesty, professionalism and all the rest...as you probably have experienced too!I appreciate that the Erik, in the shop, did a thorough check of my wife's engine compartment and gave me recommendations based on their findings. It wasn't overly pushy or 'fear based' (you know what I'm talking about). Just a 'here's what you've got' type of approach with the option of doing some additional service work.I ended up opting for some of the additional items and not others. There wasn't any pressure to do anything else. Bonus points for having the items in stock - sometimes the other places have items they recommend, but then don't have it on hand.I also really appreciate that their is a basic car wash included again with the service shop. There are other more detailing options, but I just wanted a basic wash this time around.Overall, good team of people I interacted with and Joe is a super approachable and genuine guy.Thank you, Cobblestone!

Went to this car wash for the second time and same as the first experience I was so disappointed and mad after leaving this car wash. I paid $35 for the carwash and it was done within 30 minutes. I was very surprised that it was done so quickly so I thought well it was not busy at all so they probably had multiple people cleaning it. My car was still dirty inside, it did not look like it was wiped down at all. Seems like they only wiped down where the driver side was at. The center console still had dust on it and dirty. Never going back and hope anyone do is well aware of their work.

Everything was great! Had them do a full service on my vehicle, and a Diamond wash after that.All I had to do was park it at service at the start, and pick up my car all done and cleaned at the opposite end of the building. The entire process took about an hour.

I pay for a Platinum full service wash plan and usually receive good service. However, went around 8:45 AM on 4/9/22 and am extremely disappointed. Last time I came for a full service wash I was so impressed that as I drove away I felt bad for only tipping $5. So today, I tipped $10 since I was expecting the same. My mistake! What a terrible job they did. I almost went and asked for my tip back. I am going to cancel this membership. Very sad. Photos of my car AFTER an interior clean.

Service was amazing for my oil change. Lydia was so informative and gave options and suggestions but was never pushy. Service was fast will definitely go for my next one!
