The service department does not even warrant even 1 star. Beware, as the service department is extremely dishonest and incompetent. An 02 sensor for a 17 Jeep Wrangler should not take 3 weeks and $600 to complete. Phone calls are not returned and the voice messaging system is not functional as well. The technicians are not experienced as they have no familiarity and knowledge on even the most basic nuances of their products/services. Customer service is nonexistent as well. I will be escalating my issues to corporate. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I do not recommend this dealership s service department.

This rating is for their customer service. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment on Tuesday and the service agent told me diagnostics should be done in 1-2 days and I should receive a call. It is Friday afternoon and I have yet to receive a call. I called the service agent Thursday and multiple times today (Friday) and no response to my voicemails or text messages. I even called the service desk, and there doesn't seem to be anyone manning that phone line because it has gone straight to voicemail every single time I call. All I need is a status update on my vehicle and now I am about to drive all the way to the dealership to show up in person for something that could be handled over the phone. This is completely unprofessional service and I am shocked that a dealership is doing business this way.

I have been waiting since January to get some warrantied(already paid and approved) work done on my vehicle. It has been a complete run around. They have the parts now waiting on approval (approval was done In January). Comes back around and approval was done but parts are being located. I m getting really irritated as I m about to move to Florida and need this work done since it was paid for in January. And the fact that no one from the company has reached back out for two weeks to fix this issue shows volumes on how much they care about their customers.

Came into service for a anti theft that pop on my 2019 ram 1500, Taylor and his mechanic Kevin we went ove and beyond to get me that code super friendly and helpful.

Kind of hard to give a rating for customer service when you can't get ahold of anyone. First call this morning left me with the phone ringing and ringing. After about 30 seconds I hung up. Then this afternoon I called and at least got someone to answer the phone from the courtesy desk. Explained I wanted to schedule an oil change. The person said they would transfer me to the service desk. The transfer took me to an unknown person's voice mail. I hung up. I'm a long time Ram fan and have used the services of other Chrysler Ram service departments in other cities over 19 years. Never had this bad of an experience. This organization needs to visit its initial contact protocol procedures with potential or existing customers. Hope they do.

I took my car in for an appointment to have my radio replaced and my advisor said it would be ready in a few hours. It did not take a few hours, it was more like 5 hours. I'm definitely not coming back.

They sent me an email asking me to schedule an appointment for an oil change.I did. Got there for the appointment. Tech never got off the phone. Told me it would take an hour and a half for the oil change.For real? Yep.

My experience is always the best when I go to Courtesy Dodge Ram for anything, my sales representative, Andre Hall, who sold me my jeep Renegade, ensures that my experience is top of the line! He caters to my needs and makes sure that his team is making me their priority while I'm on their premises. Here I am again, back for an oil change. I actually look forward to my time here! Everyone I encounter is pleasant, helpful and I receive quality service ever time. Sean was awesome. This is how customers should be treated. This is my go to for my Dodge and future Dodge!

I have mixed feelings here. Started out I wouldn't even give one star. We had a problem with a vehicle under warranty, it was an electrical problem.The techs here seem to have trouble diagnosing a problem when the computer can't tell them what to do. I would hope it is more about the corporate structure...One of their service reps really helped press the issue, got the techs to actually manually trouble shoot the problem. Blaine deserves 5 stars if he hadn't stepped up to take care of the situation I don't believe this dealership would have had the gumption to actually fix our vehicle.

I have one star because I couldn't give zero I made appt on Wednesday for Friday at 9:30 with Bill in service my appt disappeared said they would get it back all I wanted was to find out what is wrong they have more had it for 6 hours and no word. I will not come here again and will never buy another Chrysler. They are the worst and I have been two different Chrysler dealers will never ever give them they time of day or my money. Horrible horrible service

They mentioned that they run tested my Jeep for hours but when I went to started it was missing 1 gallon of antifreeze.I WOULD SAY DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I spent more then $9000 to replace my engine but they were not able to add antifreeze. My manifold was also not working as when I brought the vehicle in. THEY DID NOT MET DATELINE AND GOT VEHICLE ALMOST 2 weeks later.

Call Multiple time to get a quote to do a power steering wheel change and no one seem to know where the technicians department is or they're number they keep sending me to "George" or something like that and he dnt answer it says to leave a MSG I do but i never was called back. Call again and this time i was send to a guy that did answer but said again oh i will send you to the technician and got send to scheduling waist of time.

3 weeks from selling dealers still no reply after 4 calls . Beware they do not stand behind their phones that they sell I have extended warranty and head head has had to fight the whole way. They do not return a call and have to show up and continue a complete stop.....

Got a paint chip marker from them man spot on to my color and super easy to do. Totally recommend these marker things before a problem gets to big.
