I was looking for an honest auto shop where they weren t trying to have me make their monthly payroll, mortgage payment and child support by charging me exuberant prices on repairs, and then try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs.By Jove, I think I found it!!! I had a previous estimate on work that needed to be done by a shop I had been going to. I thought the charges seemed excessive, so I started doing research to see what was a normal charge for those repairs. With that information in hand, I called Christian Brothers and talked to David. I asked if he would give me a quote on replacing both radiator hoses and the spark plugs.I told him I was on a tight schedule as I had to drive to California two days later by myself. He got me in the next day. Upon inspecting my truck he did say I needed to have my drive belt replaced also. So with the original two items, PLUS an oil change ($69) and drive belt ($180), I still saved $100 from what my old mechanic was going to charge me.When I was driving back from California, I had a maintenance light come on, plus my truck started screeching. I called David from the side of the road. He walked me through a few things then assured me it would be OK to drive the rest of the way home (300 miles). The next day I took it back in, Vince gave me a ride home. David called said they could not find anything that would cause the screeching. Then Greg, the owner came and picked me up. I was not charged a thing.The maintenance light came on because I need to have the tire sensors replaced. David told me it would be cheaper if I waited until I replaced my tires. I told them I thought I needed an Alignment, but again they said it would be cheaper if I waited until I replaced my tires. The tread is at 7/10, tires six years old. I thought it was time to replace them, but (There are two David s) both of them separately said I have at least a year before they needed to be replaced. So once again, they saved me an added expense, because I thought I needed it done now.I have to return to California in a couple of weeks. David told me I can bring the truck back and have them recheck it before I leave just to make sure everything still looks fine, at no charge.Both David s, Vince that drove me home twice, and Greg the owner, all have been exemplary in the way they treated me, with kindness, honesty and respect.I can t tell you what a wonderful feeling it is to find people that treat a single woman the way these men treated me, instead of trying to take advantage and take me for everything they can get. They have a customer for life!

David was both welcoming and communicative. He shared the good and the bad, and even offered advice on what had to be done, and what was not an immediate need. The car was ready on time, and the repairs seem to have improved performance. I would recommend Christian Brothers to anyone. Thank you!

Another great experience at Christian Brothers! I asked for a full once over on my truck before I leave pulling a trailer. Other than some general maintenance of oil, battery, etc I was told my 11 year old truck is in great shape. Honestly and excellent work, you simply can t ask for more! Thanks everyone at CB!

I had to go to driving school and one conversation after another led me to Christian Brothers Automotive. They came highly recommended among the other students, and after a few quotes from other automotive shops I chose CB.They surely did not disappoint. Constant contact with updates and pricing which, to be honest, was unbeatable, (compared to the other quotes I received) knowledgeable, professional and just very kind people to work with! I had the pleasure to work with Troy at the Mesa / Power Rd location.My car is in great shape and the next time I need someone to take a look under my hood and slide under, I'll chose CB.

A friend answered when I posted the question to social media about who I could trust to repair my vehicle. Without hesitation, It was suggested that I take my automobile to Christian Brothers Automotive on South Power Road. I had not heard of the shop before but proceeded to call for an appointment.A service tech answered my call, and I explained the symptoms I was having with my car. I half expected to be told that I needed to bring the vehicle in to have it looked at regardless of how I described the problems I was having. Much to my surprise, Troy listened to me describe my symptoms. He asked follow-up questions and outlined possible reasons for my trouble. By the end of the call, I was informed that based on my reporting, he recommended I have a complete diagnostic covering the possible areas contributing to my issues. He gave me a price for the diagnostic and indicated that the cost to have my car diagnosed was non-refundable and would not go toward the cost of my repairs. His candor was refreshing.Speaking with Troy is the first time I have ever experienced discussing my car issues with a service rep without feeling like I was being upsold into nonessential repairs. I sensed a genuine concern from Troy as he explained the next steps in such a way I could understand. Furthermore, after he completed the diagnostic and sent me the report, there was no question that what he recommended for repairs was precisely what I needed.The report included a detailed explanation of every part that needed repairing along with pictures from my vehicle showing the damage or wear that required attention.Admittedly, I have never agreed in any of my past dealings with auto shops to have repairs performed on my car, which exceeded the value of the vehicle itself. However, after speaking with Troy and trusting his opinion, I had no second thoughts about green-lighting the repairs.I picked up my car when they were finished. I was pleasantly surprised to experience that all the issues Troy addressed made the vehicle perform precisely as he had described. There were no hidden costs, and delivery was on time as scheduled.I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Christian Brothers Automotive for service. I recommend them to my friends and family. The professional interaction I experienced with everyone I spoke to at Christian Brothers was welcome and refreshing.I had a great experience with the major repairs I entrusted to Troy and Christian Brothers Automotive. Awesome!!!! Ladies please don t hesitate to go there. I have had my experiences with other car repair places and I feel as a woman, I had been taken advantage of. But with Christian Bros. they make sure you see before photos of what you need repair. Been going to them for about 2 years and have not been disappointed at all. I could write a short novel on how great these people are. Our car was broke down, they found time to look at it, even though they were extremely busy. After analyzing our car, they cautioned us about putting any more money into it. They were very compassionate, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I would recommend them to everyone.

I LOVE this business!! In a world where service, integrity kindness and trust seems to have gone out the window - this is one company that has completely impressed me. They actually make me feel safe and that is an important thing when it comes to your vehicle. I feel that I am in good hands because of how this company does business. I was a customer at the CB in Chandler until moving to Gilbert, so I thought I would see if the Gilbert guys held to the same standard. I could not be happier with the service and attitude there. I ve brought my vehicles to CBA on 2 or 3 occasions and remain impressed about the excellent customer service they provide.From the front office to the technician to the shuttle driver tothe service manager - you can expect to be treated with professionalism and an absolutely respectful and pleasant demeanor.I have finally found an auto repair shop that I can trust!

Did a great job on our car. We had taken it to the dealership a couple of times, something felt off with the suspension, Christian Brothers took the time to figure out that there was in fact something wrong and that our extended warranty covered a large chunk of the issue too! They got it all taken care of and my car has never driven better. Thanks Christian Brothers and Chad for all your help!

Amazing service!! Went here for an oil change the other day and they were quick, efficient and super friendly! They do an amazing job and do not try to sell you on anything you don t need. I will absolutely be coming back here for all my car service needs!

I've never gone around in circles with a mechanic more than I have with these guys. Got quoted three different prices. I was told the computer was broken multiple times. That's why they can't figure out what the price is. Are. One job that I thought was going to get done and it up getting removed on the date was supposed to be done and somehow I'm still paying the same price. You've been warned.

I had a great experience with this establishment. I worked with Troy. He provided outstanding service to go above and beyond. He made me feel confident and assured that my vehicle s needs were resolved to my satisfaction. He was upfront and extremely communicative. I would definitely recommend this business. Integrity in automotive service is difficult to come by these days. I would without a doubt use them again in the future.

So i own a lifted 1995 truck which is my daily and i installed the leveling keys so it needed realigned i took it to a Big O Tires near me and they were the laziest people i ve ever seen, no communication on what actually needed to be done to do the proper alignment, so i then took it here and after the first day they communicated everything with me that needed to happen for them to get a good proper alignment for my truck. Needless to say if you re considering bringing your vehicle here I would highly recommend it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Really quick repairs. I came in for a windshield washer fluid leak, they suggested new rear shocks because they were leaking too. Some people might find this shady but I'd rather know what issues my car has. I had them fix both leaks. I thought it would take them a while because their parking lot is jam packed full of cars but they repaired it so quickly. I'd recommend them.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection
