Went here today to have a universal catalytic converter welded, that I purchased. Most places have issues with bringing your own parts but they were good about it. He performed some good welds and I was happy with how he installed it. I was quoted $65 on the phone but was only charged $45. I was a bit put off about the lack of any agreement upfront, but just assumed that he remembered our conversation. I will be back regardless and I would also recommend him to anyone who needs work done. They do good work and are quite reasonable. I was also told by Dave that they do a bit more than just exhausts, so if I run into any issues or lack of time for other repairs, I will bring it to them.

Needed a catalytic converter replacement. I had bought one for a great price online and asked them over the phone how much it would be to install. $65 and an hour. I got there, struggled to park since there are cars everywhere and no direction. Once I found someone, a mere 20 minutes and $45 later I was out the door with my new cat welded and my P0420 code gone.It was worth the drive. I will be going back for any future needs that they can fulfill.Mesa Mufflers had previously quoted me $80, BTW.

When it says cats only, they mean it. I had my front end done there and ended up paying for 2 alignments because the sway bar fell off on one side. When asked if he would reimburse me he flat out refused. He doesn't do alignments so it's not like he could fix it. I had to have it put back on with ANOTHER new bushing and then a second alignment. He should tighten everything before sending it out for an alignment. I wouldn't recommend him for this type of work. It took him 4 days and he hadn't even tightened everything. I hope he's better with cats.

I had just left Firestone after asking them to diagnose a noise for me. Firestone assured me that I needed a new muffler to get rid of the noise and it would cost me around $330. I asked if their muffler prices were competitive and they suggested I go check out Cats only mufflers down the road. I rode over to cats only and a guy came out and complimented my jeep, popped the hood, had another guy shake the muffler and told me all I had to do was tighten my exhaust up by the manifold. I was ready to pay for a new muffler. Went home, tightened the bolts he said tighten, and the noise is gone. HONESTY! They're awesome! It didn't cost me a dime and my noise is gone. I haven't gotten any work done there yet but I will. Thanks Cats Only Mufflers.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone. We took our car there to get a catalytic converter installed and they refused to give us our old old back. Later I found out that under state law you can request your old parts back and that in fact the used cats can be sold at a high price to scrap yards, they straight out stole it. Didn't think much of it until a family member told us they also took their car there for repair and were quoted a price and when they went to pick it up the price they actually paid was almost $100 over and they said it was "taxes." Drivers beware

YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW - I contact Cat's online back in Jan of 2016, because our 2004 Isuzu Rodeo needed both Cat's replaced. This required either replacing the whole exhaust system from front to back or cutting the cat's. We needed an expert because this vehicle has four CO2 sensors on it as well. We talked to CAT'S a few times on the phone, we locked in on a good rate and we had the vehicle towed 20 mile to get it there because it would not run. They called 5 days later and said we where all set to go. Great we needed our company SUV, I finally got to meet the guys there, the counter was covered with treats from satisfied customers etc. Its a sight to see a shop counter covered in treats with bows for a bunch of greases mechanics LOL - It's been 1 year and 8 months and the work they did and the performance of the Rodeo is unmatched. I had a chaser follow me back because this vehicle left me stranded a few time, so I wasn't sure it was the Cat's but they assured me it's the cat's, and they explained again the problem we are having is because the cat's are shot and they were correct. Some 20,000 miles later and all is great. So if you need CAT'S, don't go and play with these other FUR BALLS (we called many of them) go see these guys at CATS Only. They did an excellent job and the price was great. Can't say more - Thanks Guys, I told you I would write a review after I rack up some miles - Phil SWC

Came in to have a Cat back exhaust installed and couldn't be more pleased. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The install had a few complications but they easily overcame them and got the job done. Fast professional installation in about an hour and cost less than the quoted over the phone price. Will be a repeat customer.

I've taken my truck, and car to cats only, and they did a great job. really good turn around time, and fair pricing. I recommend them to all of my friends, and liked the guys enough, I went home and wrote a review. Great experience.

Don't be put off by the mess (lots of junk cars and such parked in and around the building). Reasonable pricing. I was quoted a price to replace my entire exhaust system at 1/3 of the price I had been previously quoted at another shop (a mechanic, not a muffler shop). Work was done in a timely manner and the employees were very friendly.

Ya I was having issues with my pontiac for almost a year I had many other mechanics look at it and no one could seem to figure out the issue. I decided to bring it to Cats Only. The owner Digger and his guys took a deep look into it and now the problem is solved! I've never been more satisfied with prices and service i recieved with these guys! my car will definately be coming back here for future problems!

Took my jeep there to get tons of work, he made sure that we were updated on everything that was going on. They got it done very fast for all the work we needed done. The price we paid was amazing and the jeep is running like a champ. Would recommend to anyone!!!

these guys are AWESOME!! best price anywhere in PHX and will do the job RIGHT!! i had a horrible job done to my VW exhaust by another shop and these guys tore the whole thing apart, fixed everything and charged me WAY less than they should have!! 11/10 will be coming back for future projects!!

I was recommended to cats only owner digger from a few different friends he gave me great advice on my jeep. And explained everything with detail and gave great prices on everything that needed to be done i will be taking my vehicle back to him in the future

Took my Charger R/T in to have my resonaters deleted and I was in and out in about 30mim. Good prices on labor and quality work. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer for my other vehicles.

This lady never brought the truck back to me to prove that I did anything wrong, never gave me a chance to fix anything. She just call stating she wanted money but wasn't willing to prove I did any thing wrong .I gave the lady every chance to swing it by and let me at least look and see if it was my problem. I think she is just trying to scam people out of the money they work for. It isn't right.

These guys are a bunch of Karen's, couldn't stay out of my business, a female worker they have was paying attention to my dog, they got jealous and lied,said my dog bit them and got my shop kicked out of the complex. Don't know what kind of work they do, but, terrible people

I am posting this as the owner of CATSONLY MUFFLERS & EXHAUST we return all parts of asked for we have no reason to keep them as they are not worth much . This place is horrible. The shop is in some ghetto neighborhood with random creepy people walking the sidewalks. The address is wrong, took me 20mins to even find. Don't waste your time at this place. I suggest Mesa Mufflers.
