Armando is the best auto salesman there is! He s going to do everything in his power so you leave happy! He blessed me by helping me get in my dream car and even stayed later than his scheduled shift so I could drive off same day! He is truly a blessing ! HARDEST WORKING SALESMAN IN ARIZONA!

The service I received from Caspain Auto group was good. All of my paperwork was completed before arriving to the dealership so the process was smooth. I highly recommend Caspian auto group i had an issue with my Cadillac Cue Screen and all was repaired and everything is working properly. Thanks to Armando for keeping his word and making the buying and repair process a breeze.

Very reliable shop. Expert mechanics and exceptional customer service. Used them multiple times for my low mileage luxury car and would use them again. Maintaining vehicles can be stressful, but Sam and the guys made things easy. Highly recommend!

After saving and searching for months for my dream car, I found it online at Caspian Auto. Went in for a look and was approached by Joe, whom overlooked my young age inquiring about a vehicle such as this one 2019 Charger R/T. I presented him my info, and I was confident he was going to put me in my car. He quickly gave the green light and paperwork was all we needed to wrap up. Joe was professional and funny, made this experience one to remember!! When the time comes for an upgrade.... Joe, I'll be back!!

My Daughter told me about this place & now both love it. We found a very good car, in good condition, great price y easy to apply. I had a very good experience with the seller Armando He speaks English & Spanish. He did his job excellent. High recommend.

Service is horrible. They hold your vehicle hostage. They never answer the phone, or give any type of status updates. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAVING SERVICE DONE HERE, LET ALONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE

The owner owns a trailer park behind his auto business. He is known to look after a disabled elderly couple that are his tenants, which should be a positive reflection upon his business. Keep it up my friend, smiling eyes are watching you.

I've had 5-6 different cars between myself and my work force worked on by Sam and his crew. I have had trust issues with most mechanics for a long time as I am not to mechanically inclined. Usually its regarding cost of services and whether or not the services provided was done good. Since I've been going to Sam at Caspian, I have felt completely safe and sound. His rates are excellent and well worth it. I would highly recoded to anyone.

My husband and I were shopping newer vehicles for our teenage daughter. We came to the lot with 2 makes and models in mind. They had a selection of each. We easily got the chance to test drive both. We never felt pressured at all. They were professional, and very helpful. They made our purchase of a new Ford Escape a breeze, and we were in and out fast. We highly recommend!

Made several inquiries and exchanged emails many times about a car. Told him I was out of state and that I would fly in for the car and that if he could help with financing. He told me to set up an appointment with a certain bank, send a deposit and a photo of my plane ticket. So i bought plane ticket, contacted the bank and copied him on the email so he could see when meeting was set for (the next day) and so I can send all the info. He sold the car before the bank was able to have a meeting. No call or email to me as a courtesy. Pretty shady and unfortunate. I could understand him selling it if he didnt know when my appointment was set for with the bank but he was aware as I made sure to copy him on all emails to the bank.

We bought at 2015 Buick Enclave from Caspian.. we absolutely love the car & the experience. We got to test drive it and then decided to purchase it with no pressure and we were in and out of there. Super quick and easy! Very enjoyable experience!

I hate buying cars because the people are usually not trustworthy. Not here. I was grateful for the buying experience . Joe was awesome. We were even able to make a trade in. Thank you so much for a great experience. We bought the 2017 Toyota Sienna. We just bought it today so I am trusting we will not have any problems that cant be dealt with by the group. Thank you for your kindness and your honesty.

On Friday we purchased a Nissan NV from Caspian Auto group down in Mesa. I would recommend Caspian Auto sales to anybody because of Armando, he was honest and forthright. We appreciate how he conducted the sale, and look forward to future dealings with Caspian Auto and Armando.

In 2019 My 19 year old son was looking for a specific type of Honda Civic, but for the year and make he wanted, the price was WAY out of his budget. Then he found one at Caspian.When my son sent me the picture of the car and the price, I couldn't believe it. I felt it was too good to be true. But then I discovered it was a restored salvage vehicle.To make a long story short, Sam handled the transaction for us with excellence. He held the car for us for a few days, and worked quickly with the credit union to get the financing done. They handled everything AMAZINGLY. Caspian even fixed my son's old Honda so we could sell it.A month or so later, I took the car to my Honda Mechanic for an oil change and inspection, he told me we got a VERY sweet car, and that everything was in impeccable mechanical condition. He couldn't BELIEVE what we paid for it. This was amazing, my son got a car that normally would have been way outside of his budget and he LOVES it!A year later the Honda had one of the rocker panels just randomly break loose. We took it to a body shop for an estimate and they suggested we contact the dealership where we purchased it. When I called Sam to let him know, he told me they would be happy to help. He ordered the part, made the repair and it was so affordable, I can't even list the price here, but I tell you what...it was less than they estimated!My experience with Caspian has been nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend them. I hope to purchase another car there very soon for one of my other kids. Bravo Sam and everyone at Caspian!!!

I've taken my car there multiple times for repairs. Sam and his team consistently do a great job. They have fair pricing and are honest to work with. This is where I will take my cars for any issues going forward.
