such a great team of people, i had two separate claims both were hit and runs and turned out to be pretty complicated. east valley collision remained diligent in reaching out, requesting payment from my insurance for additional damages found during repair process, and always let me know what they needed from me. they are a very genuine team of people. definitely would recommend their services to anyone who is stressed as hell and dealing with car damages. i was very impressed with everyone i worked with.

The people at CARSTAR East Valley Collison did an amazing job on my car. 10/10 in terms of service, repair, and overall experience. I came in with a messed-up muffler, trunk and a bumper hanging on by a thread. The guys at East Valley Collison made my car look brand new and like none of the damage had ever happened. They were quick, efficient, reliable, and very courteous. I had driven a rental down to pickup my car and they even offered to drive my rental back to enterprise for me. The biggest surprise was when I got into my car. They had vacuumed and cleaned my interior and even gave it a fresh scent. By far some of the best service I have ever received, amazing job.

Amazing work was done in a reasonable amount of time to our vehicle. This place truly cares about their customers. The kind and friendly customer service that you ll receive will leave you feeling very welcomed and appreciated. Andy, a true gentleman took the time to explain the process in great detail of all that is involved. It brought us great comfort to receive regular updates. Excellent service. Great repair work on a newer Nissan rogue which is more involved since it has the cameras and sensors. Highly reccomend. Staff is nice

I was in an accident back in November and everyone at carstar was amazing. I had never been in an accident before and had no idea what to expect but everyone was so kind and professional. I was very happy I took my car here. Everyone I interacted with was empathetic and patient with me. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience with these guys. My car was rear ended and they made it look like it never happened! Their customer service was excellent! I will go back to them with any future auto body needs.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job on my car. Jason knew I wanted my car fixed so desperately and he fixed it beautifully. I would give him 15 Stars if I could. He was very kind and understanding and very considerate.

The repair was top notch. Very well done. The customer service was bad. Fees they didn t tell me about unless I asked. No follow up. I had to reach out constantly.

Took longer than expected to get my truck back. Went to pick it up andDecal (big sticker) missing from rear quarter panel, myTailgate scratched,Truck bed was dirty from all the monsoon rain,Camper shell muddy (left on the dirt during all the monsoon,Camper shell lock was exposed to the rain and rusted enough that it would not lock...Lock eventually started working, scratches are still there and the decal was put on and truck bed was cleaned.All in all, I'm glad my truck was fixed and everything put right (mostly). I'm personally going to a different repair company in the future.

What an awesome experience. My truck was in for some body work that was estimated to take 10 days but I was able to pick up my truck in 5 days!! THose who worked on my truck as well as the front desk were all amazing! Jason was especially awesome to work with. So, friendly and easy to talk to. I was updated continually until my truck was ready. If needed I'd use them again and I highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

CARSTAR was highly professional and did an excellent job communicating with us. The car was repaired nicely and even completed the job early. I could not recommend a better auto body shop than this one right here. To start, the staff are so nice and pleasant to work with. They know exactly what they are doing and are the best at it. The work that they do is beautiful. When I got my car back from a rear end incident, the back bumper looked like it was brand new. They even detailed the inside of the car before I picked it up. You definitely get your money's worth (or your insurance's money's worth). On the off chance I have to get my car repaired ever again, they are the people I'm going to!

Would not recommend! From the start our company should not have even attempted to do business with them. It started when I tried to make an appointment. 3 days we tried to get a hold of someone named Jason. 3 days we were blown off every time we called. He never called us back, and conveniently was never there or in a meeting or at lunch or whatever their excuse was. Also, the young lady who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional. Gave me an attitude when I asked if we could bring our truck in Friday through Monday. She said We leave at 5:00pm Friday and no one's here during the weekend sooooooo" (that's not what I asked) it seems every which way we try to do business with them, they had a rebuttal and gaslit everyone in our company. We will be letting our insurance know what happened, and recommend they stop sending their customers there. This legit was the very worst customer service I have ever received.

Jason is the BEST! He was reassuring and caring. This place was so efficient! I can t say enough good about how they made me feel like a valued customer! The work was done exactly as promised. I had very little interaction with my insurance company. They took care of a lot of paperwork. My car did not sit waiting at their facility for parts. They made sure the parts were in their shop before they started the work. The job was completed ahead of time and the craftsmanship is awesome! My car looks new again! The color match is excellent to the rest of the car. I might also add that the car was delivered back to me super clean and washed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had several vehicles brought here over the years and they've always done good work. However this last time I been trying to get my vehicle into the shop for 3-4 weeks and parts are hard to come by. Was told last week to drop the vehicle off on Monday because they were still waiting on parts. So instead of driving over there, I called them on Monday to ask if I could drop it off. I got the reps voicemail and they only returned my call on Wednesday to inform me they had to return my parts and I have to reschedule for weeks into the future... I would give you 1 star for this but you've done good work in the past...not sure what's changed... All I asked for was some communication so I didn't have to keep bringing the vehicle in.

During a monsoon a few months back a huge tree fell on my car causing severe damage all around. My insurance recommended CarStar and I couldn't be happier. Their entire office is friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Angelica and Andy were great! They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process by providing updated lead times and answering any questions I had. The damage required a total rebuild of the car and it looks spectacular! The new paneling is pristine, it feel like I have a brand new car. Their care and attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend using CarStar!

Took my vehicle here after getting into a little fender bender. My new bumper looks great and I couldn t be happier. They communicated with me and answered all question regarding timeline so I knew what to tell the rental place while I had to rent a car. Anytime I called for an update one was given to me with assurance. The staff was really helpful and really friendly. When I went to pick up my truck it was towards the end of the day and I even got to see one of the managers educating a younger member of the staff in the front office. Good to see knowledge be passed down properly to the next generating. Will definitely use them again should I need some more work done on my vehicle. Thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

My insurance company recommended East Valley CarStars for some minor body damage. I was very impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process from when I stopped by for the estimate to the lifetime guarantee of their work. The office was clean. Everyone I met was professional, helpful, and kind. The work was done perfectly and the car was finished a day earlier than expected. I had a personal interaction with a recent high school graduate working there. I was extremely impressed with him and mention it to the main guy. I appreciate that they recognized and developing new talent. I hope I don't need body work done again soon, but if I do this is the place I'll go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andy and his team are great! I got in an accident and my truck was pretty messed up. Andy and his team took care of it-truck looks better than before the accident even!
