Austin, Preston, and the whole crew were amazing? They took great care of my car after had taking my car to a previous shop that took advantage of me and messed a few other things up. They are skilled, personable, and they educated me to the core on my own car and the process they had to take to ensure the issue gets resolved! Definitely and highly recommend this shop! I will definitely be going back for any other car services in the future!

Took my car in for an oil change and because I thought I needed a brake job. They did the oil change that my car had signaled I needed, but told me I didn't need the brakes done for a few more months. Mitch is great to deal with to set up your appt. My friend has already taken her car into them on my recommendation.

I recommend everyone steer clear of this Pathetic Circus. Our experience with Callahan AUTO FRAUD was the very worst auto repair experience of a lifetime and I have been driving since 1969, that's over 50 years of auto repair. We were referred to Callahan by another shop when our Chevy Malibu vacuum pump failed causing a catastrophic melt down of our engine, leaving our car stranded in Mesa. Callahan's service manager Mitch, lied to us about everything except the color of the sky. While working with our warranty company Mitch lied about the parts, incompetently order the wrong parts, told us more lies about parts availability and false promise after false promise about repair times with an endless string of false excuses. Just swapping out our engine they promised two weeks and it took Three Months. Then when they "promised" that the car was "ready to go" and they had test driven the car 10 times, my wife hitched a ride from Payson and paid Callahan Four Hundred Dollars for so called parts not covered by our warranty (just more lies). My wife drove no more than a city block before the transmission began slipping and got as far a "We Ka Po" Casino when the transmission seized up leaving her stranded along highway 87. So when Callahan ordered a tow they failed to communicate with my wife and get the key faub leaving themselves with no access to the car and they never even inquired if they could assist my wife, she was left stranded at a convenience store she had walked over a mile in 114 * HEAT to get to, until I could drive 70 mile to get her. Then while we shopped for an alternative shop they harassed us relentlessly to try to cover their FRAUD by orchestrating false scheming calls claiming to be our warranty company and threatening that if we didn't get them the keys our warranty would be voided. Finally when we hired another shop and had our car towed to another transmission shop we learned that Callahan had never test drove the car (more lies proven by mileage) and had drained all the transmission fluid out and had FAILED to refill the fluid causing a catastrophic melt down of our transmission. This total FRAUD escapade cost our warranty company over $5000 and cost us over $1000 with our car out of commission for 4 months, all for a 2 week new engine swap. Callahan is a CIRCUS of Lies, Fraud, and Deception. You've been warned, take your car anywhere but NOT to Callahan Auto Fraud !!!

Everytime I have a problem or need service on my diesel truck they are there for me. I receive the best customer service ever. They know their stuff! Best shop around. They are worth every penny.

I have a rental with U-Haul, and the unit needed service. Seth came out late on a Sunday to check things out. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, was able to troubleshoot the problem within 15-20 mins, got on the phone with U-Haul and was able to secure another vehicle for us.Thank you Seth and Callahan Auto & Diesel for going the extra mile.

Air Force Son came home for Thanksgiving and had some vehicle problems. Callahan's Auto & Diesel were very helpful and got him back on the road. Definitely recommended! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable!! Thank you all, keep up the good work!!

This is honestly the best shop I've been to, not only for my diesel truck but in all general for any of my "current/modern" vehicles (ive owned vintage cars and obviously you need to find special shops for those). They have provided honest work and not once have I felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way like I have been at other shops. If you're looking for a RELIABLE, HONEST, & HARD WORKING shop; look no further.

My car was not starting, because Big O tires dropped my key and broke it, and Preston, bob, and hank were all very helpful in fixing my car and getting me a new key as quick as they were able to. I highly recommend them if you need any work done. They are very communicative and will work hard and fast at getting your vehicle fixed. Thank you guys so much!

One of the most professional businesses I have found. I had warranty work completed. They were recommended to me highly for a reason! Communication was above and beyond!! Would highly recommend. This was my first time at Callahan Auto and I am very happy with the services that were done on my truck . Mitch, Bob and the rest of the crew are stand up guys and really took care of all my concerns at the time . I gotta say , it definitely wasn't the cheapest place to have work done but I'll tell you it was worth every dollar knowing that my vehicle is more reliable because of them . I would Definitely be going back to them for any other services because of the piece of mind I got from them knowing I was being taken care of . Thanks again guys

The dealer gave me a laundry list of things needed because of my aftermarket lift kit. These guys were honest and did a full inspection. Though no issues were found I could tell they were knowledgeable about diesels. Same day service was a plus as it's a fleet truck. Thx I'll be back

Amazing service and quick turn around! We are currently on a road trip with our ram Pro master and ran into some issues with our Check engine light turning on. The Callahan team were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a family owned business feel which we were lucky to find 1000 miles away from home. They were able to get us in and back out on the road in less as than a day which made everything a lot smoother. Very Reasonable prices as well.Can t recommend this place enough!Thanks team!

I had such a great experience coming to this shop. I brought it in for an oil change but had my check engine light on and no previous shop/mechanic could tell me why since there was nothing wrong with the engine. These guys were able to figure it out and even get it through emissions for me. Mitch was very communicative throughout the whole process and was very helpful when I brought up financing options. We called Callahan to come out replace an alternator. We scheduled them to come out and they requested some additional information and provided pricing via email. We agreed to the pricing and when they came out to do the repair, they charged us an extra $100 on top of the quoted call out fee. When asked about it, they said the email was a typo. We asked them to honor the price they gave us and they refused. They said we were told via phone what the price would be, which we never were and we have requested that audio recording, which to date they still have not provided to show evidence of that conversation. They also claimed that we weren t charged the normal repair fee , which only resulted in a $7.50 difference in what it should have been .While we fully understand and respect that typos and human error exist, it is up to the company to make it right for the customer, which Callahan has refused to do. This shows a lack of integrity in business practices and not someone we would want to continue to do business with, nor recommend anyone else to do so.We are providing an additional star to the review, as we were happy that they were able to come out within 24 hours of calling, on a weekend, and we had no issues with the technician or the repair itself.

They are very quick and effort as they outline what they are going to look into on your car with pictures. I highly recommend Callahan! Because they pride themselves in getting work done the right way and the fact they try to get you in as soon as possible is a major plus. Definitely will be going there for future endeavors! Preston and his team were amazing!! I had an airline leak on my air brake system on my RV. Preston send one of his mobile techs and they were there in less than 30 minutes. The tech found the issue, went and got the replacement part, installed the new line and tested and resolved the issue ASAP. From the time I called until they left was less than 4 hours and that included going to get the parts!Job well done and I will definitely use Callahan's in the future for my repair needs.
