Liam worked on one of my trucks a couple years back and did a great job. Started having trouble with my current car so I thought I'd ask him if he could take a look at it. He asked what was going on with the car and that's the last I heard from him. He didn't reply to my 3 other texts explaining what was happening and asking if he could look at the car. I tried to be a loyal customer and ended up feeling like a bother.

I was having trouble with my 2001 Subaru Forester. I contacted Liam at busted knuckle and scheduled an appointment. he kept me informed on what time he would be arriving at my house, he showed up prepared to do the job. we ended up having an issue with my battery not being able to start the vehicle so he didn't even charge me a service fee. He believes the issue is going to be an electrical issue and has referred me to another mechanic that he knows personally that he believe can do the job more efficiently than he can, he was very knowledgeable of the work he did, very polite, very professional. I will be using Liam in the future if any issues arrive with my or my wife's vehicle and I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for a mobile mechanic that is knowledgeable and willing and ready to do the job.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Okay, let's talk about working on your car. This is someone who their actual job is working on these cars constantly and he knows what he's doing. He works fast and he's careful about what he does. He gave me a full estimate of what needs to be done. I got all the parts and then I got them installed. He worked inside my garage without issue. I had offered to feed him and give him soda or Gatorade but he always brings his own. I can tell you that he is a busy person so if you get on his schedule you should feel lucky because he's working every single day.You hear stories of auto shops ripping people off about what they don't need. He does not do that. He tells you exactly what you need and then you get the parts and he installs them. It's pretty darn simple. If there are other things that he notices, he lets you know and then you can make your decision to buy those pieces. It is after all your car.I will use him again in the very near future to change out my oil pan gasket and try to help me find where this leak is in my engine. But this was a good investment and I'm glad that I was able to connect with this person.

Liam was not only quick to respond to my inquiry but he came out same day (on Memorial Day)!! He was also very kind and professional over the phone and upon arrival! His price was excellent and he made sure to test drive my car before leaving! The dealership wanted to charge me more than double what he quoted me. Liam is a phenomenal mechanic. He completed a brake job on my 2006 Mercedes. This guy is knowledgeable and very professional. I was impressed and will definitely be using his services moving forward. If you need an A1 mechanic he s the guy.

Liam was awesome!!! I got his info from Craigslist, texted Him and he messaged me right back! Very very reasonable to diagnose my issue. My sons 2004 Accord was overheating. He came on time as scheduled, diagnosed and then w/in 24hrs due parts needed came back to perform the repairs. He was in and out w/in an hr. I loved that he came to my house since my car was over heating anyway. His prices are very fair and his quality of work was amazing! I just contacted this business regarding a weird issue with my Volvo. I had a feeling it was computer related, but as a girl who doesn't know anything about cars, I thought I would have a mechanic look at it. Instead of stealing my money, this mechanic actually listened to my problems, and told my I needed someone who can work on computers. He could have easily diagnosed my car, said he couldn't do it, and taken my money and ran. The fact that he didnt shows me he's an honest mechanic. Not too many of them left either!!

Liam fixed my radiator and a transmission leak caused by the radiator. He did a great job and I highly recommend his services. He is very reasonable with his prices and honest! I will definitely call him for all my mechanical needs.

Liam was awesome! The ball joint on my 3rd gen 4runner and cv axel was busted and he got it fixed quickly and thoroughly. After getting a quote at a nearby shop, to change a tensioner pulley assembly for $650, I thought I'd check out Craigslist to see if I could find someone who could do the job for less. Most people I called didn't answer, or when I left a message they didn't call back. I even had people that said they were coming to do the work, and never showed up. Liam, answered the phone, told me he'd call back and did. He gave me a quote that saved me $400.00. He told me he'd be here at 9 or 10 the next morning. He called because an earlier job took longer than he expected, to tell me he'd be an hour late. He showed up, had everything he needed, and got the job quickly and properly done. I called him again in a week or so to change an alternator, and he showed up on time, and saved me another several hundred dollars. I have 3 cars, and I'll call Busted Knuckle Auto for any repairs I need. I almost didn't want to tell anyone how good Liam is, because I don't want him to be too busy to help me, when I need him again.Service: Electrical

Had trouble with my tire thought I messed something else up. Called around 7:30 PM and even tho he had just finished his day he was here within 10minutes told me I messed my wheel bearing, Came the next day fixed it with no problem, very reliable. car runs as if nothing happened, great prices would highly recommend if you need a mobile mechanic Busted knuckles is my go to from now on. I have used this service twice in the past two months and have been very happy with the results. Because he is a mobile service it was very convenient for my busy schedule and made it much easier to get the repairs done on my work truck. On my first experience with this company was fine except I was never given a receipt for a few hundred dollars of work is very significant.So I probably texted him 3-4 times for it then I moved onNext job came so I called him couple hundred dollars later he left me with a door that won t lock with the button (it worked when he got there I was simply trying to change the part as preventive maintenance he left (without giving me a receipt again)after cutting the rods that go to locking mechanism said he would get a new one I never heard back from him for a few weeks until I called and offered more work to him then he came by2 weeks after he worked on my car the first timeMy transmission got stuck in second gear maybe a coincidence but to this day after having him do $600 of work and now my car sits dead with a non functioning drivers door which he personally did then did not follow thru to finish and my transmission is stuck in low gear and slipping and he worked on that too so you decideBTW when he came over to try to fix the transmission he still charged me for the service again my car was running great befor Liam.And I still never received a receipt & he was here 4 times min total for hundreds of dollars and if you go to a reputable service station this would not happen he says he s cheaper but $90 hr is not cheap when he service my transmission it took 1.5 hr he charged me $140 he said it was a discountServices: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

Met me on time and was ready to work! Replaced the coolant reservoir and spark plugs boxed up the junk and ran the car to make sure everything was perfect! Last minute request and he took care of it even told me about future stuff to take care of!
