The guys at brake plus went above and beyond with the help and services needed for my 2016 Mazda CX-5 showed me exactly what I was being charged for in a break down after the inspection of my car and even offered other options to fit my budget. Halfway through the process they noticed the inside of one of my rotors needed some work done and even offered to try and fix it before replacing it and adding to my bill without me knowing like how other places have done to me in the past. 100/10 great service, speedy repairs and all in all would recommend to my personal friends and family. Appreciate the awesome work Guys!

I dont have any negative remarks to say about this place. The brakes test was fast, and on a budget they helped me determine what was priority instead of immediately wanting to take my money. These guys went above and beyond with my jeep and really appreciate it. I will be coming back here to do all my maintenance they are able to. No nad attitudes. Veteran approved. Thanks guys you really helped me out!

These guys are just awesome. I had hip replacement surgery a month ago and I can no longer get down on the ground. I went to brakes plus who I always use and they put on some hubcaps I bought and they did it at no charge. They were really amazing. Thanks guys

Brakes plus did an excellent job on my breaks. Price was extremely fair and they got the revive done within 2 hours. Very respectful group of works. Highly recommend.

My cousin has been coming here for years and has been bugging me to go try it out and that Mike and the guys will treat me right. I have a shop I've been going to for awhile now and they do alright. They're close to where I live, do ok work(depending if you ask for the right mech)and have decent prices. My girl needed some work on her truck .My cousin finally talked me into taking her truck to Brakes Plus. So last week we decided to head on over. We get there and she checks in I got to talking with Mike and he knows his stuff. He made me feel comfortable enough to trust them to work on her truck. I gotta say with the speed , professionalism and very competitive prices, my cousin has done us a favor for sure. Mike has that shop humming to a fine tune. We will be back for sure. I got an old jeep that should keep you busy too. You guys do great work and we appreciate it. Thanks!You guys have new customers!

I called asking if they are able to help change brake light bulbs. I had bought them and then was unable to change them on my own. Victor told me to bring it over, and they could change it out. I walked in and was greeted warmly. He then took my bulbs and was able to change them in under 5 minutes. Every time I've come here, they have been helpful and honest. Will continue coming back.

I came in today with a loud noise coming from my tires. The guys did a great job by identifying the problem and removing the rock that was stuck in my break system. I highly recommend breaks plus that has any issues with their vehicle.

Had to get some new belts, air flow senso n filterr put in. Talked to Mike on the phone n he said bring it on in. They gave me a good price n got it in pretty quick. They were fast n professional n did exactly what they said for exactly the price Mike quoted me. My first time here but definitely not the last. Found my new shop. Thanks y'all!!

My 2nd visit. Was giving them more business. Employee almost runs myself, son and grandson over with another customers car. Got heated. Threatened us saying he doesn't care about his job. I barely could keep a fight from happening. Don't take your car to people like this! Apparently the gut was a manager too!!! Never apologized just made the excuse he didn't see us. I'm 6'3 290. Clearly didn't lookTried to email owner as thet asked below email doesn't work lol

I took my vehicle to Brakes Plus as my brakes were making noise. They had to order a part as my vehicle was an Alfa Romeo. When I went to pick the car up the next day, there was an unseen problem. Michael from Brakes Plus had it towed to the dealer to be evaluated as they had the proper equipment.The dealer performed the necessary repairs, and Brakes Plus had it brought back to their establishment so I didn't have to get a ride to the dealer, which was a distance.Everything seems to be working just fine and the repairs are all under warranty. The service from Brakes Plus was excellent and I highlyrecommend them.

I recently visited the Brakes Plus location at country club and baseline to address concerns about multiple services performed on my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. I came prepared with documentation and a written summary of the issues, hoping for a constructive conversation.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The manager refused to read the documents or listen to my concerns, despite my attempts to explain the situation calmly and factually. He repeatedly asked me questions about the repairs, yet declined to review the invoices I brought for reference.The interaction escalated quickly, with the manager using profanity and ultimately instructing me to leave the store, claiming I was disturbing other customers. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely dismissive of legitimate customer concerns regarding vehicle safety and service quality.This experience has left me feeling extremely unappreciated and disrespected as a customer. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism, especially in a situation that involves the safety and reliability of a family vehicle.I had hoped for a resolution but was met with hostility instead. I urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a service provider for their automotive needs.

I had an alignment done and they really took care of me. I looked around to multiple places for an alignment estimate and this Brakes Plus was the most affordable by far, and they put in a coupon for me to reduce it even more!!! Thank you guys!!!! :)

I have been coming here for the past 3 years and have always had great help. Recently my car decided it was going to act up basically every other month, bumper to bumper, which kept me in the building more often than not but that only allowed for great communication and respect to develop between myself and the staff. Took my car in because I heard metal scratching. Dropped it off to get my brakes check and was told I needed new rear rotors, new brake pads for all wheels, and a brake flush. Jimmy kept me well informed after I dropped it off, and was able to get me a great deal. They even filled my windshield wiper fluid free of charge. I had my car back within 4 hours at a great price. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any issues with my car in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

came here for brake work, did great job for fair price. Only thing is technician(s) doing work didnt place one of those disposable mats on my driver side floor leaving a bunch of grease and grime on my beige carpeted floor mat. Was able to wash most out; however recommend using something lije a trash bag to cover floors.
