I can t explain how wonderful everyone at this Brakes Plus location is. I hate to say it but there are still mechanics that bulldoze women when they bring vehicles in. Not only were Ira, Mike and everyone I dealt with professional, polite, and all around wonderful, but they didn t try to push me into anything my car didn t need. They pointed out things that should and shouldn t be repaired, saving me a ton of money. An honest mechanic shop is worth their weight in gold. I ll be recommending everyone to this location.

10 out of 10 would recommend! Even though I forgot to ask her name, I still want to recognize the tall blonde hair gal who assisted me today. She took the time to listen to my story and was empathetic towards me. She took the time to ask another co-worker in assisting me with my keys locked in my vehicle. They were kind, courteous, and professional. These folks are the people you want to do business with.

Ira greated me right when I walked thru the door. Told him I was looking for an 4 wheel alignment on you 1992 honda accord wagon. Yes the car is old. No one ever likes to working on old cars anymore especially when they're lowered. Most ppl run or give you a ridiculous price. These guys did their thing with my car. At first they had a problem understanding how to adjust toe in the rear but they looked again and figured it out. They got it in the best they could, .02 Ppl dont see old cars anymore so I can't blame them. They did right by me. Steven didn't complain that the car was old, had oil leaks,and was super dirty. He just got towork. Car drives great. Got me all lined up and pointed straight. Thanks again for the tech Steven and the office manager Ira. They have my old, lowered car approval stamp.

Ira and his team are the best! They were able to get me in for a next day appointment and did a great job of repairing a botched brake job that was done elsewhere. They took the time to inspect what was wrong, explained it all very clearly and took care of the problem extremely quickly. I had my car back and completely taken care of the next day. I ll definitely be back for future service and can t thank Ira enough for all of his help.

This was hands-down the best experience at an auto shop. For once, I wasn t hassled to have extra services performed, and they didn t lie to me. Fully transparent and did the right thing! I will always come back to this specific Brakes Plus for all of my vehicle needs. Can t recommend enough!

There was some confusion over my appointment, but they got me in anyway and took care of my oil change more quickly than anticipated! I am a long-time Brakes Plus customer and have had quality service here in Mesa as well as Kansas and Colorado.

Extremely well run business! I brought my wife's Honda Accord in for a front end alignment and they showed me where a bolt had come loose in the suspension and needed to be tightened before performing the 4 wheel alignment. My service could not have gone better!

When I came to their store the lady who helped me was nice and very helpful, I got my oil change done and replaced the cabin filter too. I'm satisfied with their service.

Great service! This store was super helpful and accommodating to my time constraints.Long story short, I discovered a brake issue on Friday morning. Even though they were busy and i had some time constraints, they were able to diagnose and repair my car within a couple hours.

If I could give these guys a Zero star I would. I went in for an oil change and asked them to inspect the brakes and AC system. End total estimate was $2200. In the end I just got the oil change. Biggest thing that gets them a bad review is that when I got back in the vehicle there was a rattling sound that was not there before. I went back inside to ask about it and was told I guarantee that sound was there before. No it was not. Even though they heard it right there to say it was there before, they then proceeded to tell me that the sound was normal and that they didn t hear anything wrong with the car. They hear the sound, and then proceed to tell me that they hear nothing. I will never be going back to them again.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic that has your best interests at heart knowing that a happy customer can be a customer for life can be very stressful. We have multiple personal vehicles as well as a fleet of company vehicles. We only trust our vehicles to Ira, Mike and the rest of the crew at Brakes Plus on Signal Butte and Southern in Mesa. We have trusted them for years and will continue to utilize them for all of our vehicles needs from oil changes to full on mechanical needs.Thank you Ira and crew for always taking care of us!

I have been going to the Mesa Az. Parkwood Ranch location now for 9 years now. Wow what a great place to do business, Ira Sena GM , Michael Huffman Service Advisor and all of the other technicians are the best. They are very helpful and meet all of my auto repairs. Highly recommended, and will never go anyplace else. Very satisfied customer

They were really nice and helpful but when I got my car back they was a big crack down the passenger side front windshield that my wife says want there before. I didn't want to leave this review because how helpful they are but something had to have happened when I got my oil changedUpdate: emailed them multiple times after they reached out on my Google review and still haven't heard anything. It's like they're avoiding me.

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly. Mike took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and how to move forward. All issues were taken care of in an extremely timely manor. Hopefully I don't have any more issues with my car, but if I do I will be sure to visit them

This location has a satisfied customer out of me! Out of all the locations in the valley I will go out of my way (I live in West Phoenix) to get my car repairs done here! Ask for Ira & Adi and you won t be disappointed!

I was at this Brakes Plus today and very impressed by their professionalism and good attitude. Ira and his team helped me diagnose my car and we were able to find out what s wrong. Because I m not from this side of town, I said I won t be able to do the service today. They told me there s no problem and I can come back any time and that I don t have to pay any fee.

Came in to get tires filled with air pressure. Ira was so kind and filled the tires to the perfect pressure without asking for any payment. It was a wonderful interaction and made my day, highly recommend this place, will be back in future.

Micheal said he'd give me my front brakes for $1 if I left a positive review so here goes nothing:I've been a returning customer for almost 2 years. I've had brakes done and a couple oil changes done in that time. They've always been kind and understanding when it's come to my needs with my budget (Kids are expensive - let me tell ya). Always attentive and quick to greet me when I come into the store. I haven't had any issues yet but we'll see what happens with my $1 brakes. I'll keep you all updated.*kidding.. unless you actually wanna hook a girl up

Fastest service I ve received in a long time. The lady that helped me at the front counter treated me with a smile and was cheerful. When I inquired about how long the wait would be for ann oil change she said no more than an hour and an half. Appointment time for today was 1pm and I was out the door by 137pm. I was also informed about the start of a leak to watch. I would rate higher if I could and I will send everyone I know to this location specifically.Service: Oil change

These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond servicing my vehicle today. I asked about steam cleaning my engine bay, and although they don t offer that service or have the tools to make it an easy job they hooked it up! 5 stars on their engine maintenance too. I got a lot of maintenance done today that I ve been neglecting and my car is running great now! Thank you!!Service: Brakes

The Brakes Plus on Signalbuttr Road and Southern in Mesa. AZ is fantastic. They are honest, friendly and do rush or pressure me into making any decisions regarding extra or expensive car work.

They were able to find the issue with a quick break inspection , it was free of charge which was a plus :)! The staff were very friendly.
