I chose this shop because our first experience with my wife s windshield replacement was great. Had to have my truck windshield replaced at the shop so the crash detection camera could be calibrated. The shop is spotless. The staff were super friendly. They have a great customer lounge. The tech invited me to come into the shop when he was calibrating the camera system. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Had a long crack in my windshield. Called Blue Chip and they walked me through with my insurance company to set up an appointment and have my window tint replaced. An appointment was set up within 3 weeks of initial call. Appointment was scheduled for 3.5 hours, I did get out earlier than that. Blue Chip Team was professional and friendly during the entire process. Highly recommend Blue Chip Auto Glass

These guys are the best! They were able to work around my schedule and get me in despite my travel conflicts in a timely manner. They were helpful and transparent through the entire process. If you need your windshield replaced this is the place for quality service.

Wow! This is what customer service and quality work looks like. Had to get the front windsheild on my 2022 Honda Passport replaced - again! Looked at reviews for a couple of new places and contacted a them for info and quotes. Blue Chip was amazing from start to finish. First, Vivi was all over getting the necessary info, coordinating the call with my insurer's "auto glass claims servicer", getting my scheduled and keeping me posted along the way. She answered my initial questions about costs and glass options, let me know that the insurer approved the OEM glass, followed up to let me know when my glass was in so that everything was on schedule, confirmed the appt and everything in-between. I had some additional questions on whether I wanted to pay out of pocket or make an insurance claim and she had a manager John give me a call. He couldn't have been more helpful either. He patiently took time to walk me through the process of working with the insurance companies, when insurers will usually approve OEM and what Blue Chip will do to help support the use of OEM - especially in new cars with all the calibrations needed for safety features. He was also willing to work with me if in the worse case scenario, my insurer would not approve OEM. On the day of my appt, I got a call from Sam indicating that they were running a bit ahead and I was welcome to come in a bit early if I wanted. Once there, Sam got me checked in, and Dan (I think) got the new windshield installed quicker than expected. Once back in the car I noticed several differences from the prior windshield at another company. With Blue Chip, the urethane they use don't asphyxiate for the next couple days. If anything, it almost had that "new car" smell. My car was also quieter again, like it was with the original windshield - and the calibration for lane keeping assist and road departure systems also were back to working correctly. Hopefully I won't need Blue Chip again anytime soon - but as I seem to be a rock magnet, if I do need auto glass work, it will be with Blue Chip. Thanks!

We've use Blue Chip Auto Glass for at least 10 years and are very happy with their speed, professionalism, and prompt scheduling. They always help with contacting the insurance company to get authorization for the work. We have used both their mobile service and brick and mortar shop and again are very happy with both services. The shop has a mini snack bar (big plus!) and drinks while you wait. A couple times we have had to use different glass companies and were never as happy with their service. It is a huge hassle when your need to get your windshield fixed or replaced but Blue Chip Auto Glass help you every step of the way. I highly recommend Blue Chip Auto Glass!

Blue Chip does professional work all the way around. Chris was pleasant and helpful with assisting me with getting my insurance to cover the windshield and setting up the appointment at the shop. My new windshield was clean with no finger prints and my car was clean like nothing had happened. This is why I continue to return whenever I need my windshield repaired.

We've had a number of windshields replaced on our Model 3s with all the rocks and construction on our freeways. Blue Chip always has the glass in stock and are quick to schedule in-house or remote service. This time we also had our top/sunroof glass replaced and the whole process was quick and smooth.

I had Blue Chip install a new windshield last year, and I brought it in recently for a rock chip repair. They took care of it quickly and efficiently, at no cost to me since they installed the windshield. Their waiting room was clean, had ample seating, a movie playing, and tons of complimentary snack and beverage choices. Great perks!

I used them to replace a windshield on my F250. I had lost 2 windshields in 6 months prior with cheap Safelite replacements. Blue Chip uses quality OEM comparable glass that lasts. After 7 months, it just got hit hard by a rock. No crack, it just dinged it. Highly recommend.

Blue Chip was a great experience from beginning to end. The lady that answered the phone was professional, kind and very helpful. I made an appointment at the location in Mesa. It was very new, clean and even had snacks and drinks! Front desk guy was very nice and the tech was really good. I highly recommend this business.

I had JUST replaced my windshield as I had 5 chips and the insurance company wouldn't repair chips past 3. Driving into town and a rock bounced up and chipped us again. Rather than taking a chance, we checked for local companies and found Blue Chip. We were close so we took the vehicle in and the work was done withink a half hour. The window looked good and Blue chip could have charged for two, as the chip was almost divided. We were charged for one at a very reasonable price and left totally satisfied. I will return to them should I get any more chips.

I had my Model S Plaid windshield replaced by Blue Chip Auto Glass and they did an amazing job!!! They always seem to have Tesla Glass in stock so no waiting!!! It was fast, they had a nice waiting area with snacks, they left the vehicle spotless and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend Blue Chip Auto Glass!!!

Great experience. They were very professional and repaired a chip at no charge. We walked the shop and they showed me their hugh inventory of Tesla glass for all models including roof glass. About to leave and they discovered a second small chip which they also fixed at no charge. I will definitely use them for all my future Tesla glass.

I have used Blue Chip auto glass multiple times, and in every experience they have gone above and beyond. From contacting your insurance and keeping you on the phone to make sure everything is seamless to their customer service when they show up to do the work, they are second to none.
