Jess & staff were really considerate & I appreciated the extra attention to my family still mourning the sudden loss of my young Momma who's Forever 50 due to cancer. He went above & beyond to make us feel welcome w/friendly & thoughtful accomodations while we waited for our vehicle to get serviced. Many Thanks to all the guys who assisted us w/4 new tires & a wheel alignment to help keep my 3 kids & I safe on the road. God Bless & Merry Christmas.

They're very nice and responsive. Watch them fees though, a 49.95 oil change turns in 72.00 real quick. But they also rotated and balanced my tires and checked my alignment, my truck sounds much better since the oil change...I really do notice a difference in her purr vs. a Walmart oil change.

I don't understand how a tire install company can rotate tires, do an alignment, and then not even check the pressure. If you're looking for a company that puts in the minimum effort on their work, then you've found the right place. Second time this has happened, second time within a month having to get the alignment done because they couldn't do ir right the first time. I don't suggest getting their unlimited alignment service package. Waste of time and money. This place just sucks.

Jess Cresa exhibits outstanding customer service at Big O Tires. From our initial conversation, his professionalism stood out. Despite my budget limitations of $500, Jess displayed integrity by not pressuring me with unnecessary upsells during our phone call.Upon entering the store, Jess seamlessly transitioned his professionalism from the phone to in-person interactions. He efficiently addressed my needs, adhering to the previously discussed quote. Importantly, Jess avoided recommending unnecessary products or services, underscoring his commitment to providing genuine and value-driven assistance. In summary, Jess's customer service skills and insightful information deserve a perfect 10/10 rating. Thanks to his exemplary service, I am pleased to award Big O Tires a well-deserved 5-star review.

Too pushy, too slowI there from about 9 to 12 for a tire rotation. I have free tire rotations with Big O after we bought tires from them. They were slow. When someone did come out it was to sell us more tires. They said only 2 of our tires needed to be replaced. The man was pushy asking why multiple times. I found this surprising because I wasn't expecting to be defending why I didn't want new tires I had had less than 2 years on a car with rotations and good alignment. Then, he admitted we had more time and the tires didn't need to be replaced at this time. I found this confrontational and unhelpful. Interestingly a woman who was also waiting for her car was approached by a different worker who told her the exact same message. Just 2 of her tires were due for replacement. It could be coincidence, but it seems odd to hear the same exact speech. In case you're wondering it's not covered under the warranty. Almost nothing is when I read over the terms on their website. Speaking of the warranty, they were multiple profiles for our car, so they couldnt find it. These profiles are made by the staff at Big O. They were unable to locate our policy. Luckily we have a copy.As far as professionalism, the music the staff was listening to, that is heard very clearly as you enter and exit, had profanity. I don't appreciate someone yelling the f-bomb in the lyrics blasting from the repair shop. An addition, the person who works on your vehicle is not the person who approaches you about the things that need to be replaced. Some of the questions that I asked the sales representative, he could not answer because he hadn't seen the vehicle.Yes, the rotation is free, but is it worth it? You may also be asked to buy tires and the wait times are excruciating. I doubt I will continue to use Big O tires. I can't recommend their tire rotations or repairs I've had on my vehicle because there is inevitable something wrong every time you bring your car in.

People will tell you it's hard to find a good place for your car. I'm here to tell you I've found one. This place is great. Staff is SUPER helpful, friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. I had a valve stem replaced there this morning. They did it while I waited. Lounge area had a movie going, popcorn, donuts, water, could you ask for anything else? Quick service and I'm more than happy with the experience today.

Horrible customer service, would not honor their NATIONAL WARRANTY on a tire purchased less than two weeks prior (from one of their sister locations). It's clear this franchisee is only interested in selling NEW tires, and not upholding the great brand recognition that Big O Tires is known for. Went to another neighborhood Big O with a stellar reputation, and they were happy to help.

I came to Big O Tires for an oil change and to get my tires rotated since it was so close to my house. After receiving my vehicle, I found that they never rotated my tires even though they included it on the invoice. I can tell they never rotated my tires because I have a specific wheel/tire on my passenger side and it hasn't moved. They also gave me the wrong key. The man at the front desk was unhelpful in locating my key and it wasn't until about 5 minutes later that my key was found. I'm very upset about my tires not being rotated as that was the entire reason I chose this shop. Please do not waste your money here, they will skimp you on services and and their customer service is horrible. Learn from me and never trust them with your vehicle.

This is a really good shop. Honest answers with quick results. I was able to get connected them in Christmas Eve for a flat tire. These guys were quick, reasonable and a good warranty for no extra cost. I'll definitely be back to them. Thanks again guys!

I'd been coming to this location for years. Been through all the staffing changes and different management. Lately this location has gone down hill. Several times now after calling and confirming if they could take me for a quick oil change person on phone says "yes come in we'll take care of you". Great. It's 5 mins from me and I'll hop over once I'm outta work. I get there and told "NOPE can't take you". "It'll be a couple hours." Then he asks, "did you make an appointment?" Do you know how many times I've been told, THEY DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR OIL CHANGES! I have no problem waiting. It's always a couple of hours even for just an oil change. ALWAYS. I EXPECT THAT. So when I said"ok" the look on the attendants face was that of someone who was hoping I would've just left. So I left. With new mechanic shops opening up and others offering, stay in your car oil changes, you need to do better. Disappointing I'll have to find somewhere else to take my business. Not that one little old lady will cause this location to go out of business but sad this location doesn't appreciate loyalty. And please Big O Tire DO NOT RESPOND with your generic response and hyperlink. Be more sincere and honest in empathy you show your customers.

Jess was knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the itemized breakdown of services & the total cost. Also, offered payment options which was thoughtful during a time where my family is still navigating the devastating loss of my 50 Yr old Momma to cancer leaving behind a 19 yr old teen to watch over her in addition to my 4 kids. Plus with the Holidays & their birthdays coming up back to back after New Years & this season. Blessings & appreciation for the kindness in a chaotic time for my loved ones.

Walking in this location was clean, the staff was friendly, professional and they did provide free coffee, donuts and popcorn. I made my appointment online the day before for an oil change. Showed up 20 min early and it still took almost 2 hours to complete a ten min job. They did an "inspection" but it was just a series of maintenance ($49.99 to replace in cabin air filter which cost $19.99 at O'REILLY and takes 5 minutes to do requires no special tools or skills) items that they could upcharge for, but failed to notice the tire light was on because the tires were slightly low due to the cold weather (You know at a tire place). At $63 for a full synthetic oil change they are somewhere around the lower middle of the pack as far as price. My recommendation pay the extra $15 and go to oil buddy around the corner and get in and out in 15 minutes.

Booked and appointment. Waited in the lobby for nearly 10 min and there were no associates to assist. There was an "employee" in sweats and a hoodie on the phone behind the counter trying to get enrolled in employee benefits, then just walked out without saying a word. Another associate came out a few min later and was completely dismissive of the wait or the overall lack of professionalism. He called me a liar about the length of my wait time. Disrespectful staff. Don't waste your time

Worst experience ever. I came to Big O for an oil change, which resulted in almost of $100 of damages by them. I watched the guy having trouble getting lug nuts off of my car and they damaged them and blamed it on ford having a swelling of lug nuts. I purchased two so that my car would have them and the ones they put on is longer than my other ones and one of the caps of my other lug nuts is missing. Then they proceeded to tell me that now it was three that was damaged instead of two. Then they tried arguing with me stating that my car was like this when it wasn t. I purchased a new set of tires from them and just had one replaced two weeks ago and never had an issue. First the manager said that he would pay for it then changed his mind and charged $15 for each lugnut instead. Very unprofessional and they will break parts on your car and blame you. I ll never go to Big O tires for service again

The worker treated my fiance like she was an idiot. He also asked if our dad told us to come here, like two girls can t find a tire shop on google? Will never be going back to this place. On the other hand the bald guy with a beard was SO nice and talked to us like we are people.

I'm gonna start by saying not all employees are the same so with that being said I know at times they get tired and frustrated and just wanna be done for the evening, but when one is paying for a service we expect it to be done correctly and in a timely manner. This has been my second round of getting "bring it in, you're looking at about 1hr to 1hr 1/2. It leads to 3 to 4 hrs. and a service not being done but they say vehicle is ready, til you call it out.Thank goodness for those big windows they have and for the eyes of a hawk we have. If there are different techs for different services there should be better communication between them. They shouldn't be saying it's ready without double checking the work. We have had this happen twice. The first time we waited 4 hours watched and tech never checked the car like we asked. But we were told he did even with us watching him, our car sat there for 4 hours and Noone ever looked at it. This time we watched again and 1 of the services wasn't done and we waited over 2 hours. It did get resolved , overall there should be better communication and I'm hoping in the future better service.

This shop confirmed an appointment on my car. I showed up at the appointment time, waited twenty minutes in line and talking to someone only for them to discover they can t actually service my car because they don t have oil filters linked to it in their system. And yet they confirmed my appointment. I d be really careful about going here since they don t seem to have any idea what they re doing

The service here sucks, went in for an alignment and now all the sudden i have a caliper leaking lol .. you cant make this up. Now I got ABS light on, and worried that something can happen to the car while driving ... never had a problem with the brake system now all the sudden one thing after another. Just know there will be legal repercussions. I have my 2 yrd old in the car with me daily .. god forbid something happens, so now i cant drive comfortably all because they want a few extra bucks. DO NOT recommend this place for anything. Dont waste your money or time ... the guy over the phone said the alignment was going to take 30 mins and ended up being 2 hrs (which is about normal, but you shouldn't give a time for something like that to a customer). I couldnt give zero stars but the experience will never be forgotten. Trash overall!

Wow! A negative 5-star review is too good for here. My wife's car had the tire pressure light turn on as she was driving and pulled into the closest tire shop, this one.The said it would be $26 to fix it (many shops repair tires for free, but she was there and said ok). It would be 1.5 hours, so she left the car. So far, not an issue.A while later, she got a call that told her the tire can't be repaired because it is 5 years old and SO dry-rotted that it's unsafe to work on... AND that all the tires are UNSAFE because of dangerous amounts of dryrot, so she should get all 4 replaced. We said nevermind, we'll come get it.I took her there and asked them to show me the dryrot... he couldn't, and said it was in the "inside" (pics to follow). He said, "in Arizona, the tires dry out". The car is 5 years old, original tires, and has about 20,000 miles on it, but it's always in the garage, and we are both very conscious about maintenance, not to mention, I actually worked in the tire business from 1987-1998 (and 2 of those years at a Big-O), so I understand tires. How do you people sleep at night knowing you lie to people? I wouldn't be upset if he said, "the tires have 4/32 of tread, so we recommend replacing" (true), or "the tires are getting older, so you should consider replacing soon" (also true), but to bold-face lie to a female because they assume she doesn't anything about cars or tires... WOW!I am going to forward this review to corporate and every other review source possible. You should be ashamed of yourselves! We drove home, I took the tire off and will take it somewhere else to get fixed.

The customer service in this location has been the worst I v experience. It s unbelievable how many times in one week Iv had to go back to get the same issue looked at and on top of that end up leaving with new problems. They misplaced my original parts and hoped I didn t notice the replacements probably because I am a female. To spend over a thousand dollars and not receive good service is very disappointing. Do not recommend any big o tires.

Worst shop ever. Couldn't change Tire Sensor. Left with flat tire. Made me pay difference to replace tire. Didn't put spare back in vehicle. Promised free oil change then said they wouldn't do it. Absolute joke Manager who lies and has untrained employees. Take your car anywhere else.

If I could give six stars, I would! Huge shoutout to these guys, called an hour before close with a leaking punctured tire and these guys got me in and taken care of before close, even stayed a little past their typical closing time to ensure I was helped. They have my business! Shoutout to the crew!!

Got only one of the three things I requested, and it took almost an hour and a half just to do an oil change. I wanted a oil change (which I received) but I watched the mechanic the entire time, and he didn t bother to either rotate the tires from front to back, or even inflate my tires. I had to go down the street to inflate the tires myself. I could also tell they didn t do the tire rotation because the tread depth in the front tires were the same before and after the service. Glad the oil change was done, but disappointed with everything else. They didn t even bother to put a service sticker on the windshield so I can know when to get an oil change next, I do not appreciate the amount of laziness that was displayed. Not coming back here again, I should ve just went to Midas or Meineke, at least they do a good job.Edit: They also overfilled the oil. This photo was taken after sitting for 20 minutes to cool.

I called up today to get an oil change and spoke with Jeremy. He was able to get me in the schedule the same day. The waiting/seating area is very nice with Tvs,popcorn, coffee and water. I like how there is a large window facing their garage so you can watch the techs work on your vehicle. Ive been a customer of BigO Tires for years. Always a deal to work with your budget and customer service reps/workers that have a can do attitude. They even have a charity benefitting children in which i was told has raised 1Million+ dollars. Good Job BigO Tires

Got 4 brand new 10 ply tires for my toy hauler from this Big O Tires. First trip fully loaded I lost two tires to the valve stems failing and noticed a third one about to go. Basically stranded at this point went to a local tire shop to buy two new tires and what they found was Big O Tires put valve stems rated for 50 psi on my 10 ply tires that run 80 psi.Usually brand new tires gives me ease of mind pulling a fully loaded trailer with my family in the vehicle. Big O Tires is neglectful at the very least. They re more worried about selling you headlight fluid then knowing their stuff about tires and valve stems to keep you and your family safe on the road.

Terrible service and they will try and upsale you on everything. Different service members every other month it seems that work there. You'll sit in the lobby unattended for 30 minutes. Avoid this location (Big O in general) at all costs!!
