I was very happy with my service and treatment at Big O!! They were nice friendly and honest with what was needed (I verified with 2 mechanic friends - unfortunately they're out of state). Scheduled appointment they started and finished work on time. I feel they even did a few extras (electric/display stuff). Truck runs awesome now. Very happy with my service!

The manager Tom here is awesome. He went above and beyond to keep our business and After dealing with so many dishonest mechanics, it's nice to know you can take your vehicle somewhere and they give you all of your options. They actually care!

I accidentally went here because,another company with a similar sounding name. I don't appreciate the employees at this location trying to trick me. I'm inquiring about an appointmeat the wrong place. Really, the companys that hungry for money? You destroyed something that cannot be fixed and that's my trust. If you lied about losing my appointment. Please explain what else you lie about. Don't ever destroy a customer's trust.

Got there at opening time on a Saturday morning. There were 3 people ahead of me. They took my info for my car to get an oil change. I was told they d be able to get it done within an hour and they did. This was my first visit as I usually go to Jiffy Lube but I will definitely be coming here instead. Clean facility, friendly and fast service. Plus the cost was much less than everywhere else I called for a full synthetic oil change! Highly recommend!

Waste of time ! Booked an appointment to fix a simple nail in the tire on a 6 month old tire and when I arrived they said they don t fix nails in tires on my car type and that THEY knew that at the time of booking but still let me book it. They said they are happy to replace the tire which was less than 6 months old. A waste of my time . BOT once had great customer service a good service would have told me that when I booked my appointment for a TIRE REPAIR!

Customer service was wonderful. Service was great. My only issue is that all my tires were at 35 psi and they should be at 44. Other than that, love what I got and the price point was great!

Been coming here for pretty much all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs for years, almost a decade at this point, and these are the only guys I trust in my area.This week I had my car stolen and recovered, however it suffered quite a bit of damage to the ignition area. Brought my car in to get an idea of what my options were....worked with Doug and have worked with him in the past. He is always up front about what we need to do/ expectations and up front about cost, which I appreciate. He always makes me feel like my problem is a priority to the business (whether it is or isn't, ha!). He got the parts ordered and the team had my car fixed by the end of the day, which was so amazing.Anyways, just wanted to share my positive experience as a long time customer. I see some negative reviews on here....Can't make everyone happy, right? ... But also some people are out of touch with reality. Quality work costs money and takes time.

The service was great. The wait time was on point with what we were told it would be. The price was reasonable. All in all it was a good experience especially since buying tires is not something anyone enjoys.

Exceptional individuals, expedient execution.I initially visited Discount Tires to obtain a quote. However, I recommend saving both your time and money by bypassing this step and proceeding directly to BIG O.

UPDATE:New car, new tire puncture lol. Came back here, had me in and out in less than an hour. I think it was literally 30 minutes. Pat and everyone else were awesome yet again. Cannot recommend them all enough!Old review:Very quick to get us in, fitted with a new tire, and back on the road. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, thank you so much!

I had my tires replaced At the Big O Tire Crimson Mesa location over a year ago. I work from home, so I don't rotate every six months. The last time I had my oil changed, I asked the shop to rotate, and they could not because the lug nut removal key was missing. The very rude manager, Patrick, told me to return to the Mercedes dealer for a lug removal key with a very short temper. I will escalate to corporate because they have a history of not putting lug removal keys back. I was trying to explain that I have records of everything done on the vehicle and they are the only shop to have touched the tires since they were replaced but Patrick did not want to hear what I had to say stating, that I did not take your lug removal, I replied You know I mean Big O Tires and not you personally also adding I have records that show Big O Tires were the last shop to service the tires. He called me belligerent and I asked why? I was calm and merely stated what happened. This location is very unprofessional and hostile!

I have been taking my 4 vehicles to bigo tires for many years, and not just for tires. Recently, I have been getting second opinions on what they claimed I needed done. I have caught them a few times wanting to do work that was not necessary. But this last time, made me realize that due to their location being close to my home, and their friendly staff, it still is not worth it. I went in for an oil change and Doug told me that there was a nail too close to the tread, so a new tire would be $200. I took it to pep boys and they did the repair for 20 bucks. It is sad, because I trusted them to take care of me since I gave them so much business and for many years.

Took my truck in for a service alert i received on my console. They shared that the alert after their discovery that my alert was due to a bad cell on my battery, They also shared that my truck was due for others services, which they took care of in a timely manner and kept me informed of expected completion which was very close to the time they stated.

Big O Tire on Crismon in Mesa is a great shop to do business with. I recently had them do a oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was on time, work was done professionally and it was a great experience. I will be back for my future automotive needs. Thanks crew! Joel G.

This is really a big scam!At the end of the day they don't sell you the tires that you choose yourself, they give you the ones from the store that are useless at a very high price, there is no point in making an appointment online because when you get to the place you realize that you don't have the appointment nor the tires.I paid the ridiculous price of almost $900 for tires that are not even of good quality and apparently I was lucky because they gave me a "discount".If there is a new customer, go somewhere else, run away from this business and look for your tires somewhere else.I will NEVER EVER return to this place

I stopped in after having a blowout on my way home the night before. I did not have an appointment, and although the store was busy Chris said he could get it done same day. My vehicle is an Enterprise Fleet company car. Chris took care of anything. He contacted Enterprise Fleet and was able to get all four of my tires replaced. My car was done within a few hours. It was a great experience from the moment I entered the store. I have used this Big O Tire location in the past and every time I have visited the store my experience has been great. Everyone is always professional and I've never had any problem with the work. They have always made it easy to do business with them.

Came into the auto shop at the end of the day to get my brakes inspected and tires rotated. I knew my two front tires looked off, but I thought it was nothing. Turns out they were starting to dry root! I have those under a warranty at a different place and the BigO tech didn t try to push getting new tires right that second, which I appreciate! Although my 2 front brakes also needed new brake pads and rotors. I knew my brakes were bad, the sound of me pulling out of my driveway probably woke up the neighbors before! Lol! Since it was the end of the day and parts would get there right before closing, I picked up my car the next morning. Now my brakes are as smooth as butter thank you guys!

Super professional and very friendly & direct. Came in this morning because my tire light was on and wanted to have it looked at. Also I needed a tire rotation. Cameron took good care of me and said there were no issues and that the tires sensor can act funny especially when the weather changes. Thanks for being a solid shop amongst the rest.

Big O is a great place for an oil change, new filters & tire rotation fit one low price. They're usually pretty quick if you have an appt first thing, but they're very accommodating so I can work from there if it's going to be longer.

Vehicle had passenger seat moved and not returned to previous position. Dirty cloths left in vehicle. Outside of vehicle had greasy residue all over hood and front quarter panel which wasn t there prior to visit.Following this post the store manager, Liam, did reach out to me and apologized. I was informed that the concerns voiced were addressed with his techs and will not occur again. In an effort to continue a business relationship I was offered compensation.

I have never had a good experience at this location, and haven't been back due to the poor quality of work and disappointing customer service, until now. Called in and was impressed with Doug. Very professional and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back because of him!

Liam was great. I came in with a shaking car at 50mph he was able to assess my tires and locate the issue being driver side wheel bearings. Car still has a slight shimmy around 70mph but hopefully with new tires , balance and alignment that resolves!

Service was good and pretty quick also.Sorry to say I got in a car accident 2 days ago, got t-boned in the back rear panel. The guy ran a red light. So my car was totaled.
