We have had such an excellent experience having our daughter s car serviced here. She has an older Mini Cooper that has a ton of mechanical issues and they have been so good at getting her car in for service quickly and focusing on just fixing the issue at hand instead of giving us a laundry list of problems, which they know we cannot afford to fix right now. I am so impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

We're from out of town and broke down on a Sunday afternoon.Talk about fabulous service. Tim took great care of us. The problem was diagnosed quickly and a ride was provided so we could go to lunch instead of wait in the shop while the repair was done. A couple hours later we got a call that the job was done. Our car is working great and we are back on the road.Highly recommend this shop.

I felt so comfortable at this shop. Customer service was beyond excellent. Manager Tim welcomes you with kindness.. Every employee there has the most friendliest attitude.. They got my truck done in a timely manner and professional..The best part is honesty and caring from them. I highly recommend this shop. This will be my go to from here on. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT FIND A SHOP LIKE THIS!!!

Service was quick, staff was friendly and professional. The waiting areas were clean and they have some coloring stuff for the kiddos too so that was sweet. I have a lifetime warranty with the tires I purchased and would like to come back in the future!

Needed alignment on my car, but due to some other issues with front bushings and bearings it would have been waist of money. The team was very professional explaining all the details showing on the car and giving a price quote for parts and labor.

I have been going to Big Brand Tires for awhile now. It s not the tires or rotation or other car service that keeps me coming back . It s the way I ve been treated every time I go there. Tim the Mgr greets me with the right attitude. I know that my car is in good hands . His staff gets things done in a timely manner. This is the place. Forget about looking around for the right place. Take my advice and give Big Brand Tires a chance ,your car will be happy too.

I came in on 12/28 around 2PM and asked the lady at the front if they have availability to do an oil change and the guy at the front desk next to her on his computer laughed loud saying no and kept laughing while repeating no . He did say a quick sorry in the middle of that. It was okay that they did not have openings since I did not have an appointment and they were busy but to be laughed at by a male staff member who I was not directly talking to was not professional. As a young women who does not like to be in these spaces for fear of being scammed it did rub me the wrong way.

Great shop! Great service! This big brand tires shop always exceeds my expectations and more. Britney is a wonderful employee who always breaks down the auto mechanics lingo for me in order to understand what my car needs at the moment. I ll always go to this shop location. This shop will take care of you and your vehicle. Hands down the best big brand tires in Mesa, AZ.

Absolutely reliable and prompt. Placed air on my tires, and the tech was amazing at going above and beyond and letting me know to keep an eye on one of my particular tires. Big Tires always come through for me! Thank you very much for the promptness and reliability!

I had a low pressure warning on one of my rear tires so I looked up the closest tire repair shop and went over there. They immediately got me in without an appointment and didn t charge me. This is my new place from now on. Friendly people!!!!

Been going here for years for tires, alignments and other mechanic needs. I do most of my own work on our vehicles but there are some things I just don't have the time, tools or patience for and this is the only place I take my vehicles. I have a 2017 Colorado ZR2, a 2009 Hummer H3 and a 1996 Pontiac Firebird WS6. Brian and his team have always been polite, fair and easy to talk to. I have been meaning to give them a review for some time but after my last time in for an alignment I am now. I wouldnt hesitate to take you vehicle there for tires or any other automotive needs. Thanks again Brian's Tire for the excellent service you provide.

Literally, no better shop in town than this place. In and out in 35 minutes. The service was an oil change and a tire replacement. Customer service from Tim was absolutely stellar. Way above and beyond. Will not go anywhere else moving forward. Thank you so much Tim and team!

Ive brought multiple of my vehicles here. First off my 06 Silverado has has new tires, rims, and a lift kit installed and I m very pleased with the look that Brian recommended for my truck. I also take it there for all my routine maintenance. Countless oil changes, replaced batteries and alternators on my truck. This shop can do it all and give amazing customer service. I ve even purchased an 01 Escape from Brian for a very good price and he s kept that running now for the past 3 years as it s getting ready to eclipse 275,000 miles. Amazing shop and I d highly recommend him as I ve sent numerous of my friends to him. Never a complaint and he always gets the job done. Expect honesty and integrity when you go visit Brian.

Thought my tire caught a nail as my PSI warning wouldn t go away despite filling the tire several times. Turns out the computer needed to be reset. Big Brand resolved that issue but also checked all my other tires to make sure they were at the correct pressure. They charged me NOTHING for this. And sent me off with a 50% off coupon for an oil change. Won t ever be going anywhere else. Period.

I went here because I had a nail in my tire and they plugged it with no charge. But that is not the reason that I am posting.Another of their clients came in and had their car examined for issues. The issues with their car were too many to discuss.What I liked about the service manager went through each item and explained the cost, while not being pushy about getting them all fixed. He let the client know the safety factor of each item and cost and had the client decide the direction to go.

I had over 5k worth of car problems. My heart dropped when I found out because I knew there was no way I could afford that. Luckily I had a third-party warranty on my car, so I told Tim and he got a hold of them immediately he negotiated with the company to help me get my car fixed. When it was all said and done I was able to get my car fixed for less than $2000. The third-party warranty covered majority of everything thanks to Tim and they got me back up and running in a timely matter also helped me out getting a rental with enterprise. I recommend this company 1000% they care and will do it right the first time thanks again Big Brand.

I had the best experience at Big Brand Tires. The customer service was stellar! From the 1st phone call with Brittany who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, to my in person meeting with Tim who was very friendly, accommodating and also knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Big Brand Tires. Not only are they Big in Brand they are Big in customer service!!!!

My expedition was blowing hot air and overheating..So after spending 1900$ between another mechanic and a friend for multiple things to fix it with no progress we went here. We called Bryans for a quote for a radiator and condenser (cause that was on a list of things another mechanic told us) and was quoted 200$ less then another location for just the condenser... so we drop it off.Well they found the problem and fixed it. We didn't need a radiator or condenser and the price was less than half of what we expected!!!I am so happy with this place. It's nice to find honest ppl. They could of made extra money replacing parts like the other mechanic did to us. But they didn't.Finally an honest and fair place to take our vehicles.They also have this coupon you can buy for 79.99 that gives 5 free oil changes among a bunch of other stuff.Shout out to them cause they rock!Thank you!!!!

The serpentine belt on my vehicle broke on 110 degree summer day so I called the nearest Big Brand location. They were very busy but worked me in right away had the Belt order ready and waiting pulled my vehicle in got it done quickly and took what I could afford. Unprecedented service that is rare in today's world. Thanks to Celeste
