Not sure what happened with the management of this place since the name change but they fit the scammy dealership trope now. x2 market price of other places just a mile away for a tire rotation (which doesn't include a balance apparently, so my truck now shakes violently over 55mph and didn't before a simple rotation)looking at other reviews looks like this dealership doesn't know how to balance tires because many 1 stars are about this same thing.They also tried to recommend $2.3k in "urgent" repairs including fluids that I had just changed 3 weeks prior and other "recommendations" that are unnecessary unless there are other issues.The quote didn't even include parts / labor breakdowns. Not sure if service gets commission now or if the management is scummy so their opaque to scam people that don't check. After asking for a detailed printout the parts quotes were nearly double the cost of ordering the same genuine Toyota product directly from the main Toyota website.Take your vehicle somewhere else.

Had a few minor things accur after purchasing a vehicle from Berge and Jes Haas was more then helpful he was the reason my problem was resolved and he wasn't even part of the sale. He went above and beyond and treated my family with respect and understanding. Berge we will be back for our next Toyota soon due to the help of Mr Haas he made the experience well worth the time.

Thomas C. was the best! Took charge of our situation and made all the recalls and repairs happen. He was a pleasure to deal with thru texting, which made it so convenient for me. He kept me up to date on the progress and what was covered with the warranty. Amazing service!!

Had to go see the new 2024 TACOMA s in person. Talked to Ernie Beler there and he was extremely informative and knew his stuff. Now I have to wait until the hybrids come in to make my purchase!!

They have great costumer service here. 2tvx w sofas for the waiting area, coffee, everybody asks you if you are doing ok, if you need water if they can get you anything everyone says hi, there is a small basketball court to use while waiting. I couldn't go home and drop off my small dog they were very understanding someone even got her treats i waited for 1.5hrs and didn't even cared everyone was super nice. Price was the same as the place where i used to take my car so that is a plus. I will be back.

None better. Cody Swain deserves a Nobel for keeping me returning for service on my 300,000 mile Scion xB! Scott is an amazing technician. Take your car no where else. Don't buy anything but Toyota products!

I had an appointment for servicing, had a couple recalls that needed dealt with. They got me in and out pretty quickly. Kept me informed of the progress. Really nice service department.

Made appointments for routine service on line. Was in list when arrived at 3:15. Service was done within an hour with video inspection of tire rotation, brakes and shocks and wash. Nothing shown regarding oil change. Wish the video would show more. Dakota and the service team were hands down amazing! They made sure that my car was in and out of the service bay and back in my hands to make sure I can still commute to school, they informed me along the way of time frame too! Highly recommend Dakota and the Berge service team!!!

Update 2 weeks later ... returned to service center. Window needed reseated with new part. New part, older car ... bit of a disconnect. Toyota took it as lesson learned & resolved quickly & professionally. Excellent customer service today.Update 8 days later ... window that had both regulator & motor replaced is now malfunctioning worse than before the repair. We go back next week. :( lowering rating from 5 stars 2 starsOriginal review --First time visit. Multi Point Inspection. Very thorough - covered the requested items, the Toyota list of items, as well as new issues found. Very thorough - includes service recommendations based on mileage. Next was an online estimate with approval steps as well as a follow-up call from the advisor. All repairs were well done. Shuttle service was good, as was the loaner vehicle. Clean dealership facility with kid friendly options as well as coffee & water. Everyone was friendly & welcoming.

As always the staff at Berge Toyota were amazing. Jeff the money guy was such a big help. And my salesman Tony is great. I tell everyone who will listen that Berge Toyota is the only Toyota dealer worth visiting. I just bought my tenth vehicle today.

Great fast service! I used to go to other Toyota location to do the refular car service and every time it took then at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours but at this location it was fast and i will be returning for all my car services.

I don t trust this place ! I got new tires from here, thought everything was fine, the next day my tires were causing serious vibrations going over 50mph and my tire pressure light went on the day after that. I called and they had me come back. They told me one tire PSI was down to 20 and they said I could have a nail or something - turns out I did not have a nail they just didn t inflate the tire appropriately before I left the first time. Was there for 3 hours while they rebalanced the tires twice and still had the same issue. Then told me I had to take it to a specialty tire shop to see if it was the tire or my wheel that needed to be balanced. So the next day I bring it to the specialty shop and they balance the tires within an hour and all problems solved. Makes me feel like the Toyota techs had no idea what they were doing balancing tires and wasted hours of my time. The customer service rep was very kind and professional but the actual work on my car was incompetent.

I bought a brand new Tundra from Berge and scheduled an online appointment for my 5K service When I got there, they said I was not in the system and turned me away. Very bad customer service experience and I will never go back there for my next service or new vehicle purchase again. They should have accommodated me as it was their mistake.

I had my car towed to Berge Toyota at Riverview last night and Dakota called me first thing this morning. I thought it would be ready the next day, but Dakota called me about 7� hrs later and said it was ready and was an easy fix. I was even offered shuttle service. When I got there I asked a few questions, signed the paper and was done quickly. Dakota Brown is very friendly and professional. I love this Toyota dealership.Service: Battery

Always friendly service. I had Ty at service today for Auto Mate. As he was finalizing paperwork, I was trying to put my new key FOB protector on. I was having difficulty. I have issues with dexterity on my right hand from a finger and other bone amputation. I hate asking for help but I just could not do it. He offered to help and did not make me feel embarrassed.He took time to do it perfectlyI can honestly say that is beyond what his job is. I think it is his phenomenal character as a good human being. Your dealership has great people working there.Please recognize Ty for his kindness. Some people may think it was a small thing but for me it was much more.

I have been using the services with Tuan To for quite some time now, and I have never been disappointed with his quality of work. He is one of the most professional individuals. Not only is he always on time and provides excellent customer service, but he is also an expert in his field. I have tried other Toyota Service locations in between, and it was a disaster. They scratched my tires and failed to provide adequate service. It was then that I realized how valuable Tuan To is. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied with his work and provide a higher level of service. Overall, I highly recommend Tuan To and would not trust my car's maintenance with anyone else.

WORST customer service imaginable! Check me in as Joe Clark...uhm...I just told you my name was Barbara and ps ...Im a girl. Service bay has 4 employees doing nothing but I have to wait 20 min for Kendyl? All Kendyl did was accuse me if being late (I was 5 min early) and take my VIN. None of the other guys working in service can be trusted to take my VIN? Wait 48 mins....here comes Keyndal..the part I came in and ordered last week? They sold it to someone else. Uhm. No. Save yourself from this place.

Really friendly. Good service. Their communication is pretty bad though. I came in for and oil change and a bad battery, and it ended up that I came back 4 times before they were finally able to do it due to lack of communication to the proper departments, setting up car rental, etc. once they finally got the car they worked really fast. Weren t able to do anything about the bad hybrid battery but did change the oil and let me keep the car rental over the weekend since I had a busy schedule. Would return again. Although the oil change was quite a bit higher than the competitors at $90

Fast and easy. Found an extra issue and worked out a way to fix it through my warranty. Narrated video of the multi-point inspection is awesome. Super easy text/call system.First time at this dealership and I'm sold.

Kendyl in the service department was amazing!My 2020 Toyota RAV4 had an engine maintenance required master warning light, and I was fearing the worst. It ended up being a coolant bypass valve, and luckily he had seen it a few times before. I drive my vehicle a lot for work, and I was worried that I may be down for a while. However, I came in without an appointment at 7 AM, and he was able to get my car wrapped up by 9:45 AM, which was incredible.I have brought my Toyota here more than once, and have always been satisfied with the service, quick communication, and friendliness of the staff. I rarely write reviews, but this service was top notch. Highly recommend!

I had a 10:45 service appointment and for them to rotate the tires and check the fluids I would have to wait for 3 hours.I asked Chris the service advisor what was the purpose of having an appointment? He said they just started their tire sale today which is useless to me if i have an appointment scheduled.

My teen son had a problem with his Toyota on the freeway and pulled off the exit and asked service to take a look. They graciously agreed and told him that they wouldn't even charge an assessment fee. When he called back later they told him $550-600 to repair lugs, replace lug nuts, and service the two front brakes. The next call was to inform that it would now be $1100. He told them we would just do the job on our own. The service rep then told a teenager that he could not legally release the car to him (the owner) as it was dangerous to drive. He told my child that he had to have the work done. Then I spoke to him and the tune changed. We picked up the car that night.These people will rip you off if you are non-confrontational or just don't know anything about cars. If you are young or inexperienced with how vehicles work, bring someone that knows at least more than the basics. Better yet, only use this place for warranty work and find a trusted mechanic after your warranty is up. Do not trust this service center.

Last weekend I wasted an hour and a half of my life at Riverview Toyota. For the second week in a row. Two weeks ago I took my Rav4 in for its first maintenance appointment. Something came up, so I dropped my vehicle off an hour early; I wasn't expecting to be seen early, just wanted to drop my keys off. I waited for 15 minutes while 10 other cars were helped and I stood waiting, alone. I'd never been to a Toyota service department before (it was my 2021's first visit) so I had no idea what to expect. I ended up waiting 20 minutes to drop my keys off as everyone else was help and employees were mingling around. I asked for the upgraded car wash, I was willing to pay the $20 upgrade for the vacuum. Upon my return, neither the outside nor the inside of my vehicle was washed. The receptionist later told me every vehicle is supposed to have an exterior wash after leaving the service department. The rep I worked with that day recognized the error and told me he'd comp the wash but it would take another 45 minutes. I left and went home. Flash forward to last weekend. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told the car wash would take an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half my vehicle pulled up, dripping wet. It's the worst wash job I've ever seen. I've done a better job myself at the gas station in 20 minutes. And it took the dealership and hour and a half to wash my car. Half the hatch was not vacuumed, none of the door were wiped down, and they left white chalk marks on my seats. Huge missed opportunity to correct the problem from the previous week and regain my patronage. I ll be finding another location to work with.Service: General repairs & maintenance
