Veteran approved! They did a great job communicating what needed to be done. And gave me a great price and saved me money in the process. They found the problem and helped me out tremendously! My new 'go place"! Won't take my cars anywhere else. Thanks jeff!

I ve been going to this shop for years. When my car was acting funny they checked it out free of charge, it was my transmission they told me to call my dealership, I did and they were right and my transmission was covered by my Warrenty. So when my daughter got her first car we took it to get serviced at the dealer and of course they said there was 1500 dollars in repair to be done. My daughter was in tears. As a single mom and a nurse I like to do my research and said let s take it to az lucky star for a second opinion . We did and the owner was so nice and helped educate my daughter about what s an emergency and what s not. They were so kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done right away and what could wait. They are honest, kind, and do amazing work. I send my whole familyTo them. Class act. I recommend 10/10

Great shop. Employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Was able to get a quick and honest quote from Jeff about my concern. Was fixed in a timely manner and now my vehicle is as good as new. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend az lucky star

I highly recommend this automotive shop to have repairs done. For my first visit, the mechanics did an excellent job repairing my motor mounts and the cost was reasonable for the quality work and communication from staff that I received. I will definitely return for my future maintenances. Thank you!

Needed to get an estimate on repairing the front bumper on my vehicle. I called in advance and was asked if I could bring it in the next morning, which I did. Within 15 minute they had my auto up on a lift and assessed the repair and advised me of the options. Amazingly they were able to repair it on the spot and the cost was very reasonable. Experienced and personable. They were kind, honest and extremely helpful when it came to troubleshooting my check engine light and I was able to talk to the tech to tell him what I'd done to help speed up the process. Highly recommended.

These guys have an incredible amount of experience. They were able to accurately diagnose even my most complex problems with out charging me a fortune. They explained in great detail and kept me informed during the repair. I recommend this shop and will be recommending all my friends and family.

Great service. Last shop I went to said I needed parts replaced to get a proper alignment. This shop confirmed that I didn t need any parts replaced and got my car driving straight again. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop.

Just had my s550 worked on and it's usually a nightmare. It's been worked on by a lot of different car shops this is rhe only one that seemed to care about what I was saying and actually helped fix the issues I needed fixed would highly recommend!

We dropped our vehicle off to complete estimated repairs and followed up with a phone call to increase the scope. The person responding to the call was unaware of the repairs to be completed and needed to provide a new estimate. I requested to speak with the owner but he was unavailable. After the third try to and demanding to speak with the owner, the person in the shop said AZ Lucky Star had acquired the shop. This should have disclosed upon the first phone call. There is a lack transparency and I would not trust them to be honest in their repairs.

I'm 91 years old, and have seen automotive shops from coast to coast. I have never found a shop with hard working honest people like Lucky's anywhere. I highly recommend yhem..themfrepairs.repairs higrecommend tjem recommend

How do I describe this business in one word? AMAZING! I contacted Jeff Goins yesterday because my daughter's car wasn't running as it should; I really couldn't pinpoint the exact cause. I took the vehicle in within an hour of us speaking, that same afternoon the issue was identified, picked the vehicle up the next day. They are so courteous (I was given a ride back to my daughter's residence after dropping car off}, extremely professional, honest, and FAST. The repair cost(s) was also reasonable given the amount of work that was needed. They also conducted a courtesy inspection of tires and provided a comprehensive overview of all work performed - even retained and showed me the defective part(s) to explain the repair(s). I HIGHLY recommend this company for all auto repairs!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Terrific group of people. I'm from out of town so I sent my kid down there (based on other reviews) to get some stuff looked at. They diagnosed the issue and within 15 minutes had it fixed. No charge for the work and a couple of free fuses. You don't see that kind of service very often. Customer for life on our side. It's nice to see a business like this willing to help out poor college students and not take advantage of them.Service: Electrical repair

Great experience here. Came in for what I thought would be a serious emergency repair while visiting from out of town, I didn't have to wait at all for them to take a look at my truck, and within ten minutes they found the issue that was stupid simple that I should've noticed and fixed myself. They fixed the issue and didn't charge me anything, even the diagnostics fee. And both of the gentlemen I spoke to were very kind. I know of a lot of mechanics that wouldve taken this opportunity to screw me, so I am very grateful to the guys at AZ Lucky StarService: Electrical repair

I came here when this wonderful family first opened this location in 2008, and now I'm back in 2022 and their superior service has not changed. They take the time to find the least expensive, but quality parts, charge at cost, are family owned and operated, and never suggest unnecessary repairs. It's like having an honest and experienced family member work on your vehicle. I have never come across a shop I could consistently and wholeheartedly trust like Lucky Star. This place is amazing!! I ve been having car issues for a while and no one could tell me what it was. I was unable to drive it because it wouldn t even start. It s been parked at my moms work for a couple months. We finally decided to give them a call and they immediately took my car in and have been amazing with communication and just over all super sweet! They re super friendly and get the job done in such a short period of time. Highly recommend!

From the start I I knew this place was quick and professional. Called me immediately after I left a voice message and looked into the problem with my truck (2005 for Explorer sport trac) even quicker. Dropped it off expecting the worst and a new transmission replacement but they diagnosed the issue properly, provided the CORRECT maintenance for the issue at a much lower price than expected. Thanks again to Jeff and the guys in the shop for being honest mechanics. Not a common thing today. Much appreciated and I'll keep returning to the shop for my auto maintenance. They even fixed the lock mechanism on my tunnell cover I couldn't figure out. Truly some of the best on this side of town! Service: Transmission repair

My family has been coming to AZ Lucky Star for years. This is genuinely the best shop I've ever been too that provides a bar none reliable service. The owners of this family business are very honest, courteous, professional, efficient, understanding and most of all, treat you like their own family! Their prices are more than reasonable and whenever they have time, they go an extra mile to make sure there's nothing else wrong with your car. Greatly recommend this place to anyone that needs an exceptional auto repair shop or just a good mechanic that won't rip you off! I promise, you won't regret it.

AZ Lucky Star Auto Repair got our Suburban in the shop quickly and was repaired with very little down time, they are very professional and explained repairs that were needed and pricing was reasonable. I rarely give 5 stars, but this is well deserved. Amazingly honest. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest around, but let's face it, auto repair isn't cheap. I would say that their pricing is very fair though. Not sure I'd trust the "cheapest place in town" anyway. You get what you pay for. Just had a lot of work done to my truck here and I feel I got great value and service for my money. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I never got the feeling I was being misled or being pushed into something that was unnecessary. I'd be happy to recommend this shop to anyone.
