Got a detachable quick release steering wheel installed on my BMW Z3. Having some more work done. They're going to adjust the toe for the steering wheel to be completely centered. I'll update this or do a new review for the additional work I get done. Done right. Used lock tight. Happy with results. Very informative staff. Awesome communication. Very well educated. Definitely know what they're doing. Very professional. Good integrity.

I have taken my Audis to many European specialists in the valley. AZ Euros stands out as a true master class. They completed a warrantied total engine replacement in a matter of days - I could not be more grateful.Chase and Sara are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will be returning with all of my European cars - AZ Euros has earned a customer for life in me.

I can t recommend these guys enough, I m really picky about who works on my car (2013 RS5) but was instantly impressed with AZ Euros from the moment they answered the phoneThey were willing to use the parts I supplied to get the job done, I had them replace the pads on my carbon ceramic brakes. Not only did they do an amazing job but they kept me updated through the whole process and even provided me images of the work they did and the old pads.Usually on a brake pad replacement I leave the shop having to drive like a grandma while I bed the brakes in, not with AZ Euros though, they took the time to bed the pads in and make sure I was good to go as soon as I left the shopPricing wise they were extremely well priced for the service they did.I will be bringing my car back over the next few months for more work as the build continuesHighly impressed overall and would recommend them to anyone!

Unmatched attention to detail and customer service. Brought my Audi TTS in and they have been so helpful, great with communication and extremely reasonable with pricing. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. THANK YOU GUYS

The AZ Euro team has done a lot of work for me lately on my S4 and A6. What makes them stand out in my opinion is how communicative they are throughout the process of your vehicle being there.They are also incredibly knowledgeable. Best Euro auto shop in Town!! These guys are great, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been going here for the past 3 years now and they've taken very good care of me and my cars. They've done everything from basic maintenance, engine and suspension mods, and tuning to opening up the cylinder head and serving and resurfacing.I cannot recommend these folks enough. This is THE ONLY shop I will ever bring any of my VW's or Mercedes Benz to. They have earned my business years ago, fix my cars right the first time, answer all my questions and only use quality parts. I rarely trust people to work on my stuff but I trust these mechanics at AZEuros. Thanks TEAM for keeping my cars running past 300k miles. You guys are awesome!

Great experience working with this team. I am ultra picky when selecting a new shop, as I want to be sure the work only has to be done once. AZ Euros came recommended from a few friends so I decided to give it a go for rod bearing service on my new to me M3. The communication was great from the start (thanks Sarah), she gave updates each day on what the status was and when it was expected to be complete. Upon pickup, further recommendations were given as far as break in procedure and next oil change. Thanks all for the service and I will be back in the future.

I went to several different places for a cylinder 4 misfire that I was having, but AZEuros was the only place with the diagnostic capabilities to give me an actual answer with proof. Andre at the front desk is very friendly, and is actually a car enthusiast instead of a normal service advisor. He was also able to show me and elaborate on the problems wrong with my car. I will continue to bring my car here everything for the unbeatable level of customer service and diagnostic capacities that they offer. If you want work on your car done right, take it here!

AZ Euros was recommended to me by CBP to clear my Canadian registered travel trailer so it could be sold in the Phoenix area. David Tracy of AZ Euros import guided me through until the trailer was cleared by Customs. The process was simply done through emails and phone calls. I would recommend AZ Euros to anyone wishing to import a motor vehicle or RV

If you are looking for honesty, quality, value and exceptional customer service you need to visit AZ Euros.I am a retired automotive technician who has been in the business for over 30 years and am very impressed with the service I have received from the team at AZ Euros.David is an expert in importation of vehicles and was extremely helpful.Sarah and Andre in service offer excellent customer service with very talented technicians who take pride in their work.The team is happy to take care of all of my vehicles (not just European cars) and of course they use Liqui Moly motor oils!Thank You AZ Euros!

Recently took my BMW in for fuel pump diagnostics. Andre my service advisor was awesome. He took care of me with great service. He was very friendly and updated me in a timely manner. He also would help me fully understand the situation going on with my car. However after picking up the car from the shop the next my car was leaking gas.. I called up their shop and spoke with Sarah. Trying to update Sarah of my situation asking for solutions and help on how to get my vehicle back in the shop she became defensive and rude about the whole situation. All I was trying to do was have a civil conversation on how to solve the issue. I feel as if she was indirectly accusing me of the situation being my fault. While I was simply asking for help. Past couple times shop has treated me great especially with Andre. Unfortunately just didn t have a good experience talking with Sarah.

They are great to work with. Communication is fantastic and everything is photographed and documented. They are very thorough in their inspections too. They are not remotely close to me but I ll continue making the 45 mile drive to have them take care of our cars.

Az euros is one of the best places to go if you have an Audi if not the best. They are easy to contact, easy for them to understand what you re looking for and over all just a great environment. Also great bakery really close by

Was recommended by a friend. Had an amazing experience. Had a regular scheduled maintenance done on my Q5. Very friendly and more importantly knowledgeable crew. Will be bringing my cars here for maintenance and any work needed from now on.

I follow AZEuros on social media. Contacted them for an oil filter replacement and they took my car in.Andre was my advisor and he was always in communication which I appreciate very much.In the end, they did was was best for me and gave me great advice.Thanks Andre and AZEuros. I ll be back!

Couldn't ask for a better service center. They are true technicians, not parts replacers. They also carry excellent quality aftermarket parts and lubricants.AZ Euros did after warranty diagnosis and repairs on my BMW for a tricky electronic /repeated fault code issue that would reappear after 4 or 5 days.The codes pointed towards the car over and over then they figured out it was the dealer installed aftermarket. They only charged my for the first visit troubleshooting and they gave me documentation to go back to dealer and get replacement for their faulty parts.

I had used AZ Euros previously on my Z4 but now I had an airbag light come on from a battery I had replaced. Unfortunately you need a scanner to clear the code. I brought the car down and the manager cleared the code for me in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great Service

I entrusted David Tracy from Az Euros to Import my 2012 Toyota Matrix which I was having a very hard time importing due to Toyota refusing to provide me with a letter of Compliance. I tried a few other sources and they were unable to help. David, took on the Job and explained up front the time it would take and the cost. He came through with flying colors and got the job done earlier than promised. Audi b5 S4.I was able to get in fast for an event I was going to that following weekend and they were able to get me in and out in a quick manner. One of the best customer service experiences I ve had and have recommended them to anyone I think would be a good fit! It took me a while to write a review. Mostly because I don t write reviews for either good or ba experiences but I think in this case it s warranted. I think the best words to describe this indy shop is transparency, honesty, knowledgeable, professional and fair. Everyone was willing to take the time to explain all options without pressure. I know that I ll be bringing my BMW to the shop from now on from everything that is simple to complicated.

Very professional and get repairs/upgrades done on time or ahead of schedule. Went above and beyond normal shops by helping me with short notice alignment issue the day before a cross country drive.
