I m just curious what kind of training the managers receive here, specifically Omar. What kind of manager doesn t help a customer and instead laughs because the customer thought he was at a different location? And then calls the location that the customer meant to go to and falsely claims that the customer is trying to scam them with a return? Absolutely no one took the time to help at this location or the main and greenfield store. Instead they made false accusations against the customer and said they were calling the police. All that was attempting to be done was to return an item without a receipt. Which by the way IS something they can do. AVOID THIS PLACE. They don t care about actually helping.

Trevor was very helpful to help me pick out the right battery for my car. Then he replaced the battery for me.Advise me to take a picture of my receipt in case I lost it and made sure I got a email receipt to great customer service.He was friendly and kind and I will be back again if I have any more auto needs. Being a single woman and needing help is already hard enough, but definitely coming here reminds me why they tell women to never come alone. These guys are rude & told me things that weren t true, I m not sure what they get out of that but just beware if you re alone there. It s typically the older workers!

Easy location and parking. Great service not only for me, but with every customer in ear shot. Outstanding suggestions on products and explanations for what the difference is with their products. I was also reassured if I was buying the wrong size product, their return policy is easy and they will take care of my needs.

I've been using this store for the last couple years to recycle my used oil. I store my used oil in an OLD 5 gallon lacquer thinner container. I've never had any issues before until today, I was told I can't recycle my oil because there's too much lacquer thinner in my used oil. Be sure to put your used oil in only oil containers. Other than that for the most part the store's okay.

I thought I needed a break light which I didn t end up needing because it s just a problem with the wires so Trevor had me return it but I would definitely go back next time and ask for him. He went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate him.

Don t waste your time at this location just got to the one on Power and Main Greenfield and Baseline hardly ever has what you need in stock (even though it says they do on the website) and/or they ll screw up your battery warranty and you ll be stuck with the cost and/or they ll restock their shelves with previously returned products that are busted so you end up wasting a bunch of time going back and forth. Oh and their oil dispenser is full more times than not, so again you ll have to end up traveling power and main anyway.

( Darrick move aside now that Devin is here.)[My experiences]- Out of all the Auto zone locations I ve been shopping from This location / employee (Devin Davis)went above and beyond helping me pick out the correct air filter and especially he came outside and showed where my led headlights fit into the correct spot after many others stores never even attempted to walk a short distance to help me with my headlights in order for a bright view at night as I drive through the dark valleys. I would give (Devin Davis) 10 stars if it was available. Shot out loud to this magnificent gentleman. I offered him a gift card and he turned it down saying it just part of the job. Wonderful location Wonderful employee satisfaction. I will be back to shop for all my vehicle needs here just because I can trust (Devin Davis with my shopping needs. )!!!!!!! Thank You my vehicle hero !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 110 percent

Great experience at this AutoZone. I went in for a battery check and ended up needing a replacement one. I was able to get a new battery put in my car right away. The manager Angel was very nice and helpful. This will now be my preferred location.

I never realized an auto parts store could be awesome. Jeanine was overly helpful in getting our battery issue resolved. When their tester gave a diagnosis and I disagreed, she suggested we call the manager Brian (who was already gone for the day). He was super helpful and we troubleshot over the phone to determine that it was not what the tester said. Problem solved! Both of them were incredible and I highly recommend this Autozone location specifically.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Angel the manager is so informative & helpful. He s very knowledgeable on what he s doing & was able to replace my battery within less than 10 minutes. Literally! I wish they had a tip jar or something because if I had to of taken it to a shop, I would ve had to spend money. PLEASE INVEST GETTING THESE EMPLOYEES A TIP JAR OR SCREEN that it prompts you to!They deserve it!

I came to this location to buy a new battery for my car and the service just blew me away! I didn t know what kind of battery I needed and I needed help putting it in, but Angelo took care of everything for me! It was early so he was the only one in the store, but that didn t stop him from taking care of every one of my needs. He kept pleasant conversation the whole time and was just the most helpful person! I ve never received such amazing service. He even answered some other unrelated questions I had about my vehicle! Overall, Angelo is an amazing customer service professional and he made this situation so easy for me! Thank you so much!

Darrick as well as his coworker whom I can t recall his name (I m sorry!) we re great this morning! Amazing personalities and very helpful. I ve been to some shops who act like they are burdened by you coming in to get a battery swapped out, they didn t make me feel like that all. Very cool guys! Thanks for the amazing service!

This Autozone excels at customer service!! I have been there several times and they are always helpful, have the best prices and have great hours. My last visit, Darrick was the best. Bought a battery and he quickly installed it for me - love this store! I moved out of state in July...hope I can find as great an auto place as this!

Rachel posting here.. . I had a great experience in AutoZone yesterday. One of the workers came over to me right away to assist me with getting the correct battery. Darrick checked me out and replaced the battery in my van. It was hot but he never acted like I was an inconvenience. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful! Great experience and highly recommend!

Shout out to Darrick. It was crazy busy when I went in to have my battery checked. He handled all the customers very well and directed his coworkers. I got all the info I needed to make the decision to purchase my new battery from autozone and he installed it for me in the Arizona heat. Very impressed with the service.

I barely made it to this location for a battery. I walked in to the store and Darrick greeted me with a huge smile! Which I desperately needed after working a 12h shift on my feet all night long! I was in a terrible mood, this gentleman had so much patience and kindness while dealing with this tired and frazzled woman! He was smiling and singing with the radio while trying to find a battery in my budget. He immediately turned my mood around and had me smiling . He put the new battery in my car like a pro and I am safely back on the road. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you AutoZone for hiring such a great dude! Darrick deserves a raise!

This is the best Auto Zone in town. I called first with a question then headed to the store. I had no idea what I was doing. Darrick had the item waiting for me at the checkout. Two more trips back with the vin number and car, Darrick hooked me up with all the fluids, filters, and battery I needed. Stood out in 110 degree weather to help me get everything squared away. Derrick S. was super professional, friendly, and approachable.Great customer service and informative. He has great character and compassion towards customers.Though it was just a battery change, he made the visit to AutoZone enjoyable.Overall, great experience! He is someone that AutoZone needs to retain.

Came into this location to replace a headlight. After a few minutes the technician Darrick was able to troubleshoot the issue with my headlights. All I needed was to clean off the glass covering. Bulbs were fine. He saved me money and actually cleaned the covering himself. Went above and beyond to help! One of the most friendly people I ve meet at this location. This man will go above and beyond to help with anything!

All I asked them if they had 0w-20 Royal Purple in stock and they literally shrugged their shoulders and asked me if I even knew what kind of car I drive because it may not need that. I get you wanna help but try not to sound stupid in doing so. Then they don't carry that type on shelf, has to be ordered.
