Thank you Enner P !!! I m so glad you re at this location ! Enner was super helpful with my Subaru todayI came in as my oil was low, he offered to assist as I also forgot the funnel . He also helped with the coolant I didn t notice I needed ! Thank You again for your professionalism and courtesy!

My car had stalled out and I managed to get it into their parking lot very early one morning. I am a single older woman. When they opened I walked in to tell them why I was sitting in their parking lot. I had already called Triple A and I was guessing it was my alternator that had gone out as I was told the day before it might be the cause of a light on in the dashboard. I mentioned that to the 3 sales guys standing around talking. One said well I can sell you one and I'm like can you install it too? He said no we are a store that only sells them. Which I knew as I've used them before. I replied I live alone and don't know any mechanic's but have a garage I can have it towed to and walked back to my car. Not 1 of those guys ever bothered to walk back out and check on me or maybe offer to look at my car quickly. It wasn't turning over. It was quite chilly that morning too. They didn't ask if I'd like to wait in inside the store, nothing. When the tow truck arrived the driver quickly asked if I was okay and helped me up into the cab of his truck so I could ride to the garage. I then noticed 2 of the guys standing there watching the tow driver get my car up onto the bed of his truck. I use another Auto Zone closer to my home and I know their sales guys show much more concern and are way more helpful. I nor anyone else would have never been left setting out in their cold car for an hour without checking on them.Those 3 guys need a lesson in humility and showing concern. Yes, I realize A.Z. is a auto parts store but I could have become a potential customer and referred them to other women or anyone I know for that matter. Not now!!

I went to the McKellips and Lindsay location for a new battery. Sorcha immediately greeted me and was so efficient, knowledgeable, polite and kind! My battery was under warranty so I received a full replacement which was a relief and David B installed the new one on the spot at no charge which made the whole experience so amazing. I highly recommend Autozone and particularly this location, they truly know what customer service is. Thank you for ending my day in such a positive way!!

Bought a new car battery. Sean at the 2744 E McKellips Rd, Mesa store was super friendly and very competent at installing it. Was done quickly and the car started right up. He s a great example of why i come to Auto Zone for car needs.

Was having trouble with my battery, took it in, and they tested it. Found it was a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and windshield wipers, which they installed at no extra cost. Best customer service ever!

It's 9:35 at night on Monday and yet AutoZone at 2744 East McKellips the doors unlocked and they're saying they're closed but yet the website says 10 but yet they're closed out early on for what and what do you have this is very unsatisfactory and being a permanent customer for this location and it a time I really need them yet they want to be closed and you're still so guilty for another hour I am assuming I satisfied and unhappy with this location

The staff here have always been very helpful and willing to check out my issues and walk me through them. I'm not a car guy so any help they can give me is always appreciated. A+ for the staff and they always have what I need in stock.

This is my local AutoZone store, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Staff is always helpful and quick to take care of customers. Keep up the great work guys!P.S. I am adding on this note: It means a huge amount to any customer when a service provider is both honest and accountable. The response given to a poor review (see attached screenshot) tells me that employees at this location are at least trying to provide the best info possible AND are confident enough to recognize and improve on past mistakes. Generally, I become wary when service reps smoothly answer every question I ask without even pausing to think or consult with a colleague. When a rep is able to say to me, "I don't know, but let me find out," that immediately tells me the person is legitimately interested in helping me find a solution to my problem.

Got a battery replacement here! They came out with me to test the battery first to make sure it was dead. The guy showed me the tests and explained everything. Then he helped install the battery after that.Great experience overall! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The guy I worked with was great to talk to and definitely seemed to know what he was talking about

Autozone is great! This particular location has had it share of employees over the years. I have been going to this location for about 15 years now and the employee there now are doing a great job, however, for the first ever they did not have the part I needed in stock and had to order it from a Phoenix location for the next day delivery. But it happens!

Raymond was able to retrieve an old purchase for a power steering pump from 10 years ago. Still under life-time warranty. He took his time and was very conscientious, extremely nice. He send me to store that had the part in their inventory. Couldn't have asked for more. These guys will get more of my business. Thank you.

This store has bad customer service I came in to buy a part and they didn t have the full part they had half so they wanted me to choose a different part instead of directing me to another store that has my part and then I also ask for a coil cleaner if they have the best products to use on my vehicle and employee told to look for it myself that s not acceptable on customer service and then I call the store to make a complaint to the manager they wrote down my number and said he was going to call me it s been 3 hours since I callled the complaint and haven t heard nothing in return so I need a district manager to answer this review and set your employees straight what s the point having employees that can t do their job right they need to be retrained or fired but this store needs to be better I hope to hear from auto zone cooperation

Absolutely incredible service. While the staff isn't very fast getting people in and out, you realize it's because they're making sure to treat their customers with a surprisingly high standard of care. Replaced a few components and had help installing them right there on-site.

My battery needed to be checked so I took it to autozone. The gentleman who helped me was quick, friendly and efficient. He checked and changed the battery for me while my son and I waited inside. When he was finished he made sure the car started and that all warning indicators were off. I am so impressed with this location. Great customer service! I will certainly be coming back to this location and would highly recommend them!

Alex was wonderful! Helped me diagnose my van. He was kind, compassionate, and patient answering all my questions. Go see Alex and get your vehicle diagnosed and parts found. Store was very clean and welcoming.
