Great customer service from the mandatare to each associate. They helped me with a transfer and the service was so great I passed up other stores to go back here. They really take there time with there customers. I will be returning. Thanks guys.

Mac the manager totally forgot that he was even dealing with me and started dealing with another customer . I am a manager at a storage company a you can see how I treat my customers. I would never do that at all. I've never been so upset.

Came in to get my check engine light checked and stood there patiently before anyone helped me. Then I waited another 10 minutes. So I spoke up for myself and asked out loud if anyone can help me. And If I can have help to check my engine light the manger told me it s raining and they were not able to check engine lights when it s raining I was shocked he check my light but was very rude while explaining to me what he found it was clear to me what I was feeling I usually don t give reviews but I had to, while I was looking I found a few customers had the same issue. That s not a coincidence stay away from this business

Blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Richard. Even when the line was long and the phone was ringing, he managed to balance between taking care of my purchases and his other obligations.

Always have what I need wish. The prices were back to price matching with rock auto! Crystal is no longer there. She was amazing she knew more than the guys did. !!!

The lazy old bald dude in the front couldn't bother checking if they had something in the back. I also asked if he recommended a product and he said "yeah" but then later asked what it is used for. I also asked if they recycle coolant and he answered "I think I don't know". Waste of time

Sold me the wrong windshield wipers even though I asked them to double check that it was the right one at the register. He confirmed they would fit and would install them after checking out the next customer. Took too long to check out that one customer so I had to leave. Tried to install it later and ended up being the wrong wipers so I had to take a fun sketchy drive back there in the rain to return them. Wasted a ton of my time selling me the wrong part, having me wait around for a long time for an install that didnt happen, wasted time at home 0trying to install a part that wouldn't fit, and then having to drive back and get a refund. Please be more careful when selling parts to your customers and make sure the parts you're selling actually fit their make and model, kind of the main reason we go to places like this in the first place.

Poor customer service. Was standing there at the counter hoping to atleast be acknowledged/get assistance and the staff was all there just chit chatting and a few of them saw me standing there ! They didn't say anything to me and pretty much ignored me.... the same thing happened to my friend when he went in earlier the staff saw him at the counter and didn't offer to help. Just ignored him! Lol Let's just say he wasn't too nice to them about that (so he says). ..Shouldn't it be a standard to greet your customers/ acknowledge them if they are standing there at the counter??? Do we need to wave a flag or ask YOU to do your job? It's just bad customer service. It makes the customers feel like you dont care. This isn't a grocery store where you can buy your own items at self checkout. Id imagine for the majority of the time, the customer has questions and NEEDS your assistance.just ask and greet. simple. The guy who did help me was nice even though he wasn't able to do much given my unique circumstances. I don't think it's bad as a whole but remember ,that one bad experience can determine wether or not your customers want to come back. Theres other places! Something for you to consider.

Never have I ever received such amazing and wonderful customer service then I have from their manager dave when there store did not have my part he took me down to another location that did and back to my car so I could get back on the road and home saving me hours of walking, truly a wonderful person and employee

Horrible management, only needed a question answered (after spending 78 bucks) and they had the store closed 10-15 mins early. Makes no sense to have a scheduled time off closing if it isn't true.

The place I go for all my auto parts, Micheal is the man. And Cisco is pretty damn good too... update!!! They still rock my go to for parts and cleaners.

My car refused to start and would sputter so I took it over to autozone. After an inspection they confidently told me that the starter was the issue and needed replacement. I took it over to another mechanic who immediately pointed out the fuel pump was an issue. Car is working great now. Pretty sure they said a random part so I would order it from them

Excellent store. I am a very long time customer, and this is my local Auto Zone shop. They are fantastic, kind, professional, and very helpful. Recently, Michael helped me replace the windshield wipers on my Suzuki Grand Vitara. Getting ready for the rainy season. I am confident in the staff at this location.Always reliable and friendly. 10 stars!

Terrible customer service. I went there to pick up a thermostat that I already paid for. After telling Sales Rep Joseph that I already paid for it and I was just there to pick it up. Joseph didn t quite understand and went on the computer and asked me which one I m there to buy. I had left my receipt inside the vehicle so I went out and got it and showed it to him. And he has a an attitude and responded with, Ho it has been paid for, it would make a lot easier to know that it has been paid for. Item was not prepared to be picked up also. He had to look for it and in turn came back with an attitude again after I asked if I could see a cordless ratchet behind the sales counter. He replied with what like he didn t know what I asked. Terrible customer service. Somebody needs to teach Joseph how to do his job!

While driving to work I got a low oil warning from my car.. of course the hubs was out of town so off to the auto zone I went! I really had no idea what I needed or how to do it but was too worried to keep driving. Tyler who works there was SO SO nice and helpful! He helped me figure out the right oil to buy and then also came outside and put it in my car for me. I was very appreciative of his help- Thank you Tyler and thanks auto zone!

The manager Aaron Leiba went above and beyond our expectations when our alternator went out in 112 degree weather he charged our battery enough for us to get home and get it to a repair shop the next day! He is an Awesome guy you dont get this type of customer service and it was worth having patience to have it charged and back on the road! Thanks Auto zone in Mesa on Dobson.

Usually I go in to AutoZone and get my own supplies, this time I decided to just let the cashier ring up everything to save time. He gets me all the things I need for an oil change and all is well. When I get to changing my oil I noticed I was given two different viscosities of oil 5w30 and 5w20. Had I not caught this before putting it in my car things could have been bad for my engine. Went back and exchanged no problem, but I will definitely make sure I do things myself in the future. Things like that can't be overlooked especially when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Pretty disappointed in that.

They were very helpful, was ready to return a locking gas cap struggling with. Clerk said he could return, also offered to check it for me. He spent quite a bit of time showing me how it worked & letting me try until comfortable. Was great because really wanted a locking cap & this was only kind available for my car. GREAT customer service!

A kind gentleman and store clerk, Brandon, went above and beyond for us tonight. It is currently 9 p.m. and we noticed our headlights were not working and needed replacing. Brandon went out of his way to find a good deal for us and even installed them himself. He would not accept a tip from us, but we could not forgive ourselves if we didn't give him the recognition he deserves. Brandon, thank you for your superior customer service. We wish you success in your future endeavors!

My local neighborhood store. Love it.One time a few months ago a lady broke down at a car wash near by. I went to this store and they only had 1 pair of jumper cables left for like $60-$70. I went to pay and I was asking Michael some questions and if and when they'd have more? He was kind enough to loan me the stores pair that I assume is for use for customers who need them right outside the store? But I left him my credit card and my backup ID so he could be assured I would return. I went and jump started the lady, she was so happy and I returned the cables back to the store. Thank you Michael for your courtesy and professionalism. Its people like you that rock!

I had to get proof of purchase this morning at your store for items I bought in July. I was very fortunate to get employee Adam to wait on me. He was so kind and patient. I wasn t correct on the date I gave him, nor the method of pay. Against all odds, he found the transaction I needed. He diligently looked for this , while answering the phones and making eye contact with other customers in the store, letting them know they would be helped. He was very pleasant, had a wonderful attitude and very knowledgeable about your computer system. His customer service gets an A+ from me.Thanks Again Adam!!

My partner and I visited tonight for a battery issue. She was told by Luis that they would be able to remove her battery, charge it, and place it back into the vehicle. We went back home to get my car and return to drop hers off at the store to charge - maybe 10 minutes went by. We return to be told by the manager Michael that they don t do that and refused to remove the battery to charge it. He offered the tools, but wouldn t do it himself. My partner argued with him that we were JUST told they would but he wouldn t budge. He insisted we BUY a battery for him to help us though. Several times. My partner PLEADED with him to help her remove her battery just as a good person, as a favor, and MICHAEL still refused, even after admitting it was a store to store policy so he COULD help if he wanted to. After calling the district manager myself to clarify this policy, because you never know what connections customers have, Michael suddenly wanted to take the battery out as a courtesy to us. Still refusing to admit it s a common service done by Autozone! I walked back into the store and spoke with STEVE, the store manager, who was also rude and disregarded me stating he had to get to the 3 phone calls that were waiting to which I reminded him one was HIS boss, Hector, who I had just called about our issue he was literally trying to walk away from. He still walked away. Michael then told us that if he removed the battery and placed it to charge, depending on the charge, the battery would break. Never have I ever been told this regarding charging a battery, so we knew Michael didn t mean well. We left to Broadway and Extension and had much better service from their manager, Trane, who didn t hesitate to help us as soon we told him our battery died. And he never mentioned it would break while charging. Do NOT trust this location, go down to Broadway and Extension!!
