Got rear ended and the reviews for this place were stellar so decided to move forward with them. The whole experience was phenomenal, and the back of my car looks brand new. I want to thank Louis and Richie for all their help. They walked me through the whole process, dealt with multiple insurances directly, and dealt with my paranoia haha. Thank you guys so much! Will be recommending them to everyone

I have been back 3 times to try and get a bumper painted and aligned correctly. New Corvette with paint peeling around the headlights, the MGR said easy job, we have certified Corvette tech's that will do the Tech Service Bulletin on the Head lights and it will not peel again. I went to pick up the first time and the paint had a run in it and dimples all over, and they scratched my headlight, go back the second time and my car was filthy, it was brought in clean. I had to get a water bottle and a microfiber to clean the area they worked on, it was passable but not perfect. The paint started to peel again within 3 days of me picking it up, found out they never did the Technical service bulletin. I bring back the 3rd time and they assured me that it was perfect, dimple in paint, scratches, misalignment of front bumper. They do not have the Managers to do quality control or the workers to paint a bumper correctly. Again this is a 6 month old car.

I highly recommend Auto Nation Collision. Their customer service is excellent. They kept me up to date every step of the way with my vehicle while it was being repaired, and it looked great when it was completed. A job well done!

I appreciate the opportunity to tell you about my experience at AutoNation Collision Center. After my auto accident I was pretty needy about how to go about having my car repaired. Every single person at AutoNation was so very helpful not only on the first day meeting them, but every single day throughout the entire process. The work was professional, fast and looked just like the car I brought home from the dealership!! Thank you AutoNation Collision Cenrer!

I have been going to Auto Nation Collison Center for the past 20 years. From the time I dropped off my car to picking it up went very smoothly. They are professional, organized, timely and keep you updated on the work being done on your car. They have worked on my BMW, Escalade, and recently my Subaru. I definatly would recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They replaced the rear bumper on my C8 Corvette. It was done in just a few days and looks good as new. Quality work and great customer service! Highly recommend.

It s bad enough AutoNations auto sales won t work with you. Their Collision Centers takes 3 weeks to replace a small front bumper, and they don t bother themselves with the smaller damages, even when it was all part of the same claim, and it was the other guy s fault. They don t clean the car either. Not going to anything AutoNation, ever.

John Helped Me Out With My 2011 Camaro SS and was very professional, highly recommend as he kept me in the loop of what was being worked on in the car throughout the process , and found more damages my insurance initially did not find and helped bring my car back to life

Have a 2014 VW Bug that was rear ended, I was scheduled through progressive to have the work done to fix my bumper and damage to trunk today oct 5th. When arriving I was told that the appointment I made over a week ago was canceled and I was never contacted. Manager acted as if I should have know the appointment was canceled, and advised that I should sit down and "learn how this works". Extremely rude,unprofessional, and i still have no reason the appointment was cancelled, beware of this business.

1.5 years later the cheap tie rod they installed started breaking down allow with that created damage to the driver lower control arm. Cheap and low skilled service/installation is going to cost me $800 out of pocket. Honda/Midas both agreed that the shop who replaced it installed the tie rod incorrectly.

Had a fender bender in which half my bumper was damaged. I took my car for a quote and scheduled the repair for ~2 weeks later when the parts would be in. Once they got everything going, they noticed another part was needed. This did NOT delay my repair. I was expecting several weeks and everything was done in ONE!Robert kept me informed and was great throughout the process.Hopefully I never need to use them again, but I do highly recommend themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Made an appointment for an estimate online and even got a text confirmation. Arrived and was told the online scheduling system doesn't communicate with their in-house system so they actually didn't have time for the appointment that was made and confirmed. After making me feel they were so going out of their way to accommodate me, they told me they found an advisor that was kind enough to squeeze me in and kindly offered me water while I wait.After standing there waiting 30 minutes, I left and will never be back. If this is their lack of care when trying obtaining a customer, I can only imagine their lack of customer service when you are actually already a customer stuck with your vehicle in their hands.

This location helped me on two separate occasions with repairing my vehicle. They were awesome and very communicative through the entire process.The mechanic working my cases was Jonathan, and he was great both times. Not only was he helpful, but he communicated any new updates to me as well as ensuring my vehicle came out looking as good as new.Easily the best auto body shop to go to after an accident. Thanks for the help.

My car had some frame damage. I called them and then they scheduled a time for my to come get an estimate. When we showed up with the car to get the estimate, the guy walked out and looked at the car and said I can't tell what's wrong with it and then to come back in six weeks to get an actual estimate. We expressed our confusion because we thought we scheduled an estimate, and we wanted to know the point of even scheduling our appointment. He told us that his people don't work "for free". The whole reason for an estimate is to find out how much you are paying then get your car fixed. Awful staff, and terrible customer service. I am disgusted by how they treated my sweet mother who took the time to take the care over while I was at work. Terrible business practice, and they really should work on their customer service. Extremely disappointed...

I am saddened to say AutoNation collision did a terrible job on my car my car was worse taking it home then when I brought it in the staff was unwilling to work with me I don t know where to go or who to turn to to get this problem fixed and I would hate to see anybody else go through this same situation I want to back three times and my car is still not fixed I wish I can send a picture how horrible job they did I am still trying to send a picture they know I have a accident and they think I don t know what my car should look like and they keep playing with me

I really can't say enough good things about this place. Of all the things you need to worry about after an accident, the process of having our car repaired was not in the list. Jorge Espriella was the collision estimator in charge of our repairs. He did an outstanding job in communicating with us and with our insurance company, and making sure everything was taken care of. These are honest and professional people. I wouldn't waste time looking anywhere else. I highly recommend. Our car looks and runs great. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

I was a little hesitant coming up since when I arrived there was some arguing between the employees in the doorway. However, Kent made a joke as I walked in and made light of the situation. Kent ended up being my estimator and he took care of me and was great through the entire process. I got my car back at the earliest estimated day of completion and was able to drop off the rental car and not have to worry about that aspect. Thanks Kent! I have used Auto Nation Collision Center twice in the last year via insurance claims. I can say without a doubt I will use them in the future if I need anything done regarding body repair work. I'm sure they do a great job with other repairs but I can state for a fact that I'm happy with the work they have done to restore my car to normal.James was great both times with keeping me updated on the process. He would send updates letting me know the status. He was upfront when I met with him to provide a timeline. He gave suggestions on ways for me to save money. For example, my car was drivable one of the times and suggested that I drive my car until all parts were in so I did not have to spend extra money on my rental services. My insurance only covered so many days.They always answered my questions and truly cared about me being happy with the work that was done on my car. Having your car in the shop for body work is never fun and it is a longer process. The communication of this company helped set expectations and they delivered on their end. Thank you for the superior job that you have provided to me twice. No offense, I hope I don't see you guys again. I know if I do, my vehicle will be in good hands.Service: Body & Trim
