Arrived at designated time of my appointment. Service area was very busy but I did not wait long to be met by a service agent. I waited in the customer lounge which was stocked with fresh pop corn and candy items if one chose to use them. My car was ready early. Service agent had my car brought up for me, washed and ready to go. Very reasonable cost for what I had them do. Pleased and satisfied for the entire experience. Thank you.

I had a really poor service experience at the Gilbert location and was told Mesa may be better. I am so glad that I was given that recommendation. Thomas, my service advisor, was outstanding. While it took me a week to get in for service, they allowed me to drop off my vehicle a few days ahead of time. Thomas communicated with me every step of the way and made me trust and value his opinions and recommendations. I will definitely be using the Mesa location for all my service and repair needs in the future! Thank you!

I would not typically write a review for a dealership, but my experience on my most recent purchase was great. I was able to do everything via Email, and by the time I drove up to the dealership, the truck was detailed, and all paperwork was ready. This greatly reduced my time on-site, and I was able to get back on the road quickly. All staff on-site were friendly and professional. This was definitely one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had. Great job!

Great vehicle, miminal haggling. However, they are slow with making the transaction. They knew before we got there that we were ready to sign paperwork and get out of there, and for the dealership being dead at 7pm on a Saturday it took over 2 and a half hours to get the deal done. We even had started paperwork and credit checks at home prior to going to the dealership. So if you want it to be a quick transaction, think again.

My entire service appt. went very well. Completed in a timely manner, discovered an unknown recall and corrected the issue, finished services requested, washed my vehicle, kept me informed and Chris my service rep. was very polite and professional. No regrets or problems.

I scheduled a appointment for my wife s vehicle for a vibration issue, went to appointment and was asked if I had a ride as I would have to leave vehicle for 3-4 days to be diagnosed. I was never informed about this and couldn t leave the vehicle. I went to speak to a manager and unfortunately there service appointments are made in a centralized location in Texas, which is not the best way to conduct business for Chevrolet dealers but they have no control over that. But the manager which I forgot his name had my service advisor hook me up with a rental so I could get my wife s vehicle fixed.. They stepped up and made a horrible experience into a fantastic experience. Thank you AutoNation Mesa for hospitality and making my experience possible! Greatly appreciated.

I called to Autonation Chevrolet and tried to do most of the back and forth over the phone. Thankfully the salesmen, sales managers, and finance managers were very friendly and helped me along. I had a tall ask in regards to my tough position, in the end we made the deal happen and I left the dealer with a 2024 Chevrolet Trax.Big shout out to Brandon Bryant in finance for his spectacular service and conversation, he calmed my nerves about the purchase and made the deal quite a bit sweeter with an extended warranty.Thank you to Travis and team as well, you guys knocked it out of the park!

This was definitely not a positive experience that we had at the superstition, AutoNation Chevrolet dealer in Mesa Arizona. They deceptively filled out a review of their service. This would be in the CSI report. They had filled it out ahead of time and told me I m merely had to initial it just to say that I acknowledged, I would be receiving one of these from corporate, they kept my car for a one hour service for three weeks over three weeks after I got my car back I tried to reach the service manager to express my dissatisfaction. I called three times leaving my phone number and a message that I wanted to talk to him about the service I received. I also said that I felt I owed him the opportunity to refute my complaint prior to going to the general manager. This had no effect on him returning my call as I never received anything from him. This is just one of many complaints I had.

The whole experience has been and continues to be a nightmare. The day we purchased our 2021 Silverado truck, the sales person told us what we needed to do and that we would be on our way with our new truck shortly. 6 hours later as we sat with the finance person, who wasted an enormous amount of time trying his hardest to sell us extras we didn't want, he tells us that we couldn't have truck until Monday (it was Saturday). When I told him he could keep the truck, he went and talked with someone who told him we could drive away that day. Ugh! About a month later I made an appointment to take care of a few minor warranty issues. Dropped the truck off at noon on a Wednesday to a service advisor who walked up to me, no handshake or introduction, looking at me without saying anything. So I tell/show him the issues and leave only to find out 2 and a half days later that the truck was still in line waiting to get serviced! After speaking with the service manager the following Monday I was given a new appointment for 2 weeks later and told they we do their best to accommodate me then. Then my temporary license plate expires. The day it expired two different people promised to call me with an answer as to why I didn't have the permanent plate yet. No calls. I go back to the dealer again they next day and they give me another temp plate. As I'm about to leave, an hour later, they tell me that they just found out that there was an issue with the original owner paying off the truck, and that they just got the title yesterday and should have my plate in a couple weeks. You mean to tell me that a dealership can sell a vehicle without having the title. Its been 2 months of poor customer service, with no communication and too many trips to the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

*Updated:I'm glad we purchased our vehicle from AutoNation, including the extended warranty and maintenance package. It is time consuming waiting 1.5-2 hours for an oil change and "check-up", but the waiting area is really nice with free water, coffee, and popcorn, comfy couches and a couple TVs. There is even a little table with chairs, crayons and coloring books for those with kids. They are really busy which makes for longer waits on occasion, but overall I've been quite happy with their services.*We purchased an extended warranty on our minivan, I made an appointment to have a few "minor" things taken care of, and dropped it off on a Monday. I was previously told it may take a few days since there was only one individual in their shop that work on my type of vehicle, Dodge caravan. When I dropped it off I was told it may be there through the week. As the week went on it was still not even looked at by Friday, no one would be there to look at it over the weekend, but if I picked it up to have use of it during the weekend it would go to the end of the 60+ vehicle queue.... AND that it would be in the shop for at least one more week... be aware that this is the system they have in place.

AutoNation. Chevrolet. MesaI had my truck in for service the other day. This dealer ship goes above and belong, I just had an oil change and inspection. One tire was a few lbs less than the others. The technician found a very small leak at the valve stem. I feel I recieved much more than just the quick walk around. Great place to go from the first service advisor to the people in the shop. You can tell they re a company that takes great care and attention. Their shop was very neat and clean. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I am usually ok with service, but this time I had requested ahead of time with our regular service, that they check our camera system as we are periodically getting a Service Park Assist System and sometimes the cameras don t work. I was told when I got there that they couldn t do it because it wasn t on the order. I would have to reschedule. My husband is on oxygen and I was going to be having a surgery. I needed it done when I requested it. Also, our bumper to bumper warranty ends in June so I can t help but think that is why it didn t make it on the order so they won t be responsible for fixing it under that warranty.

Unfortunately the worst dealership experience I've ever had. It took over two weeks to get an appointment, they had my truck for a full week to fix a leaking sunroof and a few other small items under warranty, such as the fender badges delaminating on a 2021 GMC Sierra DenaliThey claimed they fixed everything, but returned my truck with the following issues:Dents in the front fenders where they pried off the badgesThe sunroof no longer opensTorn sunroof coverTorn tint on the rear windowHeadliner isn't full attached in placesGrease and greasy smudges on the drivers seat, headliner, windows and exteriorI'm guessing everyone just hoped I wouldn't notice all of these things? I guess it's possible they didn't notice themselves, but how do you replace parts on a sunroof and not test that it still opens and closes correctly?I spoke to the service director and he accepted responsibility and was very apologetic and have promised to resolve these issues. I received an appointment over 4 weeks out to mid-February to get these issues resolved, so we'll see what happens. I don't feel like I should go to the back of the line to have them fix their own mistakes though, maybe I'm wrong on that?Hopefully this all gets resolved during the next visit with no further damage.

Little disappointed with the price. When I scheduled online it stated it would be 46 dollars for an oil change on my small Chevy Sonic. However, when I was checking out the total came to almost 100 dollars. On the other hand, they were friendly and willing to take my car in early and got me out before I had to leave for work. They did not put a sticker in the windshield indicating when my next service is die but that's ok. Overall, great team.

Not a good experience this time around. Tried scheduling oil change and tire rotation through my Chevy app and soonest appt was over 2 months out. Had to call in to schedule appt. Dropped my truck off the day before and gave them 24 hrs to perform service. Didn t denture rotation and still have t received estimate to repair oil leak they found. My advisor wasn t there when I picked my vehicle up and was supposed to call me the next day. It s now going on 2 days and haven t heard anything from him or anyone else from Autonation.

Scheduled an appointment 5 weeks out and on appointment date they tell me they will need to keep my vehicle for 1 week to diagnose the radio issue. This is my only vehicle and no accommodations given. Now I will go without Bluetooth / radio screen and I have a newer vehicle .

I called in because my Volt charger wasn t working. I was told that it would be $100 because I have coverage. I drove out to pickup the part and was told I would be charged $800 for it!! Parts and services don t talk to each other and I finally learned I needed to bring my car in for a diagnostic before the part could be covered. That was fine with me but it took me weeks to figure this out. The communication at this dealership is not great.

Purchased a 2021 Equinox last week from a Honda dealership. Found out there was an open recall on it and took to Autonation for completion. Service was quick and friendly

Was quoted one price for Oil Change & Tire Rotation (Although She didn't want to give total price until I said I'd go elsewhere if Not). They supposedly pulled my cabin air filter and said it needed replacement, then not only charged 3 times the price I could've bought it for in their part's department, but charged an extra $30.00 to put it back in! The worst part about the whole experience is that my truck now leaks oil! Not only that, but I'm missing some gift cards that were in an envelope in my glove box! Never will I go back there!!!!

Bought a used car with 3 month warranty. 2 months in, brakes squeaky, prompt service appointment for inspection. Reassuring assessment, performed extra tire and battery check and a car wash all for no charge! Very satisfied:)

I purchased a vehicle about a year ago from them, but when i purchased the vehicle they never gave me my paperwork regarding my extended warranty. Ive been constantly been attempting to contact them. every time i do they either refuse to answer the phone or will just down right hang up. Ive emailed them, used their automated system on the website and called multiple times ne and my wife for well over a month. And frankly i just want my warranty paperwork they should have gave me from the beginning.

Went in for an oil change. Considering how busy they were, it was quick and efficient. The service writer kept me informed the whole time.

I ALWAYS feel welcomed and valued when I visit the service department. My service advisor is the reason my vehicle follows all recommend services. We all get busy and put off things that we should not, but with the help of Mike we make sure my vehicle is well maintained.

I recently had a strange noise with the front wheels in slow, tight turns on my 2017 Corvette. I took it in to have the mechanics check it out and repair if needed. It turns out that this model Vette does this in the slow tight turn due to a specialized setting that makes this noise in this situation. The agent described it and assured me that it is "normal on this model". I am satisfied with this and was very happy to have them check it out and NOT charge me for the visit.I purchased this vehicle at this location and have had all my service work done there as well.I am very satisfied with the vehicle, the personnel, and the excellent maintenance there as well.

I have been getting my 2019 Equinox serviced at AutoNation since purchasing it in Nov. 2018. The service personnel have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment has always been on time and completed when I was told it would be finished. I am totally satisfied with AutoNation s Service Department.

Quick and easy oil change. Service writers were unaware of coupons offered online. I am used to getting an oil change and tire rotation and thought that was the standard of care. Service did not include rotation and was not made aware of this or even offered the option of a tire rotation.

The work done on my Tahoe was done very well, however, the situation that disappointed me, was not being offered a loner car due to the fact they had my car for 2.5 days. I explained I had a Dr. appt. at the VA, which is 35 miles from my home to no avail. Had to seek out a family member not working to borrow a car. I have been doing business with these guys for 12 years, with the same service advisor, Thomas M., but this event took place when he was not there. There was never a mention of an alternative mode of transportation. Since this is my only vehicle, which I explained, with no response.

The dealer was able to fix all repairs needed. There was a lot of complex work that needed to be done and the technicians rose to the challenge. They were able to submit discounts to GM on my behalf based on the situation and ultimately gave me a fare deal. I would return to this location to service my vehicle again.
