I've owned a Chevy pickup truck my whole life with the exception of the last year and a half. I purchased a Toyota TRD. I don't even know how they call this and pick up truck. I traded the Toyota back in for a a real Chevy pickup truck! Never been happier! The selection over here is great. Thank you Carlos Rojas for pointing me in the right direction and the right truck! I couldn't be happier! Perfect vehicle!

Took my car in for a diagnostic.Went to pick it up, they never informed me of any issue, drive right home, parked in the garage and the next day I noticed this.I've never been in an accident in this car, or hit anything. They still have not responded to my texts about this over a week ago. Very pissed. DO NOT GO HERE. I cannot believe they think it's ok to do this to a customers car and not tell them or try to fix it. It is scratched nearly 4 feet of the car. Paint is completely gone in some areas and the panel is dented. It does look like someone appeared to pull out the crushed panel bc there are dimpled spots everywhere.

My Fianc� and I were looking to buy a 2023 or 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. They are extremely hard to find. AutoNation in Mesa had one on their lot so I contacted them via email/text. As we live in Peoria, I was not willing to drive to Mesa until I was very sure we could strike a deal. We worked with Daylon Mauch. We were able to get the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay, which was their "No Haggle" price. After a little back and forth we got what I wanted out of my trade-in.Everyone we were in contact with at the dealership was great, down to the gentleman who was detailing our new "used" car. The only downside was the extremely long wait from the time we had a deal to the time we got to the finance manager to sign the paperwork. We were cash customers so there were no loan applications or credit checks needed. Waiting close to 2 hours after the deal was made was way too long.

The worst service experience of my life of 56 yearsThey took three months to fix a fairly easy fix on my ChevyThey didn't return calls. I had calls into the general manager of service. He never returned my calls. I had four requests for sales people to give me a quote on a trade-in for a new car and no one ever called me. This is got to be the lamest sales and service establishment in existence.

I planned on buying a car from here but the customer service and treatment was very poor. My salesman was very kind but he didn t communicate to me at all what was going on throughout the credit pulling process and they pulled my credit more than what they had initially told me they were going to do. I had told them I was going to be making a pretty large down payment and they told me they sent the offer out for approval, then came back to me and wanted to know if I truly had the money, so they didn t really submit that approval and tried to run my credit again the following day. They also had my girlfriend fill out and application for co signer but told us they weren t going to run her credit because she didn t have much credit, just to wake up the next morning to her credit being pulled 3 times unknowingly. When i confronted the financing manager, Rob, he wasn t truthful about what was going on and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Second bad experience I have had with Autonation's superstition service department. Have a two year old truck with 57,000 miles on it. Def system not registering when I put DEF fluid in it and limiting my drive distance. I called a week before my service appointment to verify that this issue would be covered under warranty. Robert, the service advisor told me since it was a emissions related item it would be. When I arrived for my service appointment Robert told me that I was there at the wrong time because his 730 appointment was already there. I had to show him on my phone that I had a service appointment at 7:30 and he said well we must have double booked and you'll just have to wait a few minutes..not a big deal. What was a big deal is it took them six days of me renting a vehicle before they even looked at the truck. What is the purpose of a service appointment if you have no intention of looking at the vehicle for multiple days. Why not just have the car brought in when you can actually look at it? I finally called them on the sixth day and the conversation was simply we don't know what's wrong with the DEF system but it will not be covered under warranty. Do you want us to proceed figuring out what it is at your expense? How do you know it is not covered under warranty if you do not know what it is?? So... after six days of them ignoring my vehicle and then finding out that they lied to me about it being a warranty issue I picked up the vehicle. I owned and operated a service department for 25 years, I do not normally complain about businesses, but AutoNation seriously needs to reevaluate how their service center operates. When I explained my dissatisfaction, they simply told me that it was a misunderstanding. It was not a misunderstanding... It was a lie, poor communication, followed up by very poor customer service. I do not know if they are always like this, but I now have had two bad experiences in a row with them.

Travis was a phenomenal sales man, he worked very hard to get me in the vehicle that met both my wants and needs. He was very receptive to my likes and dislikes for every detail from vehicle color to trim packages. I will definitely be buying from Travis again in the future.

We had never ever had issues with this vehicle before. Took the truck in on 3/26 and the advisor told us the truck looked perfect and that there was nothing extra needed on the vehicle. The next day on 3/27 the truck kept dying, rattling, and having issues i had a mechanic look at it on the side of the road and said they never topped any coolant, there was a leak etc we took it back in first thing 3/28 and they still haven t gotten back to me. I need this truck it s my livelihood. No issues then suddenly after the dealership does an oil change it has issues and no one will respond to me

Listen I CANNOT express how amazing Daylan in sales is. He was sooo personable and helpful when me and my husband were buying our first new truck. He was so kind, being professional but also treating us like family means everything to us. I now feel like Autonation is family. We had such a good experience that we brought our brother in law back to buy his car as well and worked with Dalyan again.I also want to shoutout Jordan in finance. he is just as amazing!! Such an amazing team of people here at AutoNation. (:

We bought a new truck from this dealer that is still under warranty. I called the service department yesterday to make an appointment, as our truck will not shift into park or reverse. I was told to bring it in at 7am, as that is when they open. My husband brought in the truck and the service advisor said they are backed up 2-3 weeks and will not be able to even look at it. What is the point of getting a vehicle with a warranty if the dealer cannot even see you when something goes wrong. Since the truck will not shift into park we cannot even get gas without disconnecting the battery. I would not recommend this dealer, as sadly this is not the only time we have received not optimal service from the service department.

Amazing! We worked with someone (Efren) who was patient and kind. Helped us understand the difference of vehicles and wasn t pushy about either one. Everyone was up front and honest :) I needed up purchasing a traverse and was really shocked how quickly it went and smoothly it went. There were no surprises along the way either which was great. Financing was quick! Vinny was patent and explained everything out so I didn t leave confused and he was to the point which I liked. Don t tiptoe around anything! Will be going back to them when it s time to trade in!!

Everything was good until I went into the finance office with Brandon Bryant and starts forcing other policies and warranties that add more to the monthly payments. He really made me and daughter feel very uncomfortable and pressured after I explained to him that I or my daughter would have a hard time making a higher payments. We didn't have the car for 24 hrs and check engine is on. As soon as we drove home at 9:30 pm went back with the car. Now we are having trouble with the service department cuz you don't have enough techs. Will I buy another vehicle here I really don't think so. Yes I am planning to buy another truck.

Being a first time car buyer, having worked with Javier and Jessica was such an amazing experience. They were both very knowledgeable and patient with me! They gave me all the information needed for me to make a solid decision on my Mazda 3 purchase without feeling pressured. The small details they did such as a thank you card at the end of my purchase made you feel appreciated. 100% would recommend buying your next car here and with them!

I don t generally like car lots or car salesmen. My husband went to a dozen car lots, finally selecting a Chrysler Pacifica. The car had a bit of a knock. They took it in and found several mechanical things anf fixed all of them. Then we negotiated the warantee, which is generally 90 days or 4000 miles. I asked for a better warranty and they gave me 4 years or 40k miles! We have had the car for a month and a half and no payment yet. We got a call today from Vincent Ancelmo (who got us a better warranty). He said that the banks, in order to get the loan to go through because interested rates have dropped, is reducing the price of the car down by over $3000., reducing our monthly payment by $40.00 a month. What a delightful surprise!! nI would give our salesperson, Niko, and our finance person Vincent Anselmo 10 stars if I could. Autonation Chevrolet Mesa and these guys are excellent in my book!!!

It has a relaxing atmosphere in the waiting area, with charging stations for your phone & tables for your computer which also has outlets for you to charge your computer. They also have a shuttle that can take you home as long as it's within a 10 mile radius from the dealer. I live 12 miles away but was still offered a shuttle ride home. The vehicle I currently owned was not purchased from this location, I brought my vehicle in for a recall on exhaust components which they took care of. When I am in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely visit AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa. 4 stars because I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but only brought a vehicle in for maintenance, so I can't speak on the purchasing side. If I choose to buy a car from them in the future, I will update my review.

The service manager and technician addressed the issues on my truck and resolved them quickly and efficiently. My truck repairs were completed and it was returned to me in very short order. I will use this AutoNation location again and will recommend it to anyone needing Chevrolet service.

Took our 2019 GMC Terrain to auto nation Chevrolet in Mesa for body work from being rear ended. Met with Mike Garcia who arranged to have our car picked up and taken to their body shop! He also talked to the other persons Auto Insurance to get the claim going in the right direction. We want to thank Mike for his help and Richard at the body shop who had to deal with me. Very patient man. Thank you to the rest of the body shop for doing a exceptional job in fixing our car!! Thanks again to Mike and Richard.

Our salesman Javier was amazing and did not put any pressure on us whatsoever. He didn t seem to play the salesman game, even if he did it didn t seem like it. My vehicle was serviced due to the check engine light but maybe should have had a followup scheduled for after system resets. I took it in the 28th of March. But i booked it almost a week and half in advance. It was held through the weekend and I got news mon or Tues it was exhaust manifold. And other issues with bearings. It was covered under the warranty I bought and I paid for alignment. 2 days later I got a call saying it was good to go. In which I picked up and by that time my registration expired but I can't get it tested with the engine light on. I kept the rental as the weekend came and I went to mvd and got 30 day permit and returned rental. The service associate advised us to drive the vehicle around for a week before going to get emissions which was good advice. I finally started driving it around monday /tues after I got my permit and was going to take it to emissions in the next couple days but the engine light is back on. I called and spoke to iesha who didn't really empathize when I told her my vehicle got serviced but the issue is still here. It's very frustrating.Now the next appt is on the 22nd, which is close to the 30 days expiring. I don't know if they will treat it like a new ticket or issue when it's still part of the original issue. The appointment scheduler didn't say much on that. I told her to put in the notes that I just had it serviced and the issue isn't fixed.
