Mark is a genius!! He is very thorough in his diagnostics and figured out and repaired multiple issues that 2 other shops couldn't. While he only focuses on electrical issues, he has a network of trusted mechanics to complete repairs after he has figured out what is wrong. His prices for labor are competitive and he is cost conscious informing customers on ways they can save money. 10/10, will be taking my vehicles back to him!

Mark is incredible. He is kind, thoughtful, and thorough with his work. I highly recommend visiting him if you have any electrical troubles with any vehicles. He is an expert in what he does and yet is very humble. He is a great person and an excellent problem solver.

If you are looking for honesty in this industry, you won t find anyone like Mark. I ve had had him work on my vehicle multiple times and he is the only one that can properly diagnose any automotive problems that I ve had without an agenda. While the job may take longer than you want because he is busy with so many loyal customers, you will definitely be glad you took your vehicle to Automotive Electrical Diagnostics. 5+

We took our Dodge to them for diagnostics. We paid the $140 and they did nothing all the advice. They gave us was wrong stay away from these guys.They will take your money and do nothing for it.

Mark is incredible! Solved a battery drain problem that even the dealer couldn't figure out. He came highly recommended so I was willing to wait the 3 weeks it took for him to have time for my Cadillac. It was well worth the wait. He came in well under budget and when I asked him for a referral to repair my hot air blowing air-conditioning, he informed me that he does auto AC too. I know how limited Mark's time is so I was surprised when he said "I have a bit of time now I'll take a quick look". He solved that problem within an hour. This guy is the real deal!

Mark is the man! I had my truck at 1 shop and had 2 programmers look at it. One told me I needed a new computer that would cost me $2500 and the other 2 had no idea what was wrong. Within one day Mark had a solution for the problem and got it fix for $480. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I dropped my 2012 Malibu off the night before, Mark diagnosed and fixed my electrical problem the next day and I picked up my car at the end of that day. I finally have BOTH headlights working!! Excellent service and a very reasonable price! . Thanks MarkService: ElectricalService: Electrical

I had a weird electrical issue on a 2003 Chevy Tahoe: ABS light, E-brake light both stay on, door chime continued for good 20sec after starting, no AC/Heater blower... all symptoms occurred at same time and Mark was able to diagnose in about 20min where as I had this in another shop for 4 days and they could not find root cause of issue. Mark fixed and I picked up same afternoon (3hrs from drop off) and his price was very fair and way better than other shops. I will definitely use Mark again if I have any electrical issues or other issues he deals with.Service: Electrical

A little hard to get ahold of as he seems to be running a one-man show, but once he got our car in the bay he found and fixed the problem in less than a day. He was able to let me know that another issue was related to what he fixed, so I did not need to buy another sensor. He also told me that the ECM had been damaged by the short he fixed, and where to get a new one we can install ourselves for a very reasonable cost. This guy cares about helping his customers and not only the money he can make from them. I would not hesitate to use this business again in the future. His help was well worth the $250 we paid him.Service: Electrical

Left there with a very good feeling. Couldn't have had a better experience. We were having problems with headlights coming on randomly. He studied wiring diagrams on his computer and spent 30 minutes. Said no charges. Tried to give a 50.00 and he wouldn't take it. He finally took a 20. Thanks Mark

I had a few electrical technicians look at why my rear hatch would unlock but not lock on my Jeep. They threw parts at it with no luck.However when I stopped by it was 15 minutes before closing and Mark said he was booked out for a week! Because my case was really strange and electrically didn't make sense so he wanted to just take a look to be prepared for when I brought it in. He looked exhausted but he began looking and he actually fixed it within 40 minutes!Between how nice he was and attentive, I can see why he has a week waiting list. If you have an electrical problem, I highly recommend you CALL MARK TODAY!

Mark was super swamped with fixing other cars but took the time out of his busy day to help me. What I thought was gonna be a long term ordeal to fix he simply fixed it in less than 20 minutes, and I was out the door! Great service! I had a great conversation with Mark today about an issue with a problem on a 2004 Suburban and we shared information on the problem and after we confirm what may have been a hidden code that only showed up after the initial repair was completed another code came up that revealed a problem after following a lead from him I tried and tested the said part involved and just want to let him know how much I enjoyed the research and communication we had and want to let him know it worked and after replacing that one for the code we discussed fixed the problem and it will be a satisfactory and hopefully a happy customer for us.Just want to thank you for all you do for honesty and I am glad you are there for all your customers as well.Note: We both are in the service for helping you the client in need of repairs.Also computer issues on vehicles can be tough and Mark knows what he is doing!

Mark fixed my vehicle about 3 months previous and I had the same issue return. My parts were under warranty and he identified a different issue. He called first and gave me a quote. Excellent service.

My car was having electrical problems. My battery kept draining. I was referred to this place by a friend. Marco was honest with me and told me he wouldn't be able to get to my car for a day or two. He called me after a couple of days and told me he thought the problem was with something I had plugged into the car from my insurance company. I drove the car home. The next day the battery was dead again. To save me money, Marco recommended that I take the battery back to the place where I bought it since it was less than 6 months old. Turned out the battery had a dead cell. Marco was right. I recommend this place to everyone for Marco's honesty and for someone who's not trying to just just make a buck.

I called Mark about an issue I was having with my van. Very random symptoms as most electrical issues are. Explained I had the van at another shop and wasn't feeling confident. He went above and beyond to talk out the issue with me, he even pulled up the wiring diagrams for my van and talked to me me for over 30 minutes about my issues. The end result was he didn't know if he could fix it, but he would take a look if the other shop couldn't find an issue. Ends up the other shop admittedly got lucky and spotted a loose ground and think the issue is solved. Time will tell, but I know for sure if my electrical gremlins show back up, I'm going to Mark first and foremost now.

This place was GREAT!!!! I was having some issues with my Ranger (short in the wiring harness) that I was lost with. Mark over here was awesome to work with. He got it done in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Hands down, would recommend.

I am pretty savvy when it comes to working on my vehicles. I had an electrical issue with my F250 where my AC was constantly on. I knew there had to be two wires tied together somewhere but didn't have the time or patience to find it.I called in and explained my issue and he agreed with my hypothesis on what was wrong. I dropped my truck off at 4:30pm on Tuesday and let him know it was a secondary car and he could take his time.I received a call Wednesday at 10am stating my truck was ready. He took the time to explain to me where the issue was and how he corrected it. Very quick turn around time. Very affordable, I expected to be charged triple what my bill was so I was very happy. I will continue to come here and I suggest anyone who is reading this comes here.

Heard this was a very good place. My mechanic even recommended them. I called and left several messages but did not receive a call back. Guess they have more business than they can handle. I will have to search for another place that you can actually speak to someone or I get a call back

Fantastic attitude for service. After telling me of their being swamped, He came.and correctly assumed and located my issue inside a hour. Another "specialist" asked if he could use my van as a "trainer". To ask someone to "practice" on my dime takes gall n courage of the order of stupid. I found a shop with Integrity and Service.

My husband and i live in Tn and my daughter lives in Gilbert. She needed a good mechanic to fix an electrical,possible computer problem. After trying to find a reputable good mechanic while living in another state,we called a mobile mechanic. It didnt turn out well as he lacked the skill set to diagnose and fix the problem. Further investigation led me to a recommendation from an employee at Car Quest(i cant remember his name). So we called Auto Diags and within a week he(im sorry i cant remember his name either!) had finished what the previous mechanic couldnt do in a 4wk+ time span. To this day the car has NO issue starting and it wasn t a computer problem at all. It was smashed wiring. This guy is a genius! Not to mention his customer service was awesome. He was so on the ball. Didn t waste out time or money. Take your car here!!

Not as good as most reviews say. My car sat there for a week without being touched until after I said I was gonna pick it up. even then nothing was done to fix it. I don t plan on bringing any other vehicles for electrical work in the future
