Wow I had a crazy experience with my RV windshield and got a little angry with the situation. I had just had my windshield replaced and was driving when it cracked after driving a few hundred miles. I called Kalie with Auto Glass Boss and let out some of my frustration on her. She handled like a boss and gave me instructions on what to do and contacted my insurance on my behalf and handled the situation. The hardest part was getting the glass and tracking me down for install. She then coordinated with Jesse and Alex for install. They were both amazing and replaced and explained what happened. I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic of all involved with my rv repairs. Above all Kalie has replace my wipers which were broke in the process and went above and beyond to help and get it all accomplished. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Boss to all who need glass work done. 5stars and then some!!!

Met Jesse at the FMCA rally in Tucson. He came by our rig today & fixed a rock chip in our tow car's windshield. He was real friendly, very knowledgeable & explained what he was doing. Was very pleased with the work he performed, even cleaned the whole windshield for me not like some where you have one clean spot. Thanks for being awesome Jesse!!!

Joe came VERY highly recommended by a local RV service center. My class A windshield had popped out of the fiberglass at the top. Others said I needed a new gasket... another shop said I needed a new windshield just from photos. Joe fixed it in two hours for a fair price, and gave me a 4 year warranty - Using my existing windshield and gasket. Very satisfied customer! I've already shared his contact to all my RV friends.

I had two foggy windows in my class A motorhome. Found Auto Glass Boss at the Quartzite, AZ RV show in January 2024. The owner, Joe came to me on February 4, 2024 to fix the windows. He immediately said he would have to replace one of the windows glass because of calcium. He even said he'd clean it up first and then let us make the decision. Once it was cleaned we could still see white spots on the glass so we had him replace the glass. All in all, the windows look great, only cost me $450 for both and they cleaned up everything as if they had never been here. We're wintering in AZ so won't drive the motorhome until April to see if there's any wind noise which I've read can happen after windows are removed and reinstalled. For now I'm very satisfied with the work done. And we were given a 4 year warranty. If we hear any wind noise I'll update my review. Owner and his employee were very polite and easy to work with.RL

Needed replacement glass in my travel trailer. Called numerous glass companies and no one provides this service. Call the dealership where we bought the trailer and they recommended Auto Glass Boss. I called and from the begining the process was so easy. Staff was extremely friendly and my installer was awesome....highly recommend this company.

We had Joe and his wife here today 11-1-2023 to replace our side window on our RV , a job that seemed impossible by others . in and out less then a hour. Cost was way less then I thought it would be . Joe was great ,quick and very fair. We have side windows that are starting to fog, will have Joe back for that also.

Excellent!!! Joe and his helper did a great job replacing the driver side windshield on my 2007 Pace Arrow motorhome and it looks as good as new. I was amazed how quickly and perfectly the job was done. These guys really know what they are doing. In addition to being professional and friendly, they even asked permission and took their shoes off before going inside the motorhome. I highly recommend Auto Glass Boss.Service: Auto windshield repair

We are at a FMCA convention in Gillette, WY. All our windows are fogged in our 2007 Fleetwood Excursion. We elected to only have the windows in the main living area fixed. There were 13 panes and the glass in the door. In 4 hours Auto Glass Boss had them fixed and so clean. It is so nice to be able to see thru the windows again. Great job and I highly recommend them.Service: Auto glass repair

The tech, Jesse called ahead, showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. He repaired three fogged windows in my motorhome to my great satisfaction. I am a repeat customer because last time Jesse was here he did an excellent job on two of my other fogged windows. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Their workmanship is HORRIBLE last for about 6 months then is back to the same as before, and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Our motorhome windows are worse than they were before. We have been lied to so many times. They fired the worker that worked on our motorhome for stealing money. Joe said to call Eddie (the one they fired). Do not deal with them!

Joseph of Auto Glass Boss did an excellent job of removing the fog from my foggy rv windows. As Johnny Nash song goes " I Can See Clearly now." You will save about 60% of replacement cost. Auto Boss is very dependable and their communication skills are second to none. Highly recommended.

What a great company! I asked them to do 11 window panes. They took all the haze out of the 16 year old RV foggy windows. Here is a before and after photo. The photo on the right looked just like the one on the left. Now the windows are PERFECT.

I called in and got a quote to repair an RV window, and I told the lady who answered that I had a double-pane window that was foggy. She said it was $150 a section to repair, and this window had four sections, so the cost was supposed to be $600. The repair was going to have a one-day turnaround.Well day three, I called to check on the window. I got an answer that the tech was in Yuma and wouldn't be back till the weekend. Still, it would be ready Monday, which my customer was not very happy about because it was only going to take a day, now Monday comes, and it is still not ready; they need a seal; Tuesday, not ready now they need glass, Wednesday not ready now it needs to dry, Thursdays it's ready. We can't make it till Friday.Friday, our shipper picked up the glass and brought it back to us, and guess what? Only one section has been repaired, and it has two clear pieces of glass that don't match. The other three sections are still foggy. My whole shop and customer are in disbelief. I phoned the Auto Glass Boss, and the lady, Kalie, told me that the other windows weren't foggy and that the price was for only one section. It gets worse too. The one section they did replace has dust in it.I put the window back in the customer's RV at his request. I called back again, and they said next week they would be in Quartzsite and replace the other windows at no charge to make things right. Well, two weeks passed we called again today, and at first, she said she didn't remember that, which to me screams something is wrong. Who doesn't remember an unhappy customer unless that's the norm, and now they won't be back for two weeks. Hence, we said to refund the money for the three sections you still need to do. She said the price was for the two windows, and we were in disbelief as every time we called, its something new then she hung up. We shipped the window to Mesa, AZ, and back. We pulled and installed the window only to have a mismatched window with dust and three foggy sections left, and we were still going to pay for the one section. After this, we want a refund, and the right thing to do is to cover the other cost associated with the repair. If you use their service, I recommend getting a detailed quote in writing because you will be shocked if not and get a quality standard guarantee.Very disappointed; poor customer service and very defensive and unprofessional on the phone.Pictures to follow.Service: Auto glass repair

We hired Auto Glass Boss to defog eight windows. Three of these windows slide to open and where easy enough to slide. Jessie arrived as scheduled and removed, defogged and reinstalled the eight windows. He asked us to not open the windows for 24 hours. The next day we tried to open the three sliding windows and all of them where very hard to slide, so hard my wife could not open them. I texted Jessie and he suggested spraying the tracks with WD40. One window was so tight that once opened it would not close enough to latch. The WD40 did not fix anything. Texted Jessie again and he said that would come by to fix them next week.He did show up again, he fixed the window that did not latch but the other two windows where still hard to open. He said that was the best he could do. When my wife told him that she can t even open them he rudely replied with well you are not in your prime anymore . Funny she could easily open them all prior to Jessie s work. The tinting on two windows got scratched during the defogging process as well, Jessie claimed that they were scratched before he took them out.One of the screens was not put back in its track correctly and when I tried to do it, I managed to break the rounded corner. I get that I broke the screen, but if Jessie had put it back correctly, I would not have had to touch it.I found a screw that belonged to the valance on the floor. Not a big deal for me to put back, but he had to have known he was missing a screw and never said anything. An email to the company on February 7th, 2023 did get us a phone call and we were told that the owner of the company would come by when he was in Yuma. We emailed again on Feb 21, 2023, their response in all caps was IM PRETTY SURE WE ARE I WILL GET BACK TO YOU ASAP We left Yuma March 2nd and never did see the owner. We now have defogged windows that my wife can not open.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

A little over a year ago this company was hired throughour auto insurance to replace our Motorhomewindshield. After many conversations with ourinsurance company who third party out to Duncan andGlass Boss about our pillars (outside covers to thewindshield being fragile that we wanted to take themoff prior to the work being done and we're toldnumerous times NOT to for they needed to do it andthey guaranteed if anything goes wrong they will beresponsible. Work performed and yes pillars damaged. We left many messages and several weeks had gone bywith no call back when we received a call from the AZoffice asking us if we would please let them makethings right. For the owner Joe was flying into FL andpersonally wanted to make things right. Unknown to usat the time he fired the whole staff in FL. We agreedafter much conversation about the many issues we hadonly to be promised everything would be made right!!!Now that we have tried over a year to resolve our issue,Joe is now saying he never said he'd take care of thepillars. But he tells me in a text he ordered the parts.Clearly he didn't and perhaps thought this would all goaway. Recently we suggested that he'd make areasonable offer so we all could move on. Clearly thesepieces are part of the windshield and should be madewhole! This is not the outcome we'd hope for orpromised. We would NOT recommend this company.
