WHAT A GREAT SHOP!! very very friendly staff, no pushy sales and great pricing! Felt very comfortable here unlike almost every other place I ve taken my car. I would highly recommend this shop for anything your car needs! They do everything, not just tires.. This will be my new shop and my only shop! Thanks TirePros

First time using this place. They are busy, but they are on it ! I didn't know what to ask for specifically but any and all girl questions I had were explained to me the way I could understand. Never once did they try to up sell me nothing. I didn't wait longer then what they said it would take. All employees were very helpful to anyone to walked in and even helped an older lady drive another car home. Arizona Tire Pros has very respectful and helpful staff. Thank you see you again witt my other car soon.

Thanks guys. I stopped in to check tire prices about noon. I ordered two Coopers and returned after I got off of work about 4:00 pm.I was out of there by 4:45 with two new tires, a warranty and maintenance. Will absolutely use them again.

Went in to get my tires checked as my tire light came on and they fixed it. Skyler, the manager, didn t charge me. I live nearby and next time I need tires I ll give them my business. Great service.

I'm almost 57 years old and this is the best place I've ever taken my vehicle.. I would encourage you to take your vehicle here for every single need.. including if you're going to purchase one bring it for inspection

These guys always take care of me and will usually match or beat competitor prices in my experience. This is a family-owned small business and the owner often works the front desk. They treat customers like family, in my experience. They will go above and beyond to make you feel valued while delivering honest and professional customer service. They honor their committments and put the customer first. Scott, Skylar, and others here are always a joy to deal with and they will continue to get my family's business.

I called ahead for a patch for my tire and they were able to offer me and appointment the same day with 45 minutes to repair the tire. Super cold AC in the clean waiting room while you wait! Don t pass this full service repair facility up!

Amazing service and expertise. These guys are truly the ones you want to take your vehicles to. I was quoted $5000 from another shop. Fortunately took my vehicle for a second opinion to Arizona Tire Pros.. saved me $4000!! These guys have all my business from now on! Top notch!!

Easy to book Online appointment! I took it in time, couple hours later it was ready, fixed my issue and took time to explain in detail everything that was done! the price was reasonable! Will be back in future to this shop! Great Customer service aswell!

If it wasn't for skyler I would have stop going there years ago. If their staff does a tire installation, rotation and balance on a car they are great. However, if you buy a truck set of wheels and tires don't expect their staff to ever get it right. I have discussed this with Scott the owner after the purchase and I was literally on my own. This is to the point of arguing with me that I was wrong when my whole truck is shaking. It turned out two tires that were brand new were bad and that solved the problem. Again Skyler was the helpful one not Scott. Find another store to buy truck wheels and tires.Well Scott, it wasn't close to 12 tires. You knew about the problem from the start and argued with me about the shake and not having one to the point you said I have the same truck and doesn't have a shake, who cares what your truck does. It's called customer service. Skyler replaced 2 tires that were under warranty. If your ego would have just helped maybe the business would still be there. Sorry this back fired on you. Your customer service and attitude are ego driven that you are unable to admit a problem. Discount tire fixed the problem!

A really great experience. Scott was a great help and made sure everything went smooth. Got 2 tires and an alignment done my car and it finally drives great again. Also a great 90 day same as cash program for people on a budget! I ll be back for my other tires and brakes in the future! Thanks!

I took my car here to get my tire replaced immediately after leaving I noticed there was still a problem. I brought it back to them and not only had the new wheel not been tightened all the way there was a large visible crack in my brake pad which no one noticed when they sent me home with it intially cause they were just putting on the tire . I was informed of this by Cesar after sitting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours. He told me my brake was falling apart and unsafe to drive on . I then received an overpriced estimate and after asking to use customer supplied parts cause it would have been significantly cheaper the manager, Skylar, told me he would not be able to work on it and then sent home on the cracked brake after telling me how unsafe it was to drive on. I was treated with misogyny and blatant disregard for my safety. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Overall it was one of the worst auto-shop experiences I have ever had.

My mother and I came in to have her vehicle checked out due to shaking while braking. The kindest most genuine gentleman named Ceaser helped us out. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this shop. Very clean and efficient. Top Notch quality care and customer service.
