Super happy with the team here! Got an aftermarket cat-back exhaust installed here and they were very helpful in the process and their communication was great. Will absolutely use them again for maintenance and any other mods I choose to add!

James and team are wonderful! They will give you a very honest statement and charge a fair fee. We trust them more than the dealers! We ve been taking our cars to them for close to a decade now, be it within warranty or outside warranty. We ve never had any complains or issues. James is very thorough and honest. He ll tell you what is required and what is not. He s very accommodating as well. You ll notice the highest level of integrity in no time and will keep going back to them. We love this place and highly recommend!

First time taking my X3 to Arizona Bimmer. Normally I take to the dealer. My car was serviced and the cost was reasonable. Both the dealer and AZ Bimmer do good work. Saved some money this time.

Found this shop after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price for some coolant system work on my 330i. Adam got back to me within hours of reaching out with a very fair estimate. Job was completed a couple days later, on time, under the original estimate, with all genuine BMW parts and my car is running great once again. This will be my go to shop from now on.

Great experience. Traveling from out of state and needed to get brake pads replaced. Made an appt online and was contacted immediately. Brought my car in the AM and was on the road by the afternoon.

James and the staff at Bimmer Motor Werks in Mesa were great. Fixed my 750i and found a couple of other urgent problems. Explained everything and thoroughly laid out my options, along with their recommendations. never felt pressured to fix things that were not needed. Appreciate their honesty and transparency. Amazingly detailed pre purchase inspection completed for the buyer of my 335i. So detailed, and honest as it found issues I was not even aware of. I honestly thought the price was steep at first, but when I saw the inspection it was fully justified. Keep up the great work!

They did a great job for a fair price. Bolt on my axle came loose while traveling through town, and all I knew was that I needed an emergency repair for a loud clanking that developed on a recently purchased used 5 series. They saw me on an emergency basis when everyone else refused, fitting me in between existing appointments. Really impressed that they saw me same day with a full schedule, and were honest about what happened, explaining some things I should look out for when I got home, and only charged $75. Arizona BIMMER works service is a class of its own. Jason is attentive, polite and addresses all your concerns. The work they do is thorough. Their inspection report is Lito of class with clear pictures, annotations and description of the problems in the car. If you tow your car in, Jason will send an acknowledgment that your car has arrived !!! Jason also advices on what needs to be done and what can wait. If you want your BMW taken care of well, AZ BIMMER works is the place for you !! Go no further!

Regular customer here -- wanted to leave some more praise for recent work.I go to the UofA, and upon smelling gas, learned my car had a fuel leak as diagnosed by a shop referred to me in Tucson. Due to that shop's schedule and part shortages, my car pretty much just sat for about a week and I ultimately had to pick it up without being fixed -- their estimate for a fixed car was another ~5 days. Pretty frustrated, I called James: he was able to get me in super quickly, worked out a solution to the parts issue, and I had my car done ~1.5 days from when I first called and at a reasonable price.Will probably never try to go anywhere else again, and was 100% worth the hassle towing my car back up here to have the folks at AZ Bimmer work on my car.

James and the crew were awesome! James kept me informed every step of the way with repairs needed and the price that they would be after the diagnostic was done. I had injectors replaced and couplers installed and all for a reasonable price and done fast! They have definitely earned my business and will be the only ones that touch my BMW.

James and team are great! I use them for all repairs to my 650i. On a trip to California a few weeks ago, I had an issue that caused me to consider turning around and returning home.
