Nice job in sales, I originally called but got voicemail. Didn t want to leave a message and moved on to the next shop. A few moments later got a call back asking if I was still looking.. wow great job really appreciated it and picked them right there on the spot for their great customer service. They had contacted me upon my request. They were extremely professional, efficient and kept me current on the progress of my claim. The technician arrived when he said he would, he explained everything well and was fast and thorough. The sales associate who set everything up including the insurance call did great as well and I was not in the phone all day long setting it up. The best word to describe this company is "EXCELLENCE " i did not have to go to a shop like all other windshield repair companies due to the make and model of my car, this is the only company that offered to come to me. I would never recommend using this company. My appointment was between 8-12am, 12:30 went by and no call to update me on arrival time.After 3 calls I finally spoke to a dispatcher that got his tech here within 30 minutes .(late). I scheduled this timeframe for a reason to accommodate my planned day.Tech arrived and did not have my rebate check as promised. I called this office had to fight with lady on the phone to get paid. Finally the office manager got on a three way call and paid by Zelle.What a nightmare experience, never again..Service: Auto windshield replacement

Amazing company to do business with. They jump in the ball right away after submitting an online: I had questions they had answers, I even throw in a curve ball which instead of taking the easy way out she told me she didn t have that answer but would find out. Not 5 mins later messaged me back with the answer. Day of service they worked around my availability to make it right for the customer. Very knowledgeable installer. I have zero to complain about. Gabriel did my installation. He was great! I was thrilled that he came to me so I didn't have to go anywhere. He was professional and fast, it took an hour or maybe even less. Mirian answered my online request on Sunday! She was super friendly, knowledgable and thorough! Monday we got the insurance squared away and I asked for the installation on Wednesday. The installers arrived ontime, were professional, friendly and effecient! A couple hours Brenda came by to do the calibration. She was also super friendly and super effecient!I gotta say, it is not often folks surpass your expectations when it comes do doing a job, but to have FRIENDLY folks surpass you expectations ... what a nice surprise.I even got a little cash back, and that was super fast, too!I cannot recommend Arizona Auto Glass Pros strongly enough.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

After moving to this area I realized right away that I would need to have my windows tinted...all the way around. I'm picky about my vehicle so I wanted it done right. As well as the tinting, I needed my front windshield replaced because of a crack. These guys were very quick to respond, were very helpful with all the information I needed and got the job done when they said it would be done. I am thankful of the care they took with my baby. I've had the tinting for almost two months now and couldn't be happier. It makes a huge difference having your windows tinted here, as hot as it gets!!! Thanks for a great experience, guys!!! Justin was amazing! He was very helpful and had my driver side window replaced in less than 35 minutes. He made sure everything was working, and clean before he left. I would recommend Arizona Auto Glass Pros to anyone. They were very easy and had the best pricing out of anyone else I called. GIVE JUSTIN A RAISE!!!! He Rocks!

I recently had my windshield replaced and tinted by Justin at AZ Auto Glass Pros and I would absolutely recommend these guys for any window replacements or tinting. Arizona auto Glass pros istis most professional and well run auto Glass company I've ever used. Very responsive and made sure everything was done right and that I was satisfied multiple times throughout the process.They did all of the heavy lifting with insurance and I paid nothing out of pocket.I will definitely use them again.

Idk. Horrible stretched tires, ugly wide rims, no mud flaps kicking up stones at the vehicles behind it on the freeway. Not a window company I would use, because of the horable truck they have. Great way to not care about other people's vehicles. I wouldn't let these idiots near any vehicles I own.

AZ Auto Glass Pros have replaced the windshield in both of my cars. I didn't have glass coverage on my insurance policy for either car and the prices they quoted me were better than any other shop I called.
